Nangong Ran was stunned, "Holy crap, look at mom’s attitude!"

Scared, she quickly hugged her Chibi Maruko-chan doll tightly.

But inside she was delighted, and immediately began fawning with a nod, "Yes, Mother Superior, at once, I’ll skedaddle to prepare fruits for my sister-in-law."

After rolling out, Nangong Ran felt something was off and pondered for quite some time before realizing—damn it, why did she have to fetch fruits when there were servants at home?

Li Hui was holding Di Jinxuan’s hand, the more she looked, the more loving she became, shoving the weak and stomach-aching Nangong Jin to the side.

Nangong Lin had just returned home from shooting a film, originally planning to comfort her little brother. Instead, Li Hui caught her and began bellowing, "Nangong Lin, go, make coffee for your sister-in-law."

Nangong Lin was taken aback, "Holy crap, mom, I’ve just come back from filming and haven’t even warmed my seat yet, surely not your own flesh and blood."

Yet, Nangong Lin still responded promptly, "Yes, right away."

Then Li Hui commanded, "Nangong Tiancheng, what are you spacing out for? Why are you hogging the TV? Change the channel to something Xuanxuan likes."

Nangong Tiancheng hurriedly nodded, "Oh, right, I’ll change it immediately."

Still not sure which channel to pick, he asked without delay, "Xuanxuan, what do you like to watch?"

Di Jinxuan couldn’t help but want to laugh, finding Li Hui exaggerated, but her heart felt incredibly warm. She answered generously and sweetly, "Uncle Tiancheng, anything’s fine, I’m not fussy."

Her words not only moved Li Hui but also touched Nangong Tiancheng deeply. "Emma, this daughter-in-law is simply too wonderful!"

Nangong Tiancheng swiftly changed it to a women’s channel featuring shopping and beauty.

Nangong Jin, willingly pushed to the side, smiled as he watched his mother doting on Di Jinxuan so attentively.

To Li Hui, adoring Di Jinxuan even more than he did brought him additional joy.

Li Hui pulled Di Jinxuan to the couch to sit down, her eyes full of doting as she tenderly tidied up stray hair around her ears, saying, "Xuanxuan, you’ve worked hard, taking Xiaojin to the doctor."

"Not at all," Di Jinxuan was extremely shy, finally unable to hold back, she said, "Aunt Hui, you don’t have to be so dramatic, it was just a simple gesture."

Li Hui was even more delighted at that, her eyes smiled more joyfully, and suddenly she noticed Nangong Xiao nestled on the sofa, hugging her naughty little Chihuahua, Mengmeng.

Nangong Xiao, with her big, adoring eyes, hadn’t even spoken when Li Hui already disapprovingly said, "Xiaoxiao, why aren’t you calling her sister-in-law?"

Di Jinxuan’s face turned as red as an apple, feeling awkward she said, "Xiaoxiao, don’t call me that randomly."

"How is that random? No, no, definitely not," asserted Li Hui, while giving Nangong Xiao a sideways glance.

Nangong Xiao quickly stood up, speaking in a cooing voice, "Sister Xuanxuan, you wait, I’ll go get you my snacks."

After saying that, she scooped up the Chihuahua and dashed upstairs.
