Mr. Grant Treats Me Like a Treasure

Chapter 612 - 611: Beating Up

Chapter 612 - 611: Beating Up

Wyatt felt a tremor in his heart, forgetting about the ice cream he had just bought, and dashed over directly.

When he arrived, seeing Serena Sullivan fallen on the ground, Wyatt breathed a slight sigh of relief. Then he noticed the person who almost collided with Serena was Wayne Jennings, and as Wayne continued toward Serena, Wyatt shouted loudly.

His steps quickened, preparing to give Wayne Jennings a good thrashing.

The punch came, and Wayne felt a gust of wind hit him as he was solidly punched in the face. Wyatt hadn’t made it over yet; it was Ethan Grant who had come out and used all his strength to punch Wayne hard.

He had ridden the elevator with Mr. Sterling, and before they reached the door, they heard the commotion coming from the lobby.

They said Young Master Kane had hit someone.

The employees at the Imperial Capital Hotel mostly recognized Wayne Jennings.

Because they recognized him, when Serena fell to the ground, no one dared to step forward and help her.

Young Master Kane’s recklessness and malice, the Kane Family’s domineering nature, were notoriously feared and resented in the Imperial Capital.

Ethan Grant couldn’t care less about how wild Young Master Kane was or how powerful the Kane Family might be; he only knew Serena was being bullied.

Punch after punch landed, terrifying Wayne Jennings’ woman, who screamed repeatedly and retreated to the side calling for help.

Wayne was stunned by Ethan’s first punch, and by the time he reacted, his face and body had already taken several hits.

"How dare you hit me!"

"I’m the eldest son of the Kane Family!"

In the pause, Wayne shouted loudly, thinking Ethan didn’t know his identity.

"I’m hitting you, exactly!"

Ethan said coldly; it didn’t matter whether this man was from the Kane Family or the Sterling Family. The fact that he almost hit Serena and then tried to insult her deserved death.

Punch after punch, until the big man Young Master Kane cried out loudly, repeatedly shouting "stop hitting me!"

Meanwhile, as Ethan rushed out to beat him, Mr. Sterling quickly went over to Serena and lifted her from the ground.

When he held Serena in his arms, his body stiffened for a moment.

His daughter had grown so much, and apart from the day she was born when he held her once, he hadn’t since then.

Now, holding her, she was so light it made his fingers tremble. He slowly placed Serena into a wheelchair.

"Don’t let Ethan go as far as to kill someone."

Serena looked at Mr. Sterling and said with a calm voice.

Ethan, for her, seemed to have the mind to kill Wayne Jennings at this moment.

"White!"

Mr. Sterling still squatting on the ground, turned his head to Wyatt and said, "Give a hand, don’t..."

The words paused there, and then opened again, "Let Ethan beat him till he’s crippled."

Wyatt had long wanted to intervene. First, seeing how fiercely Ethan was fighting, he couldn’t get a hand in, and second, he was related to Young Master Kane; if he intervened, it would cause trouble with the Dowager Kane and Mrs. Sterling.

Mr. Sterling spoke, so he automatically ignored the first half, rushed up, first grabbed Ethan’s hand, "Mr. Grant, Young Master Kane knows he’s wrong."

Wayne, seeing Wyatt come up to help, gasped for breath and shouted, "Wyatt, beat him to death for me."

"Alright!"

Wyatt complied, but before Ethan could push him away, he let go and pushed Wayne Jennings instead.

Half his body pressed Wayne to the ground, and Ethan understood, stepped forward, and continued to pummel the restrained Wayne Jennings.

"Mr. Grant, please show some mercy."

Wyatt shouted as he freed a hand, occasionally landing a few punches on the groaning Wayne Jennings on the ground.

His father had said to beat Wayne Jennings till he was almost crippled.

Serena watched Wyatt and Ethan fighting fiercely, frowning slightly, wondering if Wyatt was meant to intervene or help with the beating.

She was about to say something to Mr. Sterling when he adjusted the blanket on her legs, smiling slightly, "Don’t worry!"

"Even if he’s crippled, the sentence won’t be more than a few years in prison."

Mr. Sterling added another sentence.
