Lord Game: I Have 100 Million Talents

Chapter 374 - 78: Phase 3 Opens, Plane War and Sky City Conquest

Chapter 374 - 78: Phase 3 Opens, Plane War and Sky City Conquest

The slow healing effect of the Evil Aura wasn’t suited for instantly restoring full health in high-intensity battles, but for post-war recovery or in drawn-out tactical encounters, it was an overpowered ability worthy of being called "Divine Level."

Especially now that it had a massive 5,000-meter radius, the actual amount of health it could restore per second was in the hundreds of thousands, or even millions.

In contrast, other Recovery Skills were mostly limited to a small area, only restoring a few hundred or a few thousand health per second.

Even the stronger group recovery skills could, at best, only restore a few tens of thousands of health in a single burst.

Of course, there were also some abilities that provided continuous percentage-based healing at no cost, like "Divine Gift: Rapid Recovery" or the Rapid Recovery Talent possessed only by super bosses like the Evil Dragon Jinli.

Their effects were indeed powerful.

But unfortunately, they only worked on a single person.

They couldn’t be used on surrounding allies.

Moreover, Qin Feng had never heard of any Talent or skill with a total healing output more insane than the large-scale, automatic healing of the "Evil Aura."

Therefore, as the first Lord Talent bestowed upon Qin Feng by the King of War, this thing was utterly overpowered.

After upgrading the "Evil Aura" Talent, Qin Feng immediately threw all his attention into commanding his forces. He led the Ocean Legion, spearheaded by the Kraken, to continuously encircle and destroy Sea Magical Beasts. By performing core Commander actions like issuing orders and analyzing the battlefield, he steadily harvested Professional Experience Points.

Finally, through sheer, relentless effort, he managed to successfully raise his "Divine Chosen Lord" Profession to level 50 just before the third phase of the world officially opened.

[War Blessing (Enhanced War Legion Effect): Provides a 450 (150)% Full Attribute Bonus to yourself, your Divine Chosen Soldiers, and any allied units Fighting Side by Side with you. You also gain a corresponding 450% (150)% Life Value Bonus. This effect cannot be stacked with another person’s "War Blessing"; only the highest value will be applied.]

A 450% temporary Extra Life Value, on top of the 1000% Extra Life Value from "Heaven’s Chosen Ruler" and "Void Realm Conqueror."

His Life Value was simply astronomical.

Of course, Qin Feng’s advantages in other areas were just as explosive.

His massive-AoE Multi-shot Arrow, terrifying headshot damage bonus, plus the fact that all his cities’ public security, Prosperity, total population, Loyalty, and troop reserves were maxed out.

And then there was his most heaven-defying ability, "Clone," which let him mass-produce dozens of player clones, each possessing 50% of Qin Feng’s Ability Value and all of his skill and Talent Effects.

You could say he was so Invincible it was lonely.

’Then!’

’Now!’

’All that’s left is to wait for the arrival of the third phase!’

[Your Lord Plane is evolving... Evolution complete! Current phase: Phase Three!]

[New Content Unlocked: Level 75 cap, permanent Plane War event, Contest for the Stone of the Gods (Plane version), Alliance Headquarters System, Sky City System, Otherworldly Divine Chosen Army mechanic.]

[Details on the Level 75 Cap: All Professional Levels can be raised to 75. Personal Attribute Points can be increased to a maximum of 50,000 (this is a fixed threshold for the current phase and cannot be surpassed; further growth will be possible after the Lord World evolves to the Fourth Phase). There is no upper limit for Personal Ability Value (the specific value depends on equipment bonuses, Talent Effects, skill strength, and attribute conversion rates; core representative values include Attack Power, Defense Power, Life Value, and Speed). When Lord Players (and other creatures) raise a Profession to level 51, they will directly become Extraordinary Three Stars beings. However, the evaluation system for this phase will remain fair and objective, and will no longer issue ratings based on the first phase’s attribute points mechanic.]

[Permanent Plane War Event: The Heaven’s Chosen Ruler of any third-phase Lord World can choose to either "cooperate" with or "invade" the Lord Planes of other Heaven’s Chosen Rulers. If "cooperation" is chosen, both sides will maintain a friendly status and cannot invade each other... If "invasion" is chosen, a declaration of war will be made. All Lord Players and Native Creatures loyal to the invading Heaven’s Chosen Ruler will follow them through a "Plane Gate" into the targeted Lord Plane. There, they will engage in an Undying and Unyielding battle with the enemy, without the benefit of any "Territorial Blessing." The war ends only when one side’s Heaven’s Chosen Ruler is killed, or a Heaven’s Chosen Ruler surrenders and pays a hefty price... Both the "invading side" and the "invaded side" can have allied "cooperator" Planes join the war. However, not only will these participants take a share of the battle rewards, but all allies on a participating side will suffer a decrease in Ability Value. The more "cooperators" that join, the greater the reduction (10% per Plane), up to a maximum of 50%. The maximum number of "cooperator allies" is eight Lord Planes. If the number of participating Planes on each side is unequal, the faction with fewer Planes, after having their corresponding "Ability Value" reduction applied, will receive an Ability Value bonus. This bonus is based on the average "Ability Value" of the opposing faction’s excess number of Planes. For example, in an 8 vs. 2 battle, the former group’s Ability Value will be reduced by 50%, while the latter, after a 20% Ability Value reduction, will have its two Plane factions split an additional 150% in Ability Value... Some Lord Planes are not a monolith; traitors may rebel at any time. For instance, they might backstab Lord Players from their own faction, or even assassinate their own Heaven’s Chosen Ruler to end the Plane War. All of these actions are within the rules.]
