From memory this one is how do you say painful in an annoying way? I just looked it up on batotoo and I managed to find it. The official translation is called "your regrets mean nothing to me", but there seems to also be an unofficial translation with the same name as this. The unofficial translation has fewer characters, so I assume it's been dropped. Official translation for the comic is on Tapas, or of course a pirating site of your choice.
