Chapter 596 596: Ripples In The Demon Realm.

Hao Ren finished dealing with the demon royals and then he turned around to go back home. Because this thing was needed to be channeled to all the humans out there in the battlefield. After checking the demon corpses he found that these guys managed to send out a message to their clan leaders.

This confused Hao Ren, because he had no idea how this worked but if it was working for them, it was something worth researching. Thinking about this Hao Ren decided to ask Xiao Mei to come up with some method to map the entire battlefield and find out if the demons have any bases of operations that were being used as communication center.

The young man took a deep breath and vanished towards the Floating Moon Palace. He appeared beside Han Lingshi and said, "We have Demon Royalty taking action against us and so we need to be prepared even quickly. They dispatched seven Demon Commanders. We have to do something to earn more merit if they took away all the forces then the lower realms would become lambs for slaughter."

Han Lingshi nodded and said, "Xiao Mei has been thinking about various things and the people are sharing a lot of information that they have found here. So she is compiling."

Hao Ren shook his head and replied, "This is not going to be enough. The enemy managed to send out messages to their seniors before dying. I am not sure if the message was sent out to someone inside the battlefield or do these things have the ability to communicate with the world on the other side. This is why I am slightly paranoid."

Han Lingshi nodded and then Hao Ren said, "I am going to meet Xiao Mei."

The lady nodded and then Hao Ren vanished again. She herself didn't show it but she knew that Hao Ren was not worrying in vain, but if both of them were to lose their shit, they would not have the power to deal with the situation and come up with tactics"

Hao Ren appeared in the lab where Xiao Mei was handling the data, and when he approached the puppet, he said, "Xiao Mei, you have to handle some things."

The puppet turned to look at him and Leo said, "How many drones do you have here?"

Xiao Mei replied, "Several hundred."

Hao Ren nodded and said, "All of them are to be sent out for mapping the topography and also to mark the places that are occupied by demons, and also to monitor their movements and to find out if their is a royal demon family in the Battlefield, and everything else related to them. Set up a monitoring room here."

Xiao Mei nodded and then she said, "The strategy to handle merit farming has been decided and we are ready to release it to the people."

Hao Ren nodded and said, "That is good, handle that matter, and I am going back home to get even more defensive weapons. We need to be ready for whatever is to come because I am worried that the enemy would not sit still and take this wound on the face."

Xiao Mei nodded and said, "I will handle the drone distribution."

Hao Ren came to the Crescent Moon palace, and he found that the twins have gone out to attend a martial arts tournament and represent the Royal Family. The kids were not alone, they had Yin leading them and the fourth generation of Ye Generals protecting them and Han Lingxue had also taken the role of the shadow guardian.

Hao Ren wanted to go over and surprise them but he knew that he didn't have much time to waste. He quickly came to the palace administration wing and found Maya Okudera who was the prime minister and she was handling everything with Han Lingshi's absence. The robots were used only to address the people on some important occasions.

When Maya Okudera saw Hao Ren, she was surprised and asked, "Your Excellency, how can I help you?"

The young man smiled and replied, "Well, can you please give me as many defensive weaponry we have in the armory as possible? The situation is not looking nice."

Maya Okudera was surprised and asked, "What happened for you to need such high level ammunition?"

Hao Ren sighed and replied, "Well, what can I say? The demons have deployed Royal elites to handle us, and this is going to be a rather uphill battle. The youngsters in their sickening clan have the realm of a Demon Commander, if they send out a high level unit then the lower levels are going to suffer and deaths would be the last of what we would need to worry about."

Maya Okudera sighed, and said, "I shall make the arrangement and also, some people from the Spirit Siphon have approached us, they want to go to the Battlefield and fight the demons too."

Hao Ren frowned and said, "The elders who went with us last time all betrayed us to join a safer city. These guys want to fight demons, humph, here, take this image stone and tell them how things are like outside. Then see if they still want to fight with us. If they are looking to reunite with their ancestors then I will pass the message and then they can sit down to wait for those old relics to come over and take them away."

After a few minutes, he came back to the palace and then left the Crescent Moon Empire with his arms and ammunition. The weapons they had developed worked with Spiritual energy and they consumed a lot of spirit stones, thankfully Xiao Mei had come up with the method of spiritual energy cycling and so they have managed to increase the level of spiritual energy concentration and at the same time they had array formations that condensed the spiritual energy into solid mass and artificial spirit stones, with higher purity were produced.

Hao Ren came back and than deployed the cannons around the city and gave out the rest to the other cities. He also delivered the message to the people in the North Star City, and he didn't even bother to hide his ridicule for the people from the Spirit Siphon Continent. He literally was very petty, and Jana was facing a headache but then he relayed the message.

The people who heard the message wanted to fight with Hao Ren, but then they realized that while they had not even managed to enter the threshold of the Heavenly General realm.

After all that was settled, the young man went back to handle his own matters of the cultivation which he had been neglecting for the past few days.

While Hao Ren was cultivating in silent, in a castle a middle-aged man was sitting with a black robe on his body. The man had a couple of bumps on his forehead, and he looked rather menacing. At this moment, he was looking indifferently at an old man kneeling before him and asked, "Tell me, what is going on in the Eternal Prison? (This was what the demons used to call the Eternal Battlefield.)"

The old man spoke without raising his head, and he said, "Lord, we received a message from one of the Princes that went out to the Eternal Prison. It was a dying message and it stated that there is a human expert who can fight the Demon Commanders at the same realm and he is much stronger than our people, they have defended twelve cities and not only that but they have also created an army for themselves, many of the demon clans that were able to handle this earlier have been almost erased from the plain."

The eyes of the Demon Lord on the throne flickered for a second and then he replied, "Well, send out the black guards, handle this dog and if you can bring him back alive. I want a human pet, also, the one who accomplishes this, I will bestow a Demon Woman from the Pink Palace to them."

Then he fell silent and the old man bowed his head before he replied, "Yes, my lord."

Hao Ren had no idea that a unit of Demon Commander level soldiers was coming out for him and they would be going for everyone and everything they could see. The demon lord watched the old man walking out of the main hall, and then he tapped the armrest of the throne under his arm. He stood up and vanished from the spot, and appeared in the underground room, that looked like a vault.

The man raised his hand and pressed it on a palm imprint, before the door opened. Then he walked inside the vault and the place was not covered with any gilded treasures. The floor was covered with human skulls, and it was like a sea of skulls, these were all human skulls, and walking through this sea of skulls the man reached the end where a man sat with his legs crossed and eyes closed. The Demon Lord bowed down and said, "Grandfather, something has happened."
