“Fuck off.” Bradley laughed when he heard Jean’s piercing whistle.
“You clean up real nice, soldier,” Jean murmured as he crossed the room to where Bradley stood beside the dining table, sipping a glass of water. His eyes ran over Bradley with admiration. “Damn, you look good.”
“Thanks. Now, go and get ready.” Bradley said. “I don’t like being late to places.” He took the glass to his lips but Jean took the glass from him and placed it on the table. Then he pinned Bradley against the table, his eyes heavy with desire.
“We won’t be late,” Jean murmured, allowing his lips to graze that of Bradley’s. “I took a shower at the hospital so all I have to do is dress up.” He pressed a kiss against Bradley’s mouth. “We have a lot of time to kill.” His tongue flicked at the corner of Bradley’s mouth, drawing a moan from the soldier. “How about we…”
“No, Jean…” Bradley groaned even as he captured Jean’s mouth in a smoking hot kiss. “We can do whatever you want when we get back.” He said breathlessly against Jean’s lips when they came up for air. “Go get ready.” A quick kiss, and then Bradley was pushing Jean back.
“You can’t kiss me like that and expect me to…”
“Go get ready, Jean.” With a peal of shaky laughter, Bradley turned to go, feeling very proud of himself. It was very difficult to think rationally around the sexy doctor. Being able to control himself was, therefore, a very good thing, Jean thought as he entered his room.
Inside his room, Bradley opened the watch case on his dresser and stared at the designer watch lying inside for a moment. Then with a sigh, he took it out and fixed it on his wrist. A birthday present from Jean. After he’d insisted on paying for his own outfit, Jean had gone and bought him a Rolex. The watch, which was way more expensive than all the four outfits combined, had a forty-four-millimeter stainless steel case, was scratch and water-resistant, and boasted of a ninety-degree rotatable Command bezel and a programmable countdown function. It was strikingly masculine and simply elegant.
Bradley had initially refused to accept it when Jean had given it to him but the silly man had told a bullshit story about how important he viewed birthdays, and how he was likely to get depressed if his gift was rejected. He’d of course supported his crap with some medical nonsense. To shut him up and have some peace, Bradley had accepted the gift and promised to wear it to dinner that evening. Bradley looked at himself in the mirror and smiled at how…different he looked. He didn’t need anyone to tell him how good he looked in the slim straight-leg black jeans, black button-down shirt, and a maroon blazer. His patent black loafers completed his smart casual look, perfectly. Bradley looked really cool and classy.
“Brad?” Bradley stepped out of his room when he heard Jean calling his name. The soldier stared, transfixed. “Stop drooling.” Jean drawled as he looked down at his wrist where he was trying to fix his cuffs.
“Wow.” Bradley rasped. “Here, let me do that.” He grabbed Jean’s wrist and fixed the cufflinks. After fixing the other, Bradley stepped back and watched as Jean shrugged into his beautiful blue blazer. He thought the sexy doctor looked absolutely fabulous in his white shirt which had a hint of blue in it, the crisp grey slim-fit pants, and his bright blue blazer with its pocket scarf. What floored Bradley were Jean’s classic boots. It was grey like his pants but had blue soles and blue laces. “You look amazing in blue. It brings out your eyes.” Bradley murmured.
“Damn, you sure do get off on my eyes.” Jean drawled as he turned around to pick up his phone and keys.
“What?” Bradley was confused because he didn’t remember ever commenting on Jean’s eyes.
“That day I performed the surgery on you...” Jeans started for the garage. “You opened your eyes briefly to comment on my eyes. Then you went back to sleep.”
“That’s a lie.” Bradley felt the blood rush to his face.
“You know I hardly lie.” Jean chuckled as he opened the back door of his steel grey metallic Mercedes Benz G-Class, for Bradley. The jeep’s ruggedness, sheer luxury, and swagger perfectly matched its swanky owner. “You said something about how it reminded you of the sky and how it made you hard and how you were going to worship the owner forever and…”
“Oh fuck off…” Bradley finally snapped, making Jean erupt with laughter. “For a moment I thought you were being truthful with your ‘you know I hardly lie’ crap.”
“I’m only embellishing it.” Jean laughed, holding Bradley back when he attempted to enter the backseat. He turned him around to face him. “You know within yourself that I’m not lying.” He said softly. You did comment on how stunning you thought my eyes were. You said it was as if you were flying in an endless sky. Your words, not mine.” He leaned in and gave Bradley an open-mouthed kiss that went longer than he’d intended. “Shit, all I want to do right now is flip you over this car, pull down those sexy pants to just below that epic arse, and then fuck the shit out of you. Pun not intended.”
“Fuck!” Bradley breathed, completely melting against Jean. “It turns me on when you tell me exactly what you want to do to me. You have a dirty mind, Dr. Broody.”
“Yes, I have a dirty mind. And right now, you’re running through it naked.” Jean pressed a final kiss against Bradley’s smiling lips. “Come on, let’s get out of here before I boycott this whole fucking dinner.”
Bradley got on his back in the backseat and closed his eyes. “I’m getting in the passenger seat as soon as you go past the guards,” Bradley murmured.
“No, you’re not.” Jean countered as he got ready to back out of the garage. “The only time you’re getting off that seat is after we’re safely within the walls of my parents’ home.”
“Try and stop me.”
“Bradley…” Jean breathed. “I don’t want to risk anyone seeing you. Please.”
“Fuck my life.” Bradley groaned.
“Hey?” Jean called softly and waited until Bradley opened his eyes to look at him. “You alright?”
“Yeah,” Bradley murmured.
“Good.” Jean switched on his stereo system and instantly filled the car with Fuse ODG’s ‘Antenna’. Bobbing his head to the good music, he backed out of the garage.

“You can sit up now,” Jean announced when he got to the massive iron gate of his parents’ large estate. He pressed a button on the dashboard of his car to open the gate.
Bradley whistled when he sat up and saw the state-of-the-art Broody mansion. “I forgot I was coming to the house of a seasoned architect.” He chuckled, totally impressed.
“Dean designed it,” Jean said proudly. “He never takes the credit though. But Dad did leave all the big decisions to him. It was like a game to the man. He wanted his only ‘sensible’ son to play with ideas.” He gave the word air quotes.
“Don’t hate.” Bradley laughed. “All of you did decide to follow your mum into the medical field except for him.”
“I know right.” Jean chuckled. “Dad did get the best of all of us though. Dean is absolutely brilliant at what he does.” He parked under a parking shed where so many cars were already parked. “Looks like we’re the last to arrive,” Jean said as he turned off the engine. “Ready to meet the rowdy clan?” He turned to look at Bradley with a huge grin.
“Not really, but I’m here.” Bradley laughed.
“Oooh…it’s almost as if I’m bringing you to meet the family for approval.” Jean chuckled as he stepped out of the car. “Do I propose now or after?”
