Chapter 851 - 850: Xiao Bei Is Back

Song Fanggang initially intended to accompany Beisitian to the medical team, but a last-minute meeting was called. Because Zhou Biwu had given specific instructions, he had planned to decline it."Go ahead with your meeting, Commander Song. I’m quite familiar with the medical team, we can go by ourselves," Beisitian said with a smile.

The meeting wasn’t really that important, but Song Fanggang wasn’t sure if Beisitian’s words were related to some task, so he decided to agree.

He called his orderly, Captain Zhou Fa, to go along.

Just as Zhou Fa was about to say something, Beisitian took the number from her hand with a smile, looked at Zhou Fa, and said, "Let’s wait."

She found this quite amusing, wondering who would call her number later. Hopefully, it wouldn’t be the chatterbox, Er Zhang.

There weren’t many people waiting because during the day, there are usually more doctors on duty. For now, they’re busy, but it usually quiets down after a while.

There were five people ahead of Beisitian, and since some of them needed tests, it quickly became her turn.

Her number was called by the third consulting room. Since she had a surgery number, and there weren’t many surgeons there, it meant it would likely be Qi Xiu Hui and Shen Junping inside.

Sure enough, upon entering, Shen Junping was looking at a patient’s chest X-ray, twisted around with his back to her, so he didn’t notice her coming in.

That simple ’long time no see’ carried a multitude of emotions. This place marked the beginning of her understanding of the world.

Emotion welled in Qi Xiu Hui’s eyes. If not for Beisitian back then, her relations at the medical team wouldn’t have improved so much.
