"What did he call you for?" Nangong Jin stood up and asked.

Nangong Jin nodded, then said, "I’m going to take a shower."

With that, he dashed off to the bathroom, leaving Di Jinxuan blinking in bewilderment, geez, the audacity!

Why was he showering here?

Was he planning to stay the night?

Di Jinxuan pouted and curled up under the covers, thinking to herself, whatever, old men were just like this.

Di Jinxuan tried to clear her mind, but the poor Mr. Jin in the bathroom was dousing himself repeatedly in cold water, unable to quench the raging fire within.
