But Si Ye caught his son’s momentary hesitation. Sang Luo hadn’t been able to spend a great deal of time with the children, but he was their father. He didn’t even need to use his Talent Ability to know his son was lying.
"Where did your mother really go?" he demanded, his voice dropping dangerously.
Little Yu’er’s heart leaped in fear. He shook his head. "Mommy... Mommy told me not to tell you, Dad... She went to the Ghost Domain!"
The color drained from Si Ye’s face. He rushed out the door, nearly colliding with Minos.
Minos, however, seemed to have already known and didn’t appear the least bit anxious.
"Relax. Luoluo will be fine... She left some unfinished business in the Ghost Domain. It was bound to be settled sooner or later."
