With a resolve as if heading to execution, Ma Huifang walked into the lobby, only to be stopped by security as soon as she entered. Although it was already the wee hours, the security guards and receptionists in the hotel lobby remained steadfast at their posts, not daring to slack off.This was evidence of the high standard of service at the Galaxy Hotel.

"Stop." The security guard said coldly, staring at Ma Huifang with a harsh tone.

All the faces and names of the hotel guests were familiar to the security and reception staff. Anyone with ill intentions or hostility would be dealt with severely, disturbing even the hotel guests was unacceptable.

"Brother, please make a call to inquire, okay?" Ma Huifang pleaded anxiously, "I actually met President Chu today, just say my name is Ma Huifang, whether the Chu Group sees me or not, I will remember your kindness and ensure you won’t be implicated."

The expression of the security guard shifted as he thought to himself, "President Chu did go out today. If you really met him, how come you don’t even have a contact? Claiming you met President Chu sounds like a bluff. If I help you, it’d be breaking the rules, and if anything happens, I’ll lose my job for sure."

"You..." The security guard was truly angry, wishing to slap Ma Huifang. However, if her words were true and the Chu Group did wish to see her, he couldn’t risk offending them. Faced with Ma Huifang, he was constantly passive; rushing to throw her out seemed too hasty, as her continuous kneeling could implicate him if guests saw it, forcing him to contact the Chu Group.
