"Yes, I’m hungry!" Qibao admitted sincerely, touching her stomach. "I haven’t had breakfast."

"You’re craving for meat, aren’t you?" Di Mingjue smiled. A wave of his hand had people serving their food.

A table full of an assorted variety of her favorite dishes greeted her eyes.

"Wow..." Qibao’s eyes lit up as she reached to grab a bite.

Di Mingjue slapped her hand away lightly, "Wash your hands first."

Qibao stuck out her tongue and obediently ran to wash her hands.

After washing her hands and taking her seat, Di Mingjue handed her a pair of chopsticks, his tone affectionate, "Go ahead and eat, little glutton."

Qibao took the chopsticks without any hesitation. The phrase ’wolfing down’ was an understatement for the way she was digging in. Oh, how she had missed the meat!

It had been a long time!
