Miss Witch Doesn't Want to be a Diva

Chapter 1420 78: Star of Gloom (Part 2)

Chapter 1420 78: Star of Gloom (Part 2)

The wanton light and heat surged around her body, causing the surrounding water vapor to evaporate, the air to distort, and as she entered battle mode, this genius of the Silver Wings began to show her true power.

In the sky, when that silver Rose Holy Sword flashed with light, it formally rested in Tilan's palm. Facing the artificially created Angels perpetually chasing her, she did not use the sword's transformative abilities as she had in the past, but focused on enhancing her own one-on-one combat prowess.

Judgement·Divine Speed·Separation·Illusion·Isolation·Breaking the Sky

First was Divine Speed; under the halo of the Holy Sword's glow, Tilan's speed leapt again, performing dazzling flight maneuvers in the sky, distancing herself from the relentless artificial Angels in just a few breaths, then diving down, slicing through the sky with one sword, ripping apart about 14 artificial Angels in the air. Despite them also being Transcendents of Spiritual Sequence 7, after a thousand years of stagnation and corrosion, their battle prowess was far from what it once was.

Is this the power of Judgement? Tilan turned in the air, feeling the smoothness without obstruction as she split the sky, even the incredibly hard Extraordinary Alloy offered no resistance to this Holy Sword.

Seeing that they couldn't catch up, those artificial Angels began launching an assortment of reserve missiles and flying stingers, a dense cloud of white smoke and fire engulfing the sky, aiming various trajectories at the small dot in the air.

In response, she grasped the sword with both hands, gently tilted it, then swung the sword edge, and a ripple like a blurred spatial wave sliced through, shattering and detonating the approaching missiles within the wave.

Then Tilan once again sped and dived, the sword edge gleaming brightly, transforming her into a momentary meteor, vanishing in an instant. By the time the pursuing artificial Angels realized, the girl had already reached above the ocean.

Defeating these artificial Angels was never her obligatory task. The key was acquiring the control codes from Olivia.

Upon receiving Tilan's directive, Celestia infused her spear with Magic Power in the air, shattering barriers along the way as she descended to the sea's surface, following Tilan back into the depths.

For the two of them, although these decayed and self-consciousness-lost artificial Angels were powerful, they weren't lethal.

Re-entering the seawater, they raced nonstop towards the underwater battleship ruins where they had been before.

Currently, Loloria was also struggling and fighting there. As the only artificially created Angel who remained conscious, her identity seemed unrecognized, and the few remaining artificial Angels still incessantly attacked her, demanding she surrender the highest authority, and accept consciousness overwriting and code restructuring. Naturally, Loloria refused such demands, not wanting to end up like them.

Finally waiting for the moment of Awakened

Finally meeting vibrant native humans

Finally learning it was now the beautiful era of the Sixth Era

She did not want to return to those endless dark days

As a mechanical life form, she also had her own thoughts and preferences. This was her persistence, her imperfection, her uniqueness, also a vital point that distinguished her from a heartless AI.

In her jade-green eyes, various data and information flowed rapidly, constantly dodging and responding amidst various attacks. The jade-green Lightsaber extending from her arms collided with the attacking artificial Angels, igniting fierce sparks and debris, and the high temperatures caused some metal structures to glow dark red and soften. After both sides broke away, Loloria waved her right hand, and a strange Silver Mist Ice Shield materialized. Although it only hindered the opponent for a second, it was enough to buy Loloria some time.

She transformed the structure of her palm, blue jets rotating and shifting her speed suddenly surged. Within the battleship, she traversed at high speed, evading the encirclement of multiple opponents.

In flight, a special marking flashed across Loloria's eyes, and two jade green crystal blocks of magic power gradually congealed in her palm, and after flying some distance, she suddenly turned, clasped her arms together, rapidly expanding the crystals, which then transformed into massive gun barrels.

[Dekelor Equation·翠笙十九]

The barrel, appearing like a large and thick hookah, had accompanying structures on either side. When infused with magic power, they resembled spinning wheels, continually compressing and injecting magic power, evolving and activating according to a special formula.

A brilliant column of light pierced the corridor, engulfing the pursuing artificial Angels behind her. Any metallic structures illuminated began to foam slightly, then disintegrated into fragile fragments, dispersing in the stream.

This isn't an ability the artificial Angels of the rho Mechanical Council possess. In fact, the Dekelor Equation originates from the Sigma Mechanical Council, later progressively refined by factions of the Star Children, presenting various schools of thought based on its transformations, and the one Loloria was using now was one of them.

Though Tilan hadn't studied the Spiritual Sequence, during her high school exchange at the Crystal Lattice Academy, she had learned and memorized quite a bit of related knowledge. Passing this knowledge to Loloria allowed her to deduce and refine it slightly for use, as it was originally a Spiritual Sequence Secret Technique developed specifically for mechanical bodies, making it well-suited for her.

After dealing with the pursuing enemies, Loloria found some relief, even taking time to collect chips from the artificial Angels she destroyed, decoding and analyzing the problems within.

Half an hour later, Tilan and Celestia returned to the ruins of the battleship, and after an intense battle, they had mostly dealt with the remnants of a few artificial Angels left there.

"Time is tight, let's hurry to Olivia." Tilan grasped the brilliant Holy Sword, and when she brought down the sword edge, the overflowing light seemed to transform into liquid, coalescing in the passage and on the walls, spreading towards the distant exit. Then, like massive bubbles, this liquid formed transparent crystal barriers, sealing the entire passage.
