Mr. Tycoon's Beloved Wife: The Madam No One Dares to Offend

Chapter 419: I Am Not Leaving

Chapter 419: I Am Not Leaving

...

Margaret came out of the bathroom, her head wrapped in a thick towel. She glanced at Riya, who was on the bed, and frowned slightly.

"What’s wrong with you? Your place is full of man’s stuff."

Margaret wasn’t satisfied with Riya’s taste.

Riya turned her head from the bed, glanced at Margaret’s short skirt, and blew a whistle.

"You are hot, wow!"

Margaret rolled her eyes proudly, snorted coldly, and brushed her hair. "Of course."

Riya looked at her confident face and said, "No wonder Julian fell for you. You have no brains and no character. Apart from your family background, the only things you have are your butt and chest."

Margaret quickly covered her chest and turned around with a sharp look.

"I do have a brain, and I’m brilliant, okay? I’m not like you, you are just good at studying. What else are you better than me?"

Margaret had a smug look on her face. Riya raised her eyebrows.

She pointed at her head. "Look at you. The more you talk, the more excited you are. You even dare to teach me a lesson."

"If you poke me again, I won’t stay with you anymore. You’ll have to stay alone in the empty room."

Margaret rolled her eyes in dissatisfaction and glared at Riya.

A woman’s head was not something people could poke as they wished.

Riya went straight back to the bed, unwilling to continue the argument. "Julian is left alone today. Without you as a pillow, he will certainly lose sleep."

Riya laid on the bed and turned around, smiling at Margaret weirdly.

Margaret immediately blushed and felt awkward. She walked to the side of the bed and sat down.

"I’m here for you because we are old friends. Anyway, I can have the child tomorrow."

"Why are you in such a hurry to have a child? You can’t get pregnant in the wrong days."

"Who says I can’t get pregnant? I, I am young and strong. Moreover, before we got married, we had a prenatal checkup. My mother said that as long as we want, we will have children soon."

Margaret said with a serious face. Riya turned around and looked at her in disbelief.

"Margaret, you just got married. You don’t want to enjoy your two-person world?"

"What two -person world? That’s for normal couples. We don’t need a two-person world in a business marriage."

Looking at Margaret’s guilty face, Riya let out a sneer.

Women are just stubborn and soft-hearted.

"Alright. Be with me for just night. You can go back to Julian’s bed tomorrow."

She thought,

It doesn’t matter. I don’t care about him.

It would be better if he left and stayed away from me in the future. So, I won’t have any burden.

Maybe there are other men around. I just didn’t realize it.

As long as I observe carefully in the future, I will notice other men around me. I don’t believe that I’m so unattractive.>

"Actually, I can accompany you for another day tomorrow. My period just left. I checked it out. It seems that it is not suitable to get pregnant these days."

Margaret snorted and muttered in a low voice.

She rubbed the corner of her quilt guiltily.

Riya looked at her shy appearance and wanted to laugh at her, but she gave up after thinking about it.

Now that she had become a joke, how could she laugh at others?

The two of them were silent for a moment until someone knocked on the door. "Julian came to catch you?"

Riya subconsciously turned around and asked.

Margaret was stunned and replied with embarrassment, "I don’t think so. I told him when I left. He agreed."

If he disagreed, he shouldn’t have let her go out at that time.

"Could it be Stefan?"

Margaret looked at Riya with a questioning look.

Riya rolled her eyes. "How could that be? If he was a man, he definitely wouldn’t have come today."

Thinking about his back when he left the Marleys’, Riya felt a bit awkward.

Riya thought,

Breakup! We haven’t even been together.>

"Then who could it be?"

Margaret got out of bed and ran to the door.

She looked out through the peephole...

"What the hell!"

The next second, Margaret leaned back against the door in horror.

Riya frowned at her horrified look. "Who is it?"

"Who could it possibly be? Why is Margaret so terrified?" she wondered.

Margaret’s taut little face froze a little. She turned slightly to look at Riya. "Two, two guys!"

"What?"

Could it be that God heard her prayers?

"Two guys? Then why are you acting like this?"

Riya walked forward, and Margaret consciously moved her body away.

When the door opened, Riya smiled and said, "Are there really two guys... Oh my god!"

Riya saw the man outside the door in horror. She subconsciously wanted to close the door. "What guy?"

Stefan held the door with one hand and looked at Riya with a sharp gaze.

Riya and frowned and said anxiously. "Why are you here?"

As she spoke, she noticed Julian. "Why are you here too?"

Did these two men come to suppress them? In the middle of the night. What the

hell...

Julian said calmly, without looking at Riya’s face, "Where is Margaret?"

"Didn’t...didn’t she ask you for leave?"

"I didn’t approve!"

Riya was speechless.

"She is not here."

Riya rolled her eyes and snapped.

He had agreed to lend Margaret to her for the night. It was merely dark, and here he came.

"Open the door."

Stefan pushed the door. Seeing that Riya was blocking the door firmly, he did not use any strength.

"No."

She complained irritably. She really didn’t know how the two men met. "Are you sure you want to alarm the property management here?" "I don’t care. I am the owner of the apartment."

Riya was amused. She was in her own territory. Why couldn’t she make the decision?

"Then the whole community will know about us."

Riya glared at him, feeling a little angry as if someone was strangling her throat.

Stefan, however, looked tired. "I’m drunk. I feel dizzy."

Riya didn’t think so.

"He’s drunk and can’t drive. Why don’t you let him in?"

In the room, Margaret, who had hurriedly changed her clothes, ran over and looked at Riya carefully.

Riya glared at her. "You want to go back with him? Useless."

Margaret lowered her head guiltily and whispered, "Mr. Key arrived. I’m not suitable here."

As she spoke, she secretly looked at Julian through the crack in the door and happily rushed out without waiting for Riya’s answer.

...

Riya stared at Margaret in disbelief.

Julian hasn’t spoken anything. You left like this. Can’t you be a little bit reserved?> she thought.

Stefan squeezed in and shut the door behind him.

On the other side of the door. Margaret jumped in front of Julian. The latter took her into his arms.

"Why are you doing here?"

She had asked for leave from Julian and he didn’t say anything.

"To send Mr. Key over," replied Julian.

Margaret was kind of disappointed at the answer.

She grabbed his sleeve and complained, "I thought you were..."

"What?" said Julian, looking clam.

Then he moved closer to her.

Nobody knew if he did that on purpose.

Margaret blushed, moving her body awkwardly.

"It’s nothing. Didn’t you agree that I wouldn’t go home tonight? You didn’t keep your word."

Margaret murmured. She was a little upset because Julian didn’t seem to miss her.

"Do you miss me or not? I can’t tell from your emotionless face." she thought.

"You don’t want to go home? Does that mean you want us to stay in a hotel tonight?"

Why would we stay in a hotel?> Margaret thought.

She was stunned and did not react.

Then Julian pulled her out. When they got into the car, Margaret turned to him.

His face looked blurry because of the lights outside.

However, nothing would change the fact that he was gorgeous.

Margaret blushed and said hesitantly, "Did you come over because you missed me?"

After that, she felt ashamed and quickly lowered her head, not daring to look at Julian’s expression.

Then silence invaded. Although it was only a few seconds, Margaret felt that it was long.

During these few seconds, she thought about a lot of things. She even thought that Julian would laugh at her again.

Or perhaps he would mock her.

She suddenly regretted having asked that question. It was too hasty. "If he laughs at me, how embarrassing would I be!" she thought. "Yup!"

Margaret was torn when she heard a cold and indifferent response.

She was stunned. Then she turned around and asked in surprise, "Did you speak?" "Did he admit that he missed me?" Margaret thought.

Julian’s eyes were intense as if he had been seriously watching the outside of the car and driving.

However, Margaret knew that she was not hallucinating.

It was quiet in the car, with only the two of them. She couldn’t have misheard.

"My wife doesn’t return home at night and sleeps in someone else’s bed. Shouldn’t I worry about it?"

Julian’s voice was very calm.

However, this time the answer was very clear. Margaret could question no more.

You missed me, so you came to pick me up.

You broke your word. Does that mean you are jealous?> Margaret thought cheerfully.

She lowered her head and smiled. Her hands, which were originally placed on her legs, unconsciously twisted together.

It was quiet in the car. She tried her best to control herself from laughing out loud.

"Someone else? Riya is my best friend. And she is a woman." Margaret murmured.

Her voice was low and full of shyness.

But Julian heard it because it was quiet in the car.

"Not even women!"

He said coldly, still maintaining his calm.

Margaret glared at him secretly, then quickly turned her head.

Looking at the lights out the window, she let out a word in disdain, "Bossy!"

But she seemed to like it very much!

They stopped the car at the parking lot. Margaret got out slowly.

This time, she did not say anything but followed Julian to the front desk. They booked a king-size bed!

In the apartment.

The room was brightly lit, and after a strong vibration on the bed, Riya was thrown under the quilt.

Looking at the figure pressing down, she frowned slightly. "What are you doing here?"

Stefan’s fingertips slid past the broken hair by her ear, just like he used to do on her bed.

Her hair was very long, almost reaching her waist. It was a little troublesome to take care of it, but Stefan liked it very much.

Her hair had been his favorite thing ever since they were little.

Riya sometimes wondered what did Stefan like about her.

There were many times she suspected it was hair.

However, she remembered that there was a beautiful girl with waist-long hair during her university days who professed feelings for him.

Stefan refused her without mercy.

This man was extraordinary. They were both the most popular girls in university, why didn’t he like her?

"I’m drunk. I can’t drive."

His voice was slightly horsed as if he was really going to get drunk.

Riya rolled her eyes.

She knew that Stefan was a good drinker. He couldn’t get drunk.

"It’s just an excuse." she thought.

"You can’t drive? Then how did you get here?"

Then she thought of Julian, who also appeared at her door. She smiled and said, "I don’t understand why Mr. Jorgansen, the boss of the Jorgansen Group, would want to be your driver."

However, Julian, the driver, obviously had other motives.

It was only because Margaret was here. Otherwise, Julian wouldn’t bother himself.

Now he had taken away her best friend and left her with such big trouble.

"Don’t tell me it was Julian’s idea, and you were just brought here by him on the way!"

Riya stared at the man above her in suspension.

Stefan pursed his lips and said thoughtfully, "No."

Sure enough, he was honest.

Stefan never liked to talk. When they were together, it was Riya who spoke too much.

Riya was still kind of mad.

She pushed him back.

"Call your assistant to pick you up."

She was not an easy girl. She wouldn’t just let him stay there.

Stefan frowned and instantly laid on her body and whispered, "He’s off work."

Riya almost laughed. "Stefan, are you playing a rogue? Your assistant is at your service twenty-four hours. When did he get off work?"

Stefan did not move. After a long while, he said in a low voice, "I’m not leaving."
