Global Survival: I Have Endless Skeletons

Chapter 227: Killing All The Purple Arachnes

Chapter 227: Killing All The Purple Arachnes

Ah! Ahh!

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Inside the spider web tunnel, the sound of a raging battle echoed through the air.

The clash of weapons and the cries of creatures filled the confined space.

Have you ever seen an undead lose a battle?

It seemed impossible.

Unless there were not enough undead to fight.

This was exactly what the Purple Arachnes were experiencing.

They were individually stronger than many of their enemies.

Yet they were falling rapidly.

Against a single Arachne, multiple undead servants attacked at once.

They struck from every direction without pause.

Weapon strikes landed relentlessly.

Claws tore into flesh without mercy.

Fangs sank into their bodies.

Heavy tails smashed into their forms.

Attacks came from all sides.

The Purple Arachnes hissed and screamed in pain.

Their resistance was fierce, but the tide was against them.

Still, the battle was far from over.

More Purple Arachnes poured into the battlefield.

They emerged from the tunnels within the webbed walls.

They joined the fight without hesitation.

Thoren stood at the center of the battlefield.

His expression was calm yet serious.

He had not expected such numbers.

Even with his undead army, the swarm was overwhelming.

He had believed his numerical advantage would crush them easily.

Although his forces held the upper hand, the fight was not as simple as he had imagined.

Even so, a faint smile appeared on his face.

His experience points were increasing at a rapid rate.

After this battle, his army would become significantly stronger.

Bang!

A Level 24 Purple Arachne had its head crushed completely.

Fragments scattered across the ground.

The undead Storm Tyrant did not pause for even a moment.

It moved forward immediately toward its next target.

Its hammer rose and fell with unstoppable force.

No Arachne could withstand its strikes.

Each blow ended a life.

The Elite Purple Arachne that had led the charge earlier was already dead.

It had been defeated by the combined assault of the undead Elite Jackal Beastman and the undead Royalty Stonewall.

Their coordinated attacks were precise and deadly.

Within three strikes, the Elite Arachne had been slain.

Not far from the Storm Tyrant, the undead Royalty Stonewall swung its sword.

A Level 22 Purple Arachne was cleaved apart instantly.

Its body split cleanly under the force.

Bang! Bang!

On another side of the battlefield, the undead Elite Jackal Beastman destroyed a thick web barrier.

Its weapon smashed through the silk with ease.

The path opened instantly.

Thoren’s strategy was simple and effective.

He focused on eliminating the strongest enemies first.

Once they were gone, the weaker ones would follow easily.

The plan worked flawlessly.

If the Purple Arachnes had not called for reinforcements, the battle would have ended much earlier.

Even so, Thoren did not mind.

More enemies meant more gains.

He shifted his gaze toward the four undead Gravemind Devourers.

Each of them carried out their assigned roles perfectly.

They controlled portions of the battlefield with efficiency.

Without them, managing such a large army would have been difficult.

Now, everything felt controlled.

Everything felt easy.

Hmm.

Thoren narrowed his eyes slightly.

He noticed a change in the battlefield.

The number of incoming Arachnes had begun to decrease.

No more were emerging from the tunnels.

The reinforcements had stopped.

Seeing this, a brighter smile formed on his face.

Even though fighting still continued, the outcome was clear.

The battle was already decided.

"Kill them all," he commanded mentally.

His undead army responded instantly.

Their attacks intensified.

Screech! Screech!

The remaining Purple Arachnes began to panic.

They realized no more reinforcements were coming.

Their confidence shattered.

Some hesitated.

Others turned and fled.

Screech!

Several attempted to escape through the tunnels.

"What makes you think you can escape?" Thoren said coldly.

He ordered his undead to pursue them immediately.

The battlefield descended into chaos.

The Arachnes shrieked loudly as they tried to climb the walls and ceilings.

They scrambled desperately to flee.

However, the massive undead beasts blocked their paths.

They were struck down mercilessly.

The undead King Kong Ape slammed its massive fists into the tunnel walls.

The impact forced several Arachnes back into the center.

They were trapped.

One by one, they fell.

Their resistance weakened rapidly.

After a short time, the battle ended completely.

The tunnel fell silent.

Utterly silent.

The undead servants stood motionless.

Their hollow eyes burned fiercely in the dim light.

The ground was covered with corpses.

Thousands of Purple Arachnes lay scattered across the area.

Severed limbs were everywhere.

Broken bodies littered the floor.

Crushed heads lay among pools of blood.

The scene was gruesome and chaotic.

However, the cost of victory was also visible.

Many undead servants had been destroyed.

Some had lost their heads.

Others were missing limbs.

A few continued crawling despite severe damage.

Thoren observed everything without any change in his expression.

He felt no attachment to the fallen undead.

They were expendable.

Those that survived would only grow stronger.

At that moment, a series of notifications appeared before him.

[Experienced Gained +10000]

[Summoned Entities: Experienced Gained +5000]

[Spirit +2]

[Level: 4 (11170/5000 EXP)]

[Level Up!]

[Level: 5 (6170/7500 EXP)]

[Unassigned Attribute Points +5]

Thoren narrowed his eyes slightly as he read the information.

Despite defeating hundreds of enemies, he had only advanced one level.

A quiet sigh escaped his lips.

This was the nature of an Awakened Soul.

The requirements for growth were much higher.

Even so, he did not regret his path.

He shook his head and continued reviewing the notifications.

[Summoned Entities]

[Level Up!]

[Level Up!]

[Level Up!]

Many of his undead servants had grown stronger.

His elite squad showed the most improvement.

They had all reached Level 21.

The undead Storm Tyrant and the undead Royalty Stonewall had advanced further.

They were now Level 22.

The undead King Kong Ape had reached Level 21.

His mount, the Undead Iron Roar Komodo, had reached Level 20.

These results pleased him greatly.

Compared to his own level, the growth of his army mattered more.

With such strength, his confidence increased.

"Now I can face the Broodmother without hesitation," he said with a grin.

He lifted his gaze toward the tunnel ahead.

The path was empty.

Without delay, he stepped forward. His steps firmed, filled with determination.
