Chapter 416: Ultra-Premium Version Of Death
Chapter 416: Ultra-Premium Version Of Death
The proud sadist had pissed itself in terror.
Its horizontal orange eyes were pulsing frantically behind the paralysis, witnessing the absolute house of horrors Sol had been doing.
Sol walked calmly over, his boots crunching over the shattered yellow teeth and bone fragments scattered in the mud.
He reached out and snatched the bone-spear from the captain’s rigid hands, tossing it aside, then he released the freezing hold he had placed on the captain’s nervous system.
The captain instantly dropped to its knees, its long arms trembling uncontrollably as it bared its needle teeth, trying to scream out frantic, desperate words to save its own skin.
"Wait! Wait...!" the captain hissed, its voice cracking with a pure, unrefined panic, Its horizontal orange eyes were wide with raw, animal terror. "I have information! The tribe... the Coalition... we have a plan! Thorne is a traitor! He has given them the layout of your tribe! Just let me—"
Sol didn’t care.
He already knew about Thorne long ago, so it wasn’t some super secret info or anything.
And he knew exactly what these crafty, insidious yellow stalkers were.
Anything coming out of its mouth at a time like this wasn’t an offer of peace; it was a smokescreen.
A misleading lie or a desperate piece of bait designed to buy a single second of time or lure him into a trap.
In an all-out war of boss-level stakes, you don’t listen to the venomous things that just talked about eating your people’s children like cattle.
And he had read that these bastards were extremely loyal to their tribe, and wouldn’t care about giving their lives for the tribe.
But of course, that’s only for normal deaths, the one he was giving them was an ultra-premium version, so it was possible that he was really afraid and could give some important info.
Of course, there was an equal chance that it could all be wrong too, so he didn’t care about the information, he didn’t really want to take any chance.
Sol reached down with his bare right hand, his fingers locking onto the captain’s lower jaw.
"I didn’t ask for a chat," Sol whispered, his silver-crimson eyes burning like twin dying stars. "And you wanted breeding pits. You wanted to stake fathers and force them to watch their wives get raped and impregnated. You wanted to keep girls until their minds rotted while they birthed your eggs."
Sol pulled.
TEAR. CRACK.
With a single brutal exertion of his Layer 2 strength, he ripped the captain’s entire lower jaw off. The bone structures sheared apart with a wet, sickening crunch.
The long, segmented tongue was torn out at the root, leaving a gaping, bloody hole. Blood and yellow ichor sprayed across Sol’s arm as the captain dropped into the mud, clutching its ruined face. It could no longer scream properly... only produce low, wet, bubbling wheezes and choking gurgles.
But that was only the beginning.
...
Sol stepped on the captain’s spine, pinning it face-down in the filth. He wanted this one to last.
"You spoke about human women like they were toys," Sol said coldly. "Now you’ll learn what that really feels like."
He grabbed the captain’s long, multi-jointed arms and slowly twisted them behind its back until every single joint ... wrist, elbow, shoulder ... dislocated and then shattered. The bones ground into powder under his grip.
Then he moved to the legs, breaking them at the hips, knees, and ankles, folding the limbs into grotesque, unnatural angles so the shattered bones pierced through the mossy skin from the inside.
The captain thrashed wildly, producing horrible choking sounds through its missing jaw.
Sol flooded its body with silver Free Use essence... but this time he twisted the power into something truly vicious. He amplified every pain receptor to an unbearable degree while completely removing the ability to lose consciousness.
The captain’s mind became a prison of perfect, crystalline awareness. It would feel every second with horrifying clarity.
Next came the solar yang energy.
Sol pressed both palms against the captain’s back and began cooking its internal organs in stages. He started with the lower abdomen, slowly raising the temperature until the creature’s reproductive organs literally boiled inside its body.
The stench of burning Zerith flesh filled the clearing. The captain’s entire body convulsed as if electrocuted, its broken limbs flailing uselessly in the mud.
"You wanted to pump them full of eggs," Sol murmured. "Let’s see how you like something burning inside you instead."
He kept the heat controlled, moving it gradually upward... cooking the intestines, the stomach, the lungs... always stopping just short of fatal damage.
Every time the captain’s body tried to shut down, Sol pushed more silver essence into it, healing just enough to refresh the nerves and prolong the suffering.
For nearly forty minutes, Sol worked on the captain with methodical, terrifying patience.
He peeled long strips of chitin and skin from its back, exposing raw muscle. He crushed its genitals slowly between his fingers, grinding them into paste while staring into its wide, tear-filled orange eyes.
He broke every rib one by one, pushing the jagged shards inward to puncture its organs. He even forced thin streams of solar fire down the exposed throat hole, cooking the remains of its esophagus from the inside.
The once-proud Zerith captain... the creature that had spoken with manic lust about week-long feasts and breeding pits... had completely shattered. It couldn’t even beg for mercy and could only produce wet, broken, gurgling whimpers, twitching violently every time Sol introduced a new layer of pain.
At one point, Sol lifted the mangled body by its shattered arms and looked directly into its eyes.
"You loved making parents watch their children die slowly," he said softly. "How does it feel when there’s no one left to watch you?"
He drove his fist into the captain’s abdomen, slowly pushing through the cooked flesh until his hand was buried wrist-deep. He gripped something soft and vital inside and began squeezing.
The captain’s entire body went rigid. Its eyes rolled back, but the silver essence refused to let it escape into darkness.
