The next afternoon, Naoki was pouring black tea into Sinistea and Polteageist when he suddenly received a phone call.

Sinistea and Polteageist, drenched in black tea and absolutely delighted, lifted their heads only to see Naoki putting down the tea and going to answer the call.

A stranger's number appeared on the screen.

Naoki was quite surprised. Who could be calling?

He pressed connect, and the next second, Nemona's face popped up on the screen.

"Hey there, Mr. Naoki, remember me? I'm Nemona!" Nemona's face was adorned with a bright smile.

"Of course I remember." Naoki replied with a smile.

Nikar, behind her, looked helpless: "Nemona, move aside a bit, let me talk to Naoki!"

"Alright, Mr. Naoki, I'm going to your ranch for a challenge soon, so make sure you're ready before I get there!" Nemona said enthusiastically and then stepped aside.

Nikar finally had the chance to speak with Naoki.

He looked quite helpless: "That girl Nemona, as soon as she heard I was reaching out to you, she rushed over immediately, just like a Mankey."

Hearing that description, Naoki couldn't help but burst into laughter.

From a distance, Nemona's voice came: "Hey, hey! Dad, I heard that!"

Nikar coughed twice, quickly changing the topic: "So, the reason I'm reaching out is about the Rotom Phone."

Rotom Phone? Naoki's interest was piqued: "With your technology, can you develop such a device?"

Nikar shook his head: "At the moment, no, there's a crucial technology missing."

The two then hung up the call.

Naoki returned to the sofa to lie down and watch TV with Calyrex.

It seems it'll be a long time before he can play with a smartphone!

Oh well, he's not in a hurry anyway.

Naoki calmed down and began thinking about when to set out to Casseroya Lake to find Tropius to bring back to the ranch.

And just then, a familiar cry suddenly came from outside.

It's Zapdos!
