Mr. Tycoon's Beloved Wife: The Madam No One Dares to Offend

Chapter 397: Undoubtfully Jealous

Chapter 397: Undoubtfully Jealous

"Dance?"

"It’s so late. It’s not appropriate!"

Margaret chuckled, full of guilt.

She struggled a little, but the man tightened his grip.

"Don’t you think that you’re right? Why? You can dance for other men, but you can’t dance for your husband."

"No... It’s just that I’m tired."

Margaret’s mind was full of the lights and alcohol in the bar, afraid that Julian would really beat her.

It was just a dance!

"It’s really not that you don’t dare to dance for me?"

Julian approached, and the man’s hot breath hit Margaret’s face.

The oncoming threat made Margaret’s heart tighten, and her confidence lessened a bit.

Shouldn’t they like a tyrannical CEO and his cute poor wife now?

Such a fair and clear interrogation was not in line with the supposed plot development.

"Why would I dare?"

"Really?"

"Yes, it’s just dancing. There’s no problem."

As soon as Margaret finished speaking, she suddenly found his force had disappeared.

The man took a few steps back and then sat down on the sofa.

Having obtained freedom, Margaret quickly let out a sigh of relief.

Just as she was about to turn around to leave, she heard the man speak unhurriedly, "Since there is no problem, let’s begin!"

"Begin what?"

Margaret stared blankly at the man not far away and revealed a faint smile. He said slowly with his thin lips, "Dance."

Then, he looked at her clothes, "Take it off before dancing."

Margaret protected her chest. First, she stared at Julian in disbelief. Then, her face

suddenly turned red.

"You are shameless."

Naked dance? No way!

Margaret ran into the bedroom in a flash. Julian slowly looked away.

He calmly made a call, and soon, Alan’s message came.

In Far City, dealing with Allen was not difficult for Julian.

However, as he swept across the photo, Julian’s gaze fell back onto the tightly shut door.

She was naughty. It was time to teach her a lesson.

Margaret came out of the bathroom and saw the man on the bed who was seriously looking at his phone. She slowly walked over.

As soon as she touched the quilt, she suddenly turned around and said with a pitiful face, "Julian, I have a stomachache."

The man raised his head and gave her a fascinating smile. Without any preparation, he said, "It hurts in time." "It hurts so much."

He knew that he wouldn’t have a good end today, so if he didn’t feel pain now, then when would it hurt?

Margaret carefully pulled the quilt and stuffed herself into it.

Without waiting for her to lie down, the man suddenly turned over and pressed down.

Subconsciously, Margaret closed her eyes and quickly said, "You might see the blood!"

After saying that, she secretly opened his eyes and said, "You don’t want to see it, do you?"

"Margaret, do you think I’m stupid?"

Julian ignored her. He calmly leaned down and whispered in her ear, "I remember your period very clearly. Blood? I really want to see it."

Margaret thought, "No, you don’t want to!"

After a day off, Margaret dragged her sore waist and went to the company.

Sure enough, she was a real busy bee!

Last night, Julian tormented her for the entire night. He even asked her to continue working.

The most hateful thing was that she no longer had any holidays.

The thought that she could only face the man every day made her heart ache. "Are you going to the charity banquet tonight?"

With the previous experience, Alan came to ask Margaret first. Margaret glanced at the tightly shut door and gritted her teeth, "Yes!"

Why not? If she didn’t go, those women must rush to Julian’s side. She was his wife!

Alan quickly let out a sigh of relief. The last time Margaret did not go, Julian really tormented him badly.

People there all brought female companions. He was the only male assistant by Julian’s side, and others all looked at him strangely.

He was not married yet and did not have a girlfriend. He was in his youth, and it was bad to be misunderstood.

"Then I’ll go and prepare a dress for you now?"

Margaret nodded. Alan quickly straightened up and smiled. "Margaret, Mr. Jorgansen wants you to make a cup of coffee and send it in."

Making coffee again...

Margaret rolled her eyes and said reluctantly, "Got it."

It was just making coffee. As an assistant, this was what she should do.

After thinking it through, Margaret calmly got up, went to the pantry to make a cup of coffee, and sent it to the CEO’s office.

Summer moved closer to Alan and whispered, "Alan, do you feel that Margaret is different?"

Alan sighed and said helplessly, "Men and women in love are so unpredictable." It was very hard for him to serve them both every day.

Summer raised her eyebrows and stared at the closed door. She muttered, "You are more like a simp."

In the CEO’s office.

Margaret held a cup of coffee and stood at the door, examining the man.

His temperament was extraordinary, his posture was elegant, his status was precious, and his stamina was lasting.

A man who worked hard was so charming, but he was unaware of it.

Even the sound of writing on the paper was tempting. How could he be so charming? "You’re not hired to be a doorkeeper."

The man said in a low voice without even lifting his head. Margaret’s excitement instantly vanished.

Sure enough, when this man opened his mouth, it made people lose their appetite. "Coffee."

Margaret placed the coffee beside Julian’s hand. Just as she was about to turn around and leave, her wrist was grabbed by someone. With a light pull, Margaret fell into Julian’s arms and sat on his thigh.

"Do you know about the banquet tonight?"

Julian touched the curve of her waist. His gaze was still on the documents on the table as he asked casually.

Margaret fiddled with his tie and nodded with a casual look.

"Alan said that you don’t have a female companion, and I have nothing to do tonight."

Julian lowered his head and glanced at her. She was pretending to be calm, and he smiled. "Sorry to trouble you."

Margaret had a satisfied expression, "I’ve already married you, so this is what I should do. I’m a person with the spirit of a contract, so I won’t force you to repay me."

It was really hard for her to actually say this.

"Perform well tonight."

The man tightened his grip on her waist. He did not give Margaret time to resist. He just lowered his head to kiss her lips.

The strong force made it impossible for Margaret to retreat. Very quickly, she fell in his embrace.

In her daze, she heard the man say in a low voice, "You haven’t finished dancing last night."

Margaret thought, "Such a shameless man!"

...

The charity banquet was held in a seaside hotel in the Far City.

Margaret entered the hall, holding Julian’s arm.

People greeted her politely as she walked through the crowds.

"I don’t understand why you insist on attending this banquet," Margaret whispered to Julian.

The Jorgansen family was already above showing strength by attending such an event.

Margaret glanced at the guests present.

Judging from her past experience of accompanying Bruce to all sorts of events, she concluded that this banquet was not a very important one.

"I just want to show everyone that you are my legitimate wife now," Julian answered. Margaret blushed and muttered, "I don’t see the necessity."

Her marriage with Julian had been a heated topic discussed on the internet. She could feel eyesight on her back while walking on the street.

It was an undeniable fact now.

Julian smiled faintly without saying anything.

"I see Riya there. I’ll go greet her and stay with her while you can deal with your own business."

After whispering to Julian’s ears, she let go of his arm and walked towards Riya.

She was clear that other than charity purposes, this kind of event was also held for establishing business relationships.

Having experienced it since she was a kid, she was tired of such things. "Margaret, you seem to be troubled by something. What is it?"

Riya and Margaret had a tacit understanding, not to mention what happened that night.

Stefan and Julian wouldn’t let Allen get away with it anyway, even without the help from the Marley and Anderson family.

"I’m just bored with this banquet. I want to go home," Margaret looked around aimlessly and said with her hand holding her chin.

...

Riya looked at her and asked, "Which home are you referring to?"

Margaret rolled her eyes, "Of course, I mean Anderson’s mansion."

Riya observed Margaret’s expression and asked, "Why? Did someone give you a hard time in the Jorgansen family?"

Riya doubted that anyone would dare to bully Margaret. Margaret rolled her eyes and snorted. "It’s Jessie." "Are you jealous of your sister-in-law?"

Riya looked at Margaret with a mocking smile, "I thought that you didn’t like Julian. Then why do you care about his relationship with his sister?"

"Of course, I don’t like him. You know, our marriage is just for combining the forces of our families."

Since she was young, she had seen too many couples getting married merely for the well-being of their families.

Margaret thought that it was obligate for her to marry for the benefit of the Anderson family since she had enjoyed the support of the family all her life.

Moreover, the couples getting married for families’ benefit could live their separate lives without disturbing each other.

Therefore, Margaret had never been dissatisfied because of this.

But recently, she began to feel uncomfortable every time she was reminded that her marriage was simply for the family’s benefit.

"You don’t like him? Girl, your expression has betrayed you. You care about him, don’t you? Do you feel that marriage without love is very unhappy?" Riya said seriously.

She didn’t want a marriage without love, so she would never marry someone just to benefit her family.

Margaret looked at Riya and said reluctantly, "That’s not true."

She was grateful to her family, and so she was willing to make this sacrifice.

She was just a little upset and wanted to complain.

"I heard that you and Mr. Key were troubled by reporters at the hotel last night. Was it Allen who arranged it?" said Riya, feeling somewhat uneasy when mentioning Allen and Stefan.

...

Margaret muttered in a low voice, "Who else would do such things? I was so humiliated!"

Luckily, Stefan reacted quickly and decisively. Thus, none of the news that held ill intention towards him or Margaret was released.

"I didn’t expect that you would be so enchanted by handsome looking."

Margaret sighed and looked at Riya with disdain, "If you hadn’t been so devoted to

the handsome boy, I wouldn’t have been questioned by Julian last night?" "I’m no better than you, okay? Stefan is much more inhumane than Julian." She had a very tough night, too.

She felt it very unfair that she should get into so much trouble simply for taking a walk with her blind date.

Margaret snorted and complained, "You’re somewhat responsible for the incident last night anyway."

...

...

Feeling upset, Margaret said, "Were it not for him coming in time, you can see the news of me dying miserably."

She could still remember the moment that she was almost strangled to death by that driver.

She was both scared and angry about it.

"You indeed suffered more than me," Riya nodded sympathetically.

At least she wasn’t on the verge of dying last night.

Margaret did prove that she was a loyal friend after encountering such a dangerous accident.

"But it’s strange that Julian and Stefan should know our location and come to rescue us just in time. They seemed to have already known that we went to the bar," Riya said, thinking back on the details of yesterday.

...

She didn’t find any undercover bodyguards following her or any tracking devices hidden in her belongings.

Therefore, she didn’t get a chance to find fault with Stefan and argue with him.

Her words suddenly struck Margaret.

She frowned and thought, "Indeed, how did Julian find out that I danced with other men at the bar? I wasn’t drunk, and I was in perfect disguise."

...

However, Julian seemed to know every detail of her action at the bar.

Thinking of how he "tortured" her last night, Margaret felt that she never wanted to dance again for the rest of her life.

"Look, is that Jessie?"

Riya saw the woman wearing a long white dress and asked.

The dress she wore was decorated by a thin layer of white sheer, which glowed under the light of the chandelier as she moved around.

"Why is Jessie here?"

Margaret felt curious.

In the next moment, she saw Jessie, wearing a gentle smile, walk straight towards Julian.

She looked like the purest fairy that nothing could stain her.

"You bet she is pretty. She looks so tender and fragile that many men will fall for her."

Riya complimented sincerely.

However, Margaret didn’t have the mood to appreciate her beauty. She immediately stood up from the chair when she saw Jessie walk near Julian.

"What now?"

Riya was startled by her sudden action. Seeing Margaret’s angry expression, she was slightly surprised, "You’re not going to pick up a fight with her here, are you?"

Then, he pulled Margaret’s arm and said, "Don’t be impulsive. They are siblings, after all."

Margaret turned to look at her and said seriously, "I’m just going to guarantee world peace and the existence of love and sincerity."

Riya thought, "She is undoubtfully jealous."
