Under Nora Northwood’s leadership, VK has risen with such intensity, it can be called a legend in the industry.

She raised her eyes again, the blue light from the screen reflecting in her pupils, and asked Yvonne Winslow a question: "Are you curious why there’s been a change in the shares?"

Yvonne was someone who understood how to read the room—she roughly guessed what had happened, but hadn’t anticipated things would become so severe.

"You and Director Sinclair." She only uttered those four words, and didn’t further probe.

Nora’s gaze remained calm and she began to explain the cause and effect, "We aren’t suitable for each other. VK will only have the Northwood name from now on, and without a business giant as a backing, there may be situations hard to handle at any time, even the possibility of bankruptcy. If I say this, will you still follow me?"

When Megan was introduced to VK by Jasper Sinclair, she should put such things out in the open.
