The Golden-Winged Great Peng, the Spirit Monkey, the Peacock King, and the other beast kings looked at him with deep respect in their eyes. "By our estimates, there are already a hundred thousand of them on Earth," Elder Yun replied, laying out everything that had happened in careful detail.

When the beings from the Outer Cosmos caught wind of the news, they began stirring up trouble. Several races and clans had already stepped forward, testing the officials. Some even entertained the idea of moving into the supercities.

The supercities were home to mostly ordinary civilians. While many people had embarked on the path of evolution after the Global Awakening, they still represented only a tiny fraction of the total human population.

The officials were working on a systematic way to help ordinary people become an Awakened. Lu Yuan had proposed that, but it needed enough time to be successful.

The invaders relocating into the supercities meant that they would become a threat to the ordinary people. They were truly despicable.

"King Lu, now that you've emerged from seclusion, shall we begin?

"I've gathered a great deal of intelligence. I know which beings from the Outer Cosmos have been colluding with certain factions behind the scenes. With the right arrangements, we can immediately deliver a devastating blow to them," Elder Yun asked, killing intent pooling in his gaze.

It was one thing for invaders to threaten the civilians and destabilize society, but for certain financial consortia and capitalist groups to do the same was simply unforgivable. It was tantamount to a betrayal, as they were supposed to be on their side.

"There's no rush. It's still not enough." Lu Yuan shook his head after hearing the report. "If we're going to do this, we'll do it thoroughly. They do like causing trouble, don't they? Then, let's stick to the plan. Keep fanning the flames, make it more convincing, and wait for certain people to come to us."

"That way, we won't have to waste time hunting them down. The key here is patience. This is just the beginning, after all."

His plan was straightforward. He wanted them all to reveal themselves, preferably including the Zhou Family. He never really had the time to deal with them before, so this was the perfect opportunity to eliminate every lingering threat.

His words drew a round of uncertain glances from those around him.
