Ariel Morris drank the soup, ate the meal, and then remembered that no one would cook for Arlo Seys at Royal View City. She said goodbye and got up to leave.As she just stepped out of the main entrance, she saw a car light shining directly towards her, so bright she couldn’t open her eyes.
The car whizzed past her, brushing close, then came to a screeching stop at the Morris Family’s gate. She turned back to see Jorge Saxton get out of the car.
Her eyes were fixed on Jorge Saxton, straight on his hand, and seeing his bandaged hand, Ariel Morris felt somewhat at ease.
Her gaze lingered as Jorge Saxton closed the car door, sensing a look was directed at him. He glanced back and saw Ariel Morris standing ten meters away.
Jorge Saxton’s cold eyes swept over Ariel Morris with a glance and then he turned to enter the Morris Family home.
Ariel Morris pressed her lips together, turned in the opposite direction, and felt a bit conflicted inside.
She didn’t know why every time she saw Jorge Saxton, there was always a special feeling, an urge to approach him. Just now when she saw him, the first look was at his injury, she couldn’t help but want to care for him.
Why exactly? Why did she have this feeling? It’s the first time she felt so strongly for someone, as though she and Jorge Saxton should be very close, not cold and indifferent like this.
Ariel Morris walked for half an hour, waiting for a taxi along the way, but since everyone in the villa area had their own cars, it’s rare for a taxi to come by, and they were always occupied.
Just when she was worried, a private car approached from a distance. Ariel Morris raised her hand to stop it, praying it was a kind person willing to give her a ride.
The car stopped beside her. Ariel Morris politely signaled for the driver to open the window.
The driver slightly opened it, revealing a pair of eyes looking at her.
Ariel Morris awkwardly scratched her head, "Um—big brother, could you give me a ride? Just drop me off anywhere in the city where there are lots of taxis. It’s too hard to catch one here, please, big brother."
The driver contemplated for a moment, "Where do you want to go?"
Ariel Morris heard this and knew there was hope, so she replied with a look of joy, "Era Tower!"
The driver glanced at her, his gaze somewhat deep, and nodded.
Ariel Morris opened the car door and sat in the back seat. As soon as she settled, the car sped off at an alarming speed.
Ariel Morris was startled, tilting and almost falling inside the car. She looked at the driver in the front seat, her voice trembling with panic, "Big brother, can you slow down?"
The driver remained indifferent, did not reply, and the speed continued unchanged.
Meanwhile, Jorge Saxton sat in the Morris Family home for half an hour before driving away. He recalled Kylie Morris had called him this afternoon saying she wanted to have a talk, just as he also had things to discuss with the Morris siblings, so he agreed.
It turned out Kylie’s talk was about accepting him back into the Saxton Family but without any inheritance rights.

Ariel Morris was in the back seat, watching the driver who showed no sign of slowing down. Fear sprung in her heart, "Stop the car! Let me out!"
The driver ignored her completely, continuing to race at high speed.
Terrified, Ariel Morris glanced at the unruffled driver in the front seat. It was then she noticed a smell of alcohol in the car.
"You’ve been drinking!" Ariel Morris’s face turned a bit pale, "This is drunk driving! Stop the car! I want out!!"
