Di Xiaxia thought for a moment, leaned in to kiss him on the cheek, then jumped out of the car. She gave him a bright, radiant wave, then seemingly a bit embarrassed, quickly turned and left.

Di Mingzhe touched his face, an unconscious smile playing on his lips before feeling slightly foolish.

After clearing his throat lightly, he instructed in his usual low, steady voice, "Drive on. Send a couple of men later to look out for the madam from a distance. Don’t disturb her."

"Yes," responded the guard who sat in the car’s front seat with a respectful nod.

As the car moved smoothly forward, Di Mingzhe reached for his tablet on the side, switching it on, but his gaze didn’t fall on the screen.

His slender fingers couldn’t help but stroke the tablet repeatedly, his curiosity piqued. The surprise that Di Xiaxia was preparing for him, what could it be?

He felt both curious and excited. After all, at his age, no one had ever prepared a surprise for him, especially when the person preparing the surprise was Di Xiaxia.
