Chapter 2586: The Anchor of The Primal Chaos (3)

BOOM!!!

The impact sent shockwaves rippling through the abyss, the ground cracking and splintering under the force. Mo Han's barrier shattered, and he was thrown back, his dark energy

flickering.

"Not bad," Mo Han said, his voice filled with grudging respect. "It seems you have improved. Take my punch."

He raised his hand, and a massive shadowy hammer materialized in the air. With a swift motion, he swung it toward Long Wu, the force of the attack shaking the very fabric of the abyss.

Long Wu's expression remained calm. He raised his hand, and a massive boulder of earth formed in front of him, blocking the hammer. The two forces collided with a deafening explosion, sending shockwaves rippling through the abyss.

The battle raged on, the clash of powers shaking the very fabric of the abyss. The Dragon Ancestors fought with all their might, their Dragon God bloodlines unleashing their full power. But Yao Huang and the Devil God Ancestors were formidable opponents, their mastery over darkness and destruction unmatched.

Despite their efforts, the Dragon Ancestors began to feel the strain. Yao Huang's power was overwhelming, his mastery over the Law of Darkness nearing completion. He moved with precision and grace, his every strike calculated and deadly.

Long Er and Long San fought valiantly, their flames, thunder, and golden light clashing with Yao Huang's darkness. But even their combined power was not enough to overcome the inheritor of the God of Darkness.

Long Si and Long Wu faced Mo Qian and Mo Han, their ice and earth clashing with the Devil God Ancestors' dark energy. The battle was fierce, but the Dragon Ancestors were slowly being pushed back.

As the battle raged on, the young woman beneath the World Tree remained oblivious to the chaos around her. She sat with her eyes closed, her hands resting gently on her knees.

The branches of the World Tree swayed gently, forming a protective canopy around her. The tree's roots glowed with a soft, ethereal light, their energy merging with hers in a harmonious flow.

Yao Huang's eyes flicked toward her, his curiosity piqued once more. "Who are you?" he murmured, his voice barely audible over the din of battle. "What is your connection to the World Tree?"

But there was no time to ponder. Long Er lunged at Yao Huang, his body surrounded by a swirling storm of fire and lightning. With a roar, he unleashed a devastating attack, the force of it shaking the abyss.

"You should give up. I can spare your life." Yao Huang said calmly, his voice echoed in the

darkness.

Swoosh!

Long Er leaped into the air, his body surrounded by a swirling storm of fire and lightning. With a roar, he descended toward Yao Huang, his fists aimed directly at the inheritor of the God of Darkness. The force of his attack was immense, the very air around him distorting under the pressure.

Yao Huang's lips curled into a faint smile. He raised his hand, and a massive shadowy claw emerged from the ground, meeting Long Er's attack head-on.

BOOM!!!

The collision sent shockwaves rippling through the abyss, the ground cracking and splintering under the force. Long Er was thrown back, but he landed gracefully, his golden eyes still locked on Yao Huang.

"You can't defeat me here." Yao Huang said indifferently. "I've already set my foot into the Primordial God Realm."

Buzz-

Suddenly, the World Tree began to hum, a gentle, melodic sound that resonated through the abyss. The light from its roots grew brighter, dispelling the darkness that had begun to encroach upon it. The hum grew louder, and the light spread, pushing back the shadows that Yao Huang had summoned.

Yao Huang's eyes flicked toward the World Tree, his expression one of mild surprise.

"The World Tree..." he murmured, his voice filled with a hint of admiration. "Even now, it resists. Truly worthy of its name."

But his admiration was short-lived. His lips curled into a cold smile as he raised his hand once more. "But it will not be enough."

He exerted more power, the dark energy around him surging to new heights. The shadows deepened, and the light from the World Tree began to waver under the pressure.

The hum grew fainter, the light dimming as the darkness pressed forward...
