Chapter 285 285: Sae Adds To The Deal
Chapter 285 285: Sae Adds To The Deal
"Hiratsuka, she actually…"
"Wait, you said 'former'?!"
Sae and Shizuka were good friends during college, and they understood each other's personalities very well.
"Yes, Hiratsuka-sensei has grown." Tenya openly revealed.
"You brat, you're audacious." Sae was utterly shocked.
"As the old saying goes, as long as you're bold enough, the teacher takes maternity…"
Tenya continued to speak without restraint.
"You scoundrel! What nonsense are you spouting?" Sae immediately stepped forward and covered his mouth with her hand.
"Sorry, I'm a straightforward person, I say whatever comes to mind." Tenya chuckled, showing no signs of introspection.
"Sigh…"
"You brat, Hiratsuka must have a headache with you too, right?"
"Never mind, if you have anything to say, come with me first, this isn't the place to talk."
Sae rubbed her forehead, pulling him away from the crowd and to a quiet cafe.
"Chabashira-sensei is quite bold too. Dating a student in broad daylight." Tenya joked while fiddling with his coffee.
"I just have something to discuss with you." Sae didn't bother to argue with him about dating and directly stated her purpose.
"No way? Another class confrontation?" Tenya quickly guessed her thoughts.
"Since you know this, you must have already contacted someone in our class."
"Who is it? Could it be Horikita?"
Sae caught some clues from his words.
"Yes, I already discussed it with Suzune last night." Tenya took a sip of coffee, a lingering expression on his face.
"!!!"
Sae's face stiffened, a certain possibility instantly flashed in her mind, and the teaspoon in her hand bent.
"You…!"
"Me."
With a single glance, she understood the answer.
Sae was filled with indignation, gritting her teeth and staring at him. "Horikita is a straightforward and simple girl, how can you deceive her like this and still have a clear conscience?"
"Chabashira-sensei, you exaggerate, I have never deceived anyone. This was all consensual, what does that have to do with conscience?" Tenya retorted.
"Tenya!"
Sae gritted her teeth, squeezing out his name, staring intently at the man in front of her. She wanted to loudly reprimand him, but the words caught in her throat and she swallowed them back.
"You're terrible."
Sae really wanted to scold him loudly but she knew in her heart that this was a consensual act between two parties, and outsiders had no right to criticize.
"So, Chabashira-sensei intends to stop me?"
Tenya tilted his head slightly, a faint smile on his face, a smile that Sae found utterly detestable.
"Make me not help Suzune?" He added, his tone carrying a hint of provocation.
"...."
Sae opened her mouth, her throat seemingly choked by something, but she ultimately made no sound and fell silent. According to her long-cherished wish, she deeply desired for D Class to reach A Class, and for this, she was willing to pay any price. However, the current situation put her in a dilemma.
"Just Suzune alone, the chips aren't enough." Tenya took a step forward, his deliberately lowered voice carrying an undeniable implication.
"If Chabashira-sensei is added, then it's different."
His words were almost a blatant hint, his eyes tightly fixed on Sae, not missing any change in her expression.
"Greedy!"
Sae's teeth gnashed, her brows furrowed, her eyes filled with murderous intent, glaring at him. Her hands unconsciously clenched into fists, the veins on the back of her hands slightly bulging from the effort.
"I am greedy, so what?"
Tenya didn't show any fear, and a playful smile appeared on his face. He reached out his hand to gently hold the other's palm.
"Hmph!"
Sae suddenly clenched her fists, the veins on her forehead bulging, her chest heaved violently, and she looked like she was about to explode.
"Heh."
Tenya chuckled softly, his eyes full of teasing.
"Chabashira-sensei looks quite charming when she's angry."
As he spoke, he unreservedly scrutinized her, his gaze like that of someone admiring a beautiful work of art.
"You'd best not push your luck too far."
Sae took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down, her voice trembling slightly, clearly still trying to suppress her inner rage.
"Although essentially still a girl, from an age perspective, Chabashira-sensei is undoubtedly an adult." Tenya said unhurriedly, a hint of playfulness flashing in his eyes.
"Since we're adults, we should talk about adult topics. Let's go somewhere else to discuss this."
He exerted a slight force, taking Sae's hand, as if declaring some kind of sovereignty.
Sae remained silent, but her steps involuntarily followed his movement, allowing him to hold her hand.
Her heart was a mix of emotions, and she couldn't help but secretly sigh, 'Is all this really worth it?'
Anyway, a person's life always needs some special experiences. Moreover, although she was unwilling to admit it, this man in front of her was impeccable in terms of appearance, and venturing into the unknown with him didn't seem so bad.
After an unknown amount of time, the matter was already settled. An ambiguous atmosphere filled the room.
Tenya lied on his side on the futon, gently playing with Sae's hair with his fingers, a satisfied smile on his face.
"Chabashira-sensei..." He paused, deliberately drawing out his words, "No, now I should call you Sae-chan, shouldn't I?"
"Don't call me that!"
Sae seemed to have a sensitive nerve touched, and she suddenly sat up, her face full of rejection.
"Why?"
Tenya blinked innocently. "I call Shizuka that too, you know."
He threw out an example, thinking it was just a casual remark, but he didn't expect it to be like lighting a fuse on a bomb.
"Hmph! You, don't you know that mentioning another woman in front of a woman is like stepping on a landmine?"
Sae glared at him fiercely, the anger in her eyes seemingly wanting to devour him. She squeezed Tenya's arm hard to vent her dissatisfaction.
"Sae-chan is a bit too overbearing." Tenya smiled calmly, completely unafraid.
"Being possessive isn't a good habit. In a harmonious society, you, me, and her should get along well."
As he spoke, he tried to reason and state facts, but in Sae's eyes, these words were nothing but despicable sophistry.
"This is impossible!"
Sae's emotions were a bit agitated, and her voice unconsciously rose by several decibels.
"This kind of thing, don't even think about it. I will absolutely not be with Hiratsuka." She shook her head repeatedly, her attitude firm and unquestionable.
"Alright, let's talk about this later." Tenya waved his hand, his face returning to that nonchalant smile.
"While we still have time, let's continue studying language arts."
With that, he showed a strong thirst for knowledge, studying tirelessly.
Tenya was immersed in the ocean of knowledge, unable to extricate himself. However, Sae's throat became dry and smoky from teaching, so she had no choice but to end the class.
"Don't forget our agreement."
Now that things had come to this, Sae could only go all the way.
"Okay, I'm a person who always keeps his word, please rest assured, Sae-chan." Tenya patted his chest and nodded reassuringly.
The morning sun, filtering through the window cracks, cast golden light and shadows onto the corridors of Advanced Nurturing High School.
After Tenya left Sae's faculty building, he walked towards the school's sports field. On the sports field, students from various classes were undergoing their daily morning exercises.
