The cuteness and gentleness of his wife were very likeable. Di Mingjue couldn’t resist his lips curving into a smirk, his dark eyes teasingly looking at her while he said slowly, "Believe in your husband. There’ll be something to make you even happier later."

Gu Qibao blushed a deep red, he had just flirted again without giving her the chance to reply!

After Di Mingjue and his group left, Di Jinxuan, Di Xiaxia, and Shi Mo also left, too tired to even bother about the old gamblers playing mahjong.

After leaving Dihai Lantian, Di Xiaxia asked, "Fourth sister, you didn’t drive, did you?"

Di Xiaxia retorted in a drained voice, "Do you think I can drive with this get-up?"

Di Jinxuan stuck out her tongue, "I can’t drive either as I had some drinks. Let’s take big brother’s car then."

"Big Brother probably has left already," Di Xiaxia said listlessly, "Let me give second brother a call."

Di Jinxuan nodded and turned to Shi Mo, "I’ll call a bodyguard to drive you back to the hospital."

Shi Mo nodded, looking at her radiant face.

Di Jinxuan beckoned, and a bodyguard nearby promptly ran over, respectfully lowering his head in a deep bow, "Does Miss Fifth have any instructions?"

"Please drive Mr. Shi back to the hospital," Di Jinxuan gestured towards Shi Mo, "Ask Lan, my assistant for the address. Mr. Shi’s throat is inconvenient, so please make sure he safely reaches the hospital. We cannot afford any accidents."

"Yes. Understood," The bodyguard dutifully replied. He courteously motioned to Shi Mo, "Mr. Shi, please follow me."

Shi Mo glanced at Di Jinxuan, cautiously raised his hand in goodbye, but suddenly hesitated and tucked it back in.

A smile played around the corners of Di Jinxuan’s mouth as she generously waved back at him.

Shi Mo seemed to blush slightly as he nodded, and then followed the bodyguard out. Just as this happened, Di Mingchen’s car pulled up. Rolling down the window, Di Mingchen beckoned her, "Cute little Miss Xuanxuan, do you want to ride with your second brother?"

Di Jinxuan, covering her mouth with laughter, responded, "Cute Mr. Di Mingchen, of course cute little Miss Xuanxuan would want to go with you."

Saying that, she opened the car door and climbed in.

The stunned Di Xiaxia, standing nearby, hurriedly shouted, "Hey, aren’t you guys going to wait for cute Miss Xiaxia?"

Before her words could linger, Di Mingzhe’s vehicle slowly pulled up. It was a long jet-black Lincoln, exuding an extravagant yet restrained air.

Without giving it a second thought, Di Mingchen floored the accelerator and drove away, making way for Di Mingzhe.

Di Xiaxia stood there, eyes widened and mouth agape, looking completely flustered. Love within a family, huh? It seemed that love could instantly turn to indifference. What happened to the promises of lifelong love and unity? Pfft!

The window slowly rolled down, and the man glanced up with a composed, regal countenance and calmly uttered two words, "Get in."

Di Xiaxia really wanted to ask for a bodyguard to drive her instead but she didn’t dare. She tended to lose her nerve in front of her strange older brother!

Resigned to her fate, Di Xiaxia hobbled hobbits into the vehicle. Once in, she closed her eyes, tilted her head back, and feigned death.

Di Mingzhe remained silent, calmly observing something in his hand.

Gu Qibao sat in D Mingjue’s car, her head feeling somewhat fuzzy, and her face a cute red.

However, seeing Di Mingjue’s skillful driving and his stunningly handsome face, she immediately felt much more awake.

Di Mingjue glanced at her and noticed her red face making him frowned. He carefully felt her forehead, "You overdid it, didn’t you?"

"No, no, I’m just a little bit tipsy," Gu Qibao responded with a shaky shake of her head.
