Hold On Mr.! Your Sweetheart is a Real Queen

Chapter 461: Drunk madness

Chapter 461: Drunk madness

This presidential suite had been booked by him for half a year; it was specifically for rest when he didn’t have time to go home. In the past few months in Tsing City, he himself hadn’t stayed often, but he had brought Daisy Ginger twice.

After taking a shower, he walked out wearing a bathrobe.

Daisy Ginger hadn’t slept yet. When she saw him come out, her eyes seemed to brighten.

She stared at him without blinking.

Even with Edward Stephens’ strong psychological resilience, being stared at by her made him feel a momentary chill.

He walked over and pushed Daisy Ginger aside. The king-sized bed had space enough for five people, more than enough for two.

The man turned off the light, pulled over the quilt, and closed his eyes to sleep.

He fell asleep without any thoughts, and since it was indeed very late and he was somewhat tired, he fell asleep easily once he laid down.

He could feel Daisy Ginger tossing and turning next to him. Maybe because of the elevated body temperature from drinking, feeling a bit hot, she alternated between covering and uncovering herself, disturbing his sleep.

He didn’t know how much time passed before a pair of icy hands slipped in, groping around on his chest.

Edward Stephens opened his eyes in the darkness, looking at the woman who, at some point, had burrowed into his bed. Without turning on the light, her eyes were still astonishingly bright. Seeing him awake, she brazenly climbed onto his waist.

"..."

Drunk madness.

Edward Stephens laughed out of anger, "Daisy Ginger, if you don’t behave..."

Before he could utter harsh words, Daisy Ginger’s lips landed, causing his breath to hitch slightly as he looked at her intoxicated expression with complex emotions.

She was drunk, out of her senses, but he wouldn’t take action against a drunken woman.

Daisy Ginger kissed him for a while, seemingly finding the taste quite nice, lowered her head to look at him, and then kissed his face again.

Then, she smiled at him.

"Little darling... you smell so good." Her fingers caressed his face, with a captivating smile in her eyes, enchanting yet completely irresistible.

Edward Stephens calmly lifted his hand to grasp her wandering paw, his gaze inscrutable as he asked, "What’s my name?"

The woman straddling his waist lowered her head, fluttered her eyes, smiled charmingly trying to bluff her way through.

Edward Stephens let out a cold laugh, preparing to fling her off.

"Darling, I’m cold, don’t do this!"

She clung to his waist like an octopus, refusing to get off. Edward Stephens’ forehead veins popped, his voice low and hoarse as he warned, "Daisy Ginger, get off me now!"

"Sweetheart..."

"Get lost!"

"Darling, sweetheart, little darling," she kept calling him all sorts of sweet endearments while hugging him tight. Edward Stephens, who had been abstinent for so long, was finally stimulated into a reaction by her, his muscles tensing as he frowned at the dazed-looking Daisy Ginger.

He saw a certain desire in her dreamy eyes.

Who was she longing for? James Shelton? Or the jumble of "darling sweethearts" from her mouth?

During her four years in Tsing City, how she lived, her personal life, he didn’t know. However, so soon after their divorce, she managed to find another man to marry. He could only believe that she truly had no feelings for him, no affection in her heart for him.

Otherwise, after everything he had done for her over those years, if she had cared for him even a little, it wouldn’t have been so easy for her to marry another man and have children.
