Chapter 236 : High School Classmate

Most of the clothes the aunt brought for her met Lin Nan's requirements.

Long pants, long sleeves, without too many fancy patterns, and not appearing too girly.

Although she had grown quite fond of those pretty dresses since becoming a girl, psychologically she still couldn't get past that hurdle for the time being.

"That works. When we're on voice chat, you'd better not make any sound though..."

"Mm."

Lin Nan nodded and clicked on a makeup tutorial video, then began watching in silence.

Chen Yao was surprised. "You're planning to learn makeup?"

"Learning a bit, I have to learn eventually..." Lin Nan muttered, "Otherwise I won't know how to cover it up if my skin gets worse later."

In the past she had never cared this much about skin quality. As long as it wasn't oily, that was enough.

"My mom is pretty good. If you want to learn, you can ask her."

When everything was taken care of and she returned to the room, Chen Yao had just finished a game.

"Pretty cute." He said in surprise, casually putting the hood on Lin Nan's head, covering her messy hair and only revealing that delicate and lovely face. Combined with the clothes on her body, she really looked like an actual catgirl.

Too bad these were cat pajamas, not catgirl underwear...

Chen Yao was immensely disappointed.

"Holy crap! Chen Yao, why is there a woman's voice on your end!"

Lin Nan was so startled she almost fell off the chair.

"Chen Yao, you said you were single! Quick, send me a photo of our sister-in-law! Or turn on your camera."

Chen Yao wanted to explain, but Lin Nan directly grabbed the microphone and shouted into it, "Zhu Yongwen! It's me, Lin Nan!"

On the other end of the computer was Lin Nan's high school deskmate. They used to get along pretty well, but unfortunately this guy didn't do well on the college entrance exam and repeated for another year. Who knows which school he got into now.

"What? Lin Nan? Holy crap, did you go to Thailand? Your voice sounds like a woman's. When are you coming out to hang?"
