The seal started taking effect as soon as he injected his chakra into it, activating.
Unfortunately, it seemed this one was a complete failure as as soon as it expanded, it couldnt seem to create any effects besides an error that soon caused the seal itself to explode.
*Bang*
The explosion was small and before it could do anything, Kazuo's shadow clone had already taken the last two seals that he would experiment with and jumped away. A small crater having been created where the seal had malfunctioned.
'That… seems to need a bit more changes. I'll have to research it more.' Kazuo's shadow clone thought as he sat down ocne more a bit father away and put the last Hyuga seal replica on the ground and slapped on top of it the last test seal.
This seal was created with the function to attack the last integral part of the Hyuga portion of the Cursed Bird seal.
It would directly try and counterattack the potion of the seal created to maintain itself, if this portion was counteracted and made ineffective than the seal would simply vanish as it would have no chakra to maintain itself, though from what Kazuo had been able to grasp, it would still take an entire month for the seal to fully vanish if it was removed as the chakra cost of the seal itself was minimal and it would have enough reserves to maintain itself for a while even after its supply was removed.
The counter seal activated and directly attacked this part, the black sealing symbols spreading all over it as if they were snakes before they settled compley still over the seal.
For a moment nothing happened but Kazuo already saw the effect that he wanted. The counter seal was effective. He had already found a method to break the Cursed Bird Seal however this wasn't the method he wanted to use.
'This can be used on Saori however its not something I'd use on Hyuga Branch members that aren't completely in my control.' Kazuo's shadow clone thought as it shook its head before dispelling itself into a cloud of smoke and chakra that instantly rushed towards Kazuo who had still been meditating in the same spot, not even flinching when the explosion had taken place.
As soon as the information reached him, his already bleeding eyes, nose and mouth became even worse, the headache that had been bearable almost consumed him entirely before he sent a rush of chakra into his brain, killing himself once more.
The world turning black and white for what felt like the thousandth time as it reverted itself back to two days ago.
Opening his eyes, completing the change of the shadow clones, Kazuo stood up as he walked to Hyuga Ayame.
'Should I send her back now? No, but she is effectively useless now that I can create the seal on my own.' Kazuo thought to himself as the clones around him already started to create paper canvases and start to try and create another set of seals, even though the only counter seal he wanted to create was the one that would work against the access part, he still created a set of shadow clones to work on creating a counter seal against the part that would attack the user, it was a way of gaining experience on the sealing craft that he had no reason not to take.
'I've been wanting to try and start experimenting on tailed beasts and their effects, the fact that the tailed beasts are parts of the divine tree… how would those effect the Byakugan? Would it cause an evolution? This… is a good way. Though I still dont have the Tailed beast chakra yet… It's only a matter of time. I'll save her… its too good of a body to simply waste or kill.' Kazuo thought to himself as he grabbed the woman and lifted her on his arms before walking to another portion of the lab where a giant container machine filled with green liquid existed.
'This thing was quite expensive to get and even then I had to find a reliable source… but it's worth it.' Kazuo thought as he looked at the machine before him before pressing a button that drained the liquid.
The machine was created for the purpose of containing people inside it, letting them live in a state of coma whilst maintaining all their bodily functions and their chakra.
Once all the fluid was drained out of the machine, he quickly opened the glass and placed the woman inside before grabbing a gas mask and strapping it over her face and mouth and then connecting a bunch of tubes that would pierce into her blood flow and give her the required nutriton for survival. The fluid that would then fill the container was special, it was a artificial liquid that held chakra inside it and had the particular effect of both rejuvenation and at the same time, protective capabilities.
Unlike water which would cause damage to the skin and body after a long time, This would in fact strengthen the body though it was to such a small degree that it wasn't something it could be used for, besides containing people who were in a coma so that their bodies wouldn't degrade.
Once Ayame Hyuga was placed and connected to the life support parts of the machine, Kazuo closed the glass and then pressed the button once more as the machine whirred to life and started getting filled with the green fluid.
'Alright, with that done. I'll wait a bit more and start doing the time loops after two days. So that I dont have to put her inside again every time that i use my ability.' Kazuo thought as he walked outside, leaving the shadow clones inside to continue with their work on the seals.
They had enough chakra to continue creating test seals and using them on the cursed bird seal. Effectively, now they could continue their research without Kazuo's interference at all.
