Chapter 347: So Angry To Beat Someone
Chapter 347: So Angry To Beat Someone
...
As the wedding banquet ended, the number of people in the hall decreased. Hilla looked around but didn’t see the one she wanted to see. She frowned.
"Are you looking for Bruce?"
Halle stepped forward. She just realized that Bruce wasn’t here.
The two most important people tonight had left. So the wedding banquet quickly ended.
Hilla nodded and heard Halle’s worried voice, "Lori isn’t here either."
She seemed to want to say that Lori and Bruce had disappeared together.
However, after taking a look at Hilla’s face, she hesitated and said in a soft voice, "Maybe he is resting in the room. Let’s look around first."
Today, Bruce had drunk a lot of wine. After all, it was Margaret’s wedding. He needed to help his sister and drink for Bruce. Therefore he drank the most.
Hilla could only nod. She was afraid that Bruce would feel uncomfortable as he drank too much.
"I saw him go upstairs to the lounge."
Riya came out of the bathroom, and Stefan followed her. He said, "Bruce was brought to the lounge."
They only saw Bruce was brought into the lounge and did not care about anything else. After all, Stefan only cared about Riya.
"Let’s go look around first in case he gets drunk and falls."
Halle had asked Horton to take Emily home. She stayed to accompany Hilla.
"Alright, you guys go and find him. If there’s nothing else, I’ll go home first."
Riya waved her hand. The pain in her lower abdomen agitated her. Stefan behind her made her irritable.
She didn’t want to stay there any longer since the wedding had ended. Stefan said goodbye to Hilla and chased after Riya, "I’ll take you home." "Am I a child? I will drive by myself." "It’s not convenient for you."
Stefan did not show any dissatisfaction because of Riya’s refusal. He stepped forward and grabbed Riya’s arm, carefully taking her to the garage.
Hilla glanced at them and asked casually, "What happened to them?" It looked a little awkward.
Halle looked over and said lightly, "No idea."
Otherwise, why did Riya ask her about the pregnancy at the wedding banquet? Something that they did not know might have happened.
"Let’s go and find Bruce first. It’s too late." Halle pulled Hilla and walked to the elevator.
This hotel belonged to the Jorgansen Group. Today was Julian’s wedding day. So the entire hotel was booked by the Jorgansen Group. There were too many rooms. Hilla asked the hotel staff and then found the room where Bruce was resting.
Just as they reached the door, Hilla saw Bruce coming out of the room with a gloomy face.
The suit jacket on his body was draped over his arm. Lori, who was only wrapped in a bath towel, rushed out from behind him. She looked weak and pitiful.
Lori’s hair was messy. There were obvious hickeys on her collarbone and arms.
Clearly, something had happened to her. Tears fell out of her eyes.
She seemed to have come out in a hurry and was holding her clothes.
Seeing Hilla, Lori instantly froze. She called out with her red eyes, "Hilla."
Then, tears welled up in her eyes and she said in a hoarse voice, "I’m sorry, Hilla. I didn’t do it on purpose."
Lori was full of grievances and weakness. The traces on her body made everything clear.
Hilla’s gaze swept past Lori and landed on Bruce.
His hair was dripping with water. He had just taken a shower. He frowned, looking tired and cold.
Hilla frowned and sneered in her heart, "It can’t be such a coincidence that I encounter such a dramatic thing."
The room was filled with the fragrance of roses. The red lights made the room charming.
The rose petals on the ground were messy.
Margaret was pinned to the bed. She asked carefully and nervously, "You, what are you doing?"
Feeling Julian approaching, Margaret struggled to get out of bed and shouted, "I don’t want my living expenses anymore. I’ll give all my money to you."
This time, she had suffered a great loss. She felt sad.
"You want to sleep on the streets?"
Julian’s voice sounded. Margaret nodded vigorously, "It is my choice."
She was willing to sleep on the streets.
Julian mocked and sneered. He softly said, "Do you think I will agree?"
On the wedding night, she would rather sleep on the street than sleep with him. If others knew it, it would be a great humiliation.
Margaret carefully grasped the quilt. She looked pure, "Will you agree?"
"What do you think?" Julian asked.
She thought he was sick.
"I think it’s too late. It’s better not to disturb your rest."
Didn’t he say that he had work to do tomorrow? As a president, he had to focus on his career. The powerful president should have no desires. They would regard women as nothing and ignore them.
"It’s late. Let’s hurry up."
Julian’s voice sounded evil. Before Margaret could react, he kissed her.
She thought the kiss would be gentle. However, Julian was clumsy.
Margaret was in pain from the bite and felt that her lips were broken. It hurt so much that she said in disgust, "Julian, how can you be so stupid?"
People usually describe this as beautiful.
But her wedding night was like slaughter.
Looking at Julian’s solemn face, Margaret said in a low voice, "Is this your first kiss?"
Julian was speechless. Was it the time to talk about this?
Margaret covered her face in surprise, "It’s your first kiss!"
She had thought that he was skilled. It turned out that he was just like her, a rookie.
He was good at acting.
Hearing her complaints, he said, "Don’t you have experience? Is this your experience?"
Margaret stared at his gloomy face and felt guilty. "I’m suppressed by you. I can’t perform."
Julian raised his eyebrows and casually lay on the bed, "Let me see your performance."
He waited for her to do whatever she wanted. His dark eyes could not show his emotions.
Seeing that Margaret had not moved for a while, he said in a low voice, "What? You don’t want to take responsibility?"
Julian’s voice was calm. Margaret tightened her grip.
She flushed and she felt that the heat could burn her to ashes.
"I didn’t do anything. Why should I take responsibility?" Julian was a man. Why did he let a woman take responsibility?
Margaret’s delicate lips opened and closed in front of Julian. He could vaguely see the pink tip of her tongue. It was attractive...
Margaret whispered in a low voice, but he heard all of it. He grabbed the back of her head and pressed it down hard.
He was willing to learn and improve in order to satisfy her.
Margaret looked at the magnified handsome face in front of her and held her breath, "I’m crying, I’m really crying!"
...
"Julian, I know that I was wrong."
Sparkling tears poured out from her black and bright eyes. She trembled. She was so beautiful that made people pity her.
It seemed Margaret was greatly wronged.
There were sparkling and translucent beads of blood hanging from her broken lips, making her extremely pitiful.
She thought that as long as she didn’t care, she wouldn’t feel any pain. But she didn’t expect that Julian, such bastard, wanted to uproot her.
Julian’s thumb brushed across her cheek and wiped away the tears on her face. He took a deep breath and said angrily, "It’s useless to cry."
A woman appeared in the room on such a day. How could he have no desire? Margaret sniffed and her face was covered in tears.
Marriage was bitter, if she had known earlier, she might choose to be a nun.
People said this kind of thing was wonderful.
Her wedding was like a slaughterhouse.
Julian was restless but tense. He felt uncomfortable and said in a low voice, "I do not like to give up halfway."
He wanted to persevere. He mocked, "Don’t you have experience?"
Margaret said in a low voice with the grievance, "I know the theory." The practice was beyond her knowledge.
Julian laughed. Looking at her curled up in the quilt, he teased, "No practice?"
Margaret immediately flushed and muttered, "You men should be proficient in such a thing."
Julian nodded. "Then let’s practise it together." Then they practiced together in the dark night.
Later, Margaret discovered Julian was not tender at all.
She had cried the whole night. But Julian did not stop.
At Lakeshore Center.
Hilla hadn’t returned for a while. It wasn’t as festive as the hotel. There was no one in the house, so it was a little bleak.
It could not be a quiet night.
Hilla’s gaze fell on Lori, who was sitting opposite. She pushed a glass of hot milk to Lori.
"You’re wearing so little. Drink some."
It was nearly the summer. It would not be cold at night, not to mention that the air conditioner was on in the room.
However, looking at Lori who was cowering, Hilla felt that she should need this glass of milk.
Halle, who was standing next to Hilla, was nervous. She wanted to persuade Hilla but was interrupted by Hilla.
"Halle, you must be tired tonight. I’ve asked Horton to pick you up. Go back and have a good rest."
Seeing Halle worried about her, Hilla smiled, "Don’t worry. I’m fine."
Hilla smiled gently as if she didn’t have any intention of giving up on herself. Halle stopped saying.
She looked at Lori with concern and finally nodded.
Seeing Halle didn’t ask her anything and didn’t give her any pressure, Hilla heaved a sigh of relief. She looked at Bruce and said with a smile, "Send Halle down first."
Bruce frowned unconsciously. He looked at Hilla and nodded.
From the beginning to the end, Bruce didn’t look at Lori, nor did he rush to explain to Hilla on the spot. Instead, they quietly returned.
There were too many people in the hotel, so it was inevitable that the matter would be leaked.
Lori looked at Bruce nervously. Seeing that he was going to send Halle downstairs, she looked uneasy.
As if Hilla, sitting in front of her, was not a weak woman, but a fierce tiger.
However, Bruce did not look at Lori, which made Lori feel wronged.
Why did he could pretend nothing had happened?
"Ms. Gilmore, don’t be nervous. It’s not convenient for you to go back now. You should take a rest first."
Seeing Bruce and Halle leave, Hilla looked at Lori and said.
Hilla was gentle and didn’t show any displeasure or blame.
Lori clutched the blanket on her body and looked at Hilla in disbelief, "Don’t you blame me?"
Hilla smiled and said, "You are a victim. This kind of thing... In the end, the woman will suffer most."
Lori’s eyes were red. Her tears flowed out.
She tightly grasped the blanket. When she thought of the marks on her body, she was ashamed and angry and did not know what to do.
She opened her eyes. When she saw that the man in front of her was Bruce, she could not deny she was happy.
She just did not understand why he treated her like this.
"Hilla, thank you. I... I’m sorry."
Lori wanted to say more. But in the end, she could only apologize.
Hilla didn’t show any dissatisfaction, "You did nothing wrong. There is no need to apologize to me."
Lori looked up in surprise. Seeing Hilla smiling at her, she suddenly felt nervous. "I don’t want to destroy your relationship with Mr. Anderson. I didn’t mean it."
"This was just an accident. I know. You don’t have to be afraid, and you don’t have to worry. I won’t do anything to you."
Hilla interrupted Lori indifferently. She didn’t want to do anything.
She only said, "It’s too late today. It’s not convenient for you to go back to your home. You can sleep in the room upstairs. Drink the milk and sleep first. We can talk about it tomorrow, okay?"
Lori shared the room with others. If she went back like this, it would be easy for her to reveal something. Hilla didn’t want anything else to occur before this matter was resolved.
Hilla rubbed her eyebrows, looking exhausted.
Because of this accident, they didn’t return to the Anderson’s mansion tonight. Fortunately, Orlenna took care of the two little guys. But at this moment, she missed her children.
Lori wanted to say something, but in the end, she said nothing. She stood up nervously and slowly walked upstairs to the room.
The moment the door upstairs was closed, Bruce returned.
Seeing him, Hilla became energetic. She asked, "Have you found him?"
Bruce froze for a moment, and then nodded. He became relaxed and said in a low voice, "You know it’s not me."
Hilla chuckled, "If it was you, would you look like that?"
Even if she could not completely understand Bruce, she knew his personality. If he had done it, he would not deny it, and she would not ignore Lori like this.
She was angry because that man was not only irresponsible, but also he dared to cuckold her. She could only vent her anger by beating that man up.
