Gu Qibao was sleeping soundly in bed like a little pig; Di Mingjue did not have the heart to wake her up, given that she had gone to bed really late the previous night.
After some thought, Di Mingjue softly got out of bed, opened the door, and found the outside filled with fresh flowers.
Di Mingjue raised his eyebrow with a smile, Lan Feng was always reliable.
Remembering what Di Mingzhe had told him, Di Mingjue decided to visit him first.
Upon descending the stairs, Di Mingjue instructed Uncle Zhang, "When the young lady wakes up, tell her to wait for me at school."

Gu Qibao was awakened by the ringing of her phone. She groped around groggily to answer the call, it was from Nangong Ran.
She picked up the phone, still half asleep, "What’s up?"
"Gu Qibao, it’s unbelievable, really unbelievable!" Nangong Ran screamed frantically from the other end of the call, "Do you know? Our school is filled with flowers!"
"Huh?" Gu Qibao raised her eyebrow, "What do you mean?"
Nangong Ran spoke in excited, disjointed sentences, "Flowers everywhere, all over the school. I heard they are a gift from the Duke specially for you!"
"Ah!" Gu Qibao jumped up at the news, "What did you say?"
"I said the school is covered in roses. It’s said that the whole path from your house to school is blanketed in roses. This is the Duke’s doing. I heard the bodyguards guarding the roses say that they were a gift from the Duke to you. He wanted every place your eyes set on to be filled with flowers. Gu Qibao, you are sensational! The TV station has even come to cover this!"
Gu Qibao was momentarily stunned, she murmured softly, "Hubby?"
Upon not finding Di Mingjue in the room, she rushed up and looked frantically around the room and blurted out, "My hubby is missing!"
"Ah?" Nangong Ran on the other end was startled, "He’s missing?"
Gu Qibao smacked her forehead, pouted, "I’m a little groggy. It’s okay, he probably went to the company."
"You better come soon." Nangong Ran urged her, "Everyone at school is dying with envy, waiting for your grand entrance. Not to mention the TV station is waiting for an interview!"
"Oh, okay." Gu Qibao hastily ended the call, taking a quick bath. Afterwards, reflecting on their discussion from the previous night about going to university and becoming ladies, she decided to wear her school uniform today!

Once she was dressed, she slung on her backpack and rushed out the door. However, after just a couple of steps, she stopped dead in her tracks, utterly astounded.

The entire hallway was bedecked with vibrant roses, their bright-red hue was almost blinding, complemented by the colorful baby’s breath, it was incredibly beautiful.
The critical part was that Di Mingjue’s mansion was initially built in a pure European style, and the romantic atmosphere was overflowing. The flower sea accentuated this, leaving people almost breathless.
Gu Qibao tentatively moved her feet in disbelief, walking carefully down the path. The roses had been arranged to leave a narrow passage, and it felt like walking in a flower field.
Upon reaching the hall, she was surrounded by even more roses. It was indescribably beautiful, to an extent that it could move people to tears.
Gu Qibao quickly pulled out her phone, and with a lot of clicks captured many pictures before she reluctantly put away her phone.
"Young Lady," Uncle Zhang stood in the dining room, bending respectfully, "the master asks that you have your meal and then wait for him at the school."
