Hughes: "The Former Agent Association holds reviews several times a year and presents awards to active agents. I'm handling this. You just need to sit back and wait."

Jimmy raised an eyebrow in surprise and said: "Oh, this really is a surprise. I didn't think you'd get to it so soon after arriving..."

Hughes: "Alright, remember to keep it a secret."

After saying that, Hughes smiled and went to greet others nearby. Jimmy glanced at Nia, and the two of them continued to greet other guests. Hughes' matter was temporarily put aside, as it would be addressed after his vacation; there was still plenty of time.

Soon, everyone attending the church wedding began to file into the banquet hall, and those who didn't attend the church ceremony arrived on time as well. Jimmy and Nia went to the front to thank all their guests.

"On this special day, I want to say thank you to each guest here, for traveling from afar to attend our wedding and witness this beautiful moment with us. Thank you for your sincere wishes and affection. Also, I want to thank our family; your support and encouragement have brought us to where we are today. Thank you!"

Jimmy and Nia raised their glasses, and everyone returned the gesture, marking the beginning of the banquet.

After the banquet, there was time for dancing. Guests mingled in the slow, melodious music, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

The dance lasted quite a while. After Jimmy and Nia's lead dance, they took the opportunity to introduce Kevin and James to those they weren't familiar with, as they are now connected. With dozens of people present, getting to know everyone isn't so simple.

As the dance concluded, Jimmy and Nia bid farewell to each guest, thanking them for coming, until everyone had left.

The wedding was truly exhausting. Apart from the complicated processes, a significant portion of the guests were meeting for the first time. For someone like Jimmy, who isn't good at interacting with strangers, he felt like he'd used up a month's quota of conversation in one evening.

Looking at the empty banquet hall, Jimmy and Nia shared a smile, and Jimmy suddenly pulled Nia into a hug. They stood quietly in the hall, enjoying a moment of peace.

"Let's go home." Jimmy released Nia, and arm in arm, they returned to the lounge. There wasn't much to tidy up, and it wasn't necessary to do it now. Jimmy used the phone to contact the hotel reception, and the hotel arranged a car to take them to Jimmy's apartment.

"Wow!" Jimmy opened the door, and it was Nia's first time seeing the place after it had been renovated. The apartment looked completely different.

The furniture was chosen by Nia and Jimmy, but they had only imagined how it would look in the room; they hadn't seen the actual result.

The focus of the renovation was the natural wood color—including tables, chairs, coffee table, and TV cabinet. They all retained the natural wood texture without any paint, matching the style of the floor they had to replace after an incident involving Jimmy.

Jimmy and Nia had chosen the furniture based on the designer's recommendations, and the subsequent placement and adjustments were finalized by the interior designer. It was clear that the designer had carefully adjusted the furniture's arrangement to make the living room more harmonious.

"I feel like we're back in that cabin from our Alaska trip." Nia touched the furniture beside her. Although it preserved the wood grain, there was a protective varnish on the surface, giving it a nice texture and harmonious look.

"Yes, I thought of that a few days ago too. Should we tweak our itinerary a little and visit Alaska again? Or perhaps go a bit further and tour the Arctic Circle?"

Jimmy said while undoing his tie and buttons. Wearing a suit all day was too restricting, and now it was time to relax. Hanging his suit on the back of a chair, Jimmy turned to see Nia still in her gown and suddenly didn't feel like talking anymore.

"Never mind, let's discuss the itinerary tomorrow. For now, I want to..."

Jimmy lifted Nia in his arms, carrying her toward the bedroom to her surprise and laughter. A new bed naturally required the newlyweds to try it out together.

Jimmy and Nia didn't embark on their honeymoon immediately, as they had various mundane affairs to attend to. They stayed in New York for another three days before flying to Hawaii.

This was Nia's choice, as Jimmy didn't have any specific honeymoon destinations in mind; as long as Nia was happy, he was content. Of course, they couldn't stay in Hawaii for two or three weeks. One week later, they would fly to Europe, to Courchevel in the Alps, for skiing and sightseeing.

The plans had been repeatedly confirmed beforehand, so Jimmy and Nia pre-booked flights and a vacation cabin; they just needed to adhere to the scheduled time and head to their destination.

The plane crossed the ocean and landed on Hawaiian soil.

Taking a taxi to their seaside inn, Jimmy and Nia settled in and changed before heading straight to the beach. Before them lay an expanse of blue sky and sea, the sun shining on golden sands, waves gently lapping the shore, and coconut trees swaying in the breeze.

Strolling along the beach, feeling the warm sea and soft sand, everything seemed to slow down. The previously hectic life disappeared at that moment, leaving only the joy of enjoying life.

They had a one-week stay in Hawaii, freed from everything in New York. They let loose, surfing, scuba diving, canoeing, thoroughly enjoying water sports. Guided by a tour guide, they visited the Kilauea Volcano, standing at its edge, witnessing the magnificent sight of flowing lava—something unseen in tourist cities like New York or Miami.

Finally, they finished their Hawaiian trip and flew to France Paris, smoothly arriving at Courchevel in the Alps, a famous skiing spot. Their reserved cabin was beside the lake, close to the ski slopes.

However, when they booked the vacation, they overlooked that while Courchevel is open year-round, the skiing season generally runs from December to April. Their wedding was in May, and by the time they arrived from Hawaii, it was nearly June, just as the skiing season ended. Except for some parts at the mountain's peak, most ski slopes were already in off-season maintenance.

Sitting on the balcony of their vacation cabin, looking at the view, Jimmy and Nia couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed. Still, the local travel map offered plenty of activities—mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding—to explore Courchevel's surrounding mountains and natural beauty. Passing through valleys, forests, and meadows made for a unique trip and not a total failure.

Moreover, there were rare activities like paragliding and skydiving, offering breathtaking views of the snowy mountains, grasslands, and forests from above.

After a while, Jimmy and Nia didn't continue wandering around Europe. They bought some souvenirs and returned directly to the United States.

The reason they didn't visit various major cities wasn't due to time or money constraints. According to Nia, if she wanted to go shopping in Paris or London, she'd rather do it with classmates, as Jimmy's taste in fashion and luxury isn't up to par.

Carrying easy-to-carry souvenirs and having shipped some wine back to New York, they finally returned. However, the first stop wasn't New York but Washington, D.C.

Jimmy had promised Mrs. Valz to bring Nia to visit her, so they came to see her right after their honeymoon.

Having made an appointment by phone, Mrs. Valz's cabin was lively when they arrived. Andrew from the DIA and Thomas from the CIA were there. Jimmy had sent Mrs. Valz invitations for them, but due to their identities, they didn't appear at the wedding. Now nearby, they all came over.

Jimmy was fine, having met them before. But Nia was surprised, especially about their identities, yet the atmosphere was pleasant. Though there was no blood relation, seeing their friend's children grow up and get married brought these elders much happiness.

After this visit, Jimmy and Nia finally returned home, ready to resume their busy lives.
