Chapter 392: How Much Debt the Morris Family Owes

Arlo Seys and Dawn Sutherland were all shocked at Jorge Saxton, knowing that his hatred would only be appeased with the Morris Family paying the price. What concerned them was Ariel Morris, for she bore the Morris surname, and was thus within Jorge’s scope of revenge.Ariel Morris watched as blood streamed from Jorge Saxton’s hand, but his face remained indifferent, his eyes cold as ice, seemingly unfazed by it. His face was etched with deep hatred, and for some reason, Ariel felt a sudden stab of pain in her heart.

"You—your hand is bleeding," Ariel Morris couldn’t hold back and reminded him.

Jorge Saxton’s cold gaze pierced through Ariel, filled with hatred and sarcasm, as he stepped forward towards her.

With a swift move, Arlo Seys pulled Ariel Morris behind him, shielding her, and stared coldly at Jorge Saxton, wary of a sudden attack.

Just as Jorge took a step, a hand was placed on his shoulder, stopping him.

From behind came Jose Floyd’s indifferent voice, "Jorge, there’s plenty of time."

There’s no rush right now.

With hateful eyes, Jorge Saxton swept a glance at the Morris Family members, turned, and left with heavy steps.

Yes, Jose was right, there’s plenty of time.

The Morris Family—none of them would escape. He wanted the entire family to pay for his blood feud!!

As Jorge Saxton turned to leave, Langdon Seal and Jose Floyd followed. Watching Jorge’s solitary and proud figure, Ariel Morris felt her heartache intensify inexplicably.

When that figure disappeared from sight, Ariel could no longer hold back, pushed past Arlo Seys, and ran after him.

"Ariel." Arlo Seys called out in surprise.

But Ariel Morris seemed oblivious, acting out of character, and picked up her pace. A hint of panic flashed across Arlo’s normally calm and indifferent face as he quickly followed.

Dawn Sutherland and Nico Haynes exchanged a glance, unsure of what was happening with Ariel, worried that Arlo might struggle alone against the three heirs of City T, so they followed as well.

As soon as they disappeared from view, Damien Morris, Kylie Morris, and Laura Pinley exchanged glances and smiled slightly, faces full of schadenfreude.

Jorge Saxton left the banquet scene and got into a limousine. Langdon Seal and Jose Floyd followed suit, stepping into the vehicle with him.

Langdon Seal looked at his good friend, his voice somewhat somber, "Jorge, I know I shouldn’t say this now, but I must. Jorge—could you let Ariel go? She’s not like the other Morris family members, she really is a good person, Jorge—"

Jorge Saxton sneered, "Good? What kind of daughter could be born to parents like Damien Morris and Laura Pinley? Langdon, I’ve seen the rumors about you and her! If you like her, I have nothing to say, but if you stop my revenge against the Morris Family, then our brotherhood ends here!"

Langdon Seal looked at him in shock, then spoke with a slightly hoarse voice, "Jorge—I do like her, but I just wish you’d spare her, not to stop your revenge against the Morris Family."

Jorge Saxton glanced at him, "I won’t spare anyone in the Morris Family! You feel sorry for her? Langdon, others don’t know what happened to me, but you and Jose know best! Langdon, tell me, where’s my sister?"

Langdon Seal hung his head, his voice hoarse and raspy, "After my investigation, your sister—might have really died at birth. Jorge, for all these years you’ve suspected she wasn’t dead, you just longed for a kin, Jorge, accept the fact!"

Jorge Saxton sneered, "Langdon, my sister, my mother, my grandfather, how much does the Morris Family owe me? You and Jose know clearer than anyone! And you now ask me to spare the daughter of Damien Morris and Laura Pinley?"
