Chapter 27
Chapter 27
ABBY
I run away from them as fast as I can.
Before I can run far, someone grabs me in my arm, and I know exactly who that is—the only touch that makes me feel like I want to risk everything for him.
“Baby, where are you going? Why are you running away from me again?” He pulls me into his arms, squeezes me, and kisses my head.
I cry so hard in his chest as I hug him back so tightly.
“Baby, stop crying, please? I can’t see you like this. It’s killing me. What’s wrong, Abbygail?”
“Do you like her? Do you love her?” I ask him while I’m still sobbing.
However, I shouldn’t have bothered asking him because he won’t be here if he doesn’t love her.
But why does he have to be nice to me?
Why does he have to call me baby?
He pulls away and stares at me in shock. “Who? What are you talking about?” He looks hurt and confused.
“Her.” I point my finger at the woman who is crossing her arms around her chest, showing enough of her B-size chest.
He cups my face and smiles—a smile that makes me imagine things—wild things. “Abbygail, you shouldn’t get jealous of my cousin. That is Trixie, Patrick’s twin.” He kisses me again and grins against our lips.
“Are you sure she’s your cousin? I thought you came here to tell me that you found someone just like we talked about.” I can’t look at him anymore.
I just play and smoothen the shirt that I grabbed when I kissed him.
“Jesus, Abby. You cry and run away because you thought that I met someone? You are my someone. My only one.”
It melts my heart.
He wipes my tears dry. ”Stop crying. And I missed you so much. That’s why I have to come over here to see you.”
I kiss him on his lips. “I miss you too. I’m sorry I misjudged you again.”
“It’s alright. Come, let me introduce you to my stupid cousin.” He takes my hand.
“Heard that, Sebby,” Trixie says before she pulls me into a hug, squeezing me tight that makes me whimper.
“Easy there, Trixie. You’ll break her bone.” Sebastian yells from behind me.
“Oh, shut up.”
“Good to finally meet you, Abbygail. I heard so much about you.” She offers her hand, “Nice to meet you too, Trixie.” I smile and shake her hand.
“Really? You almost run off from us if Seb didn’t catch you. You thought I’m Seb’s fuck buddy?” She says with a mischievous smile on her face.
“For fuck sake, Trixie. Don’t upset her more.” Seb looks irritated at her cousin.
“Yeah, sorry about that.” I have to laugh. I feel guilty
“Well, no wonder Seb’s fell hard for you. You’re a catch. You’re more beautiful than I expect.” She’s really something, and I like her already.
“Oh, for God's sake Trixie that’s enough. Get inside the car. I need some time alone with my wife.” I stiffen, and I look at him at his sudden outburst.
Do they know about Sebastian and me? He squeezes my hand and kisses my head.
“Yeah, enough of that drama. I’m starving. You two love birds can have some time alone after I’m fed.” Patrick cuts in, rubbing his stomach.
“You want a black eye, Patrick?” Seb glares at his cousin. “We’ll see you there. Linc knew where to go.” They both get into the Black SUV. He holds my hand, and we walk to my car in silence.
“I’ll drive, baby. Give me the key.” He opens my passenger door and lets me get inside after taking my things and putting them in the back seat. He gets in the driver's seat and starts the car.
“Sebastian, do they know everything about us?” I ask him nervously. He kisses me slowly when our mouths melt together, I open my lips, and he slips his tongue into my mouth as soon as our tongues meet,
I moan. I miss his tastes. I miss everything about him. Before we can continue, his phone rings. We break the kiss. Again
“Sorry, baby, it’s Pat.” He answers and just says okay, then puts it back in his pocket.
“We should go. They must be waiting for us,” I say slowly.
“Baby, Good to see you.” He squeezes my hand.
“I was so mad at you for leaving me while I was sleeping that was why I didn’t call, but I still missed you every day, every night.”
“You still didn’t answer my question.”
“Yeah, they know about us, including your mom’s will. Before you kill me, give me a chance to explain. I told them because I trust them, They care about me. I feel so devastated and insane and not with myself these days after you left me. They must have noticed my behavior, not the usual me. They stole my schedule from my PA. Before I can sit in the jet, they’re already there sitting and said we’ll help you take her back, so I have to tell them the truth.”
“Did you punch Patrick?” I face him while he's driving.
“Yup, before I confessed, he said something about you that I don’t like.”
“Sorry about earlier. God, I’m so stupid. Why I didn’t think she was your cousin.” I look at my hand. I feel so ashamed.
“Good to know your jealous. I kinda like the jealousy you have. It’s fucking hot, Abby.” He chuckles.
“It’s not funny, Sebastian. I really miss you, though.” I can’t anymore look at him, but I have at least told him the truth.
“I miss you too, baby. You have no idea. It’s killing me not to hear your voice or not to hear anything from you. God, I can’t be far from you any longer.” He takes my hand and kisses my knuckles.
He adds, “If no one is waiting for us, I’ll take you in this fucking car right now. Christ, Baby, you're driving me insane. All I can think about is you.”
“Sebastian, stop saying like that. And you just came all the way here to have sex with me?” I focus my eyes on the road in front of us. I’m so turned on, and I have to bite my lip.
“Baby, of course not, but I miss making love with you too and biting your lip, or I’ll stop this fucking car and take you here in this fucking seat.” He’s panting already.
“What did I do this time?” I look at him.
“You have no fucking idea that a single bite of your lip can do to me, haven’t you? I’m so fucking hard right now.” He grabs my hand and lets me feel his now very visible erection in his crotch.
“Sorry, I’ll behave, promise.” I giggle. I took my make-up kit from my bag. I apply some blush to my cheeks and recoat my mascara. I can see he’s checking me out. I pause.
“What? Does it give you a hard-on, too?” I raise my eyebrows and smile.
“You’re such a tease woman.” He smiles, Jesus his dimples.
“Now, I’m the tease, huh? looks like the table has turned.” I apply lip-gloss slowly to my lips. I can’t help myself but tease him more.
“fuck, Abbygail. I’m trying to drive here. Let me concentrate. You don’t want us to have an accident, do you?” I look at him with my innocent eyes.
“What have I done this time, babe? All I do is apply lip gloss to my lips. What’s wrong with that?” I try to hide my smile, but it doesn’t last long.
“You’ll pay for that, Abbygail. Trust me. You’ll pay.”
Thank God we finally arrived.
One of Dad’s restaurants, located in the center of the City, is famous for its good services and delicious foods.
“Why are we here? Of all the restaurants in town.” He looks amused.
“Can’t I be a patron of my wife’s restaurant? I heard they have delicious food here.” He grins. I roll my eyes.
“Jeez, you’re such a guy. Are you trying to impress me, bad boy?”
“And are you, baby?” We intertwine our hands as we walk toward the restaurant.
