Fated: The Alpha's Unwanted Luna

Chapter 200: Denied

Chapter 200: Denied

Sebastian groaned against her lips when she resumed rolling her hips against his hardness. "You feel that? That’s what your hands did to me. Keep moving, baby. Just like that—"

The sharp ringing of his door suddenly pierced through the moment, but he didn’t stop his wife, allowing her to grind herself against him to find her pleasure.

"Seb!" Came Matt’s voice in his head. "You’ve changed your password. I can’t come in and we need to talk."

Sebastian cursed inside his head. It seemed it was absolutely time he sent Matt away to go back to his family’s quarters and find himself another Beta, for he seemed to always be the one to shatter his moments with his wife! What was he, a disturbing pest sent by the moon goddess to make him die from blue balls?

"We will talk later. Go away, man!"

"Unfortunately, I can’t. It’s important and I am not alone out here. Laila is here. I found her at your door."

Sebastian froze, his chest heaving, lips still brushing hers. The name landed like cold water thrown directly over him. His grip on her hip tightened hard but not hard enough to bruise her, his jaw going tight in a way that had nothing to do with desire anymore. What the hell was Laila doing here?

Viola’s breath came in short pants, her body still aching and humming with a warmth she didn’t quite know what to do with. She ground helplessly against him once more before she caught herself, blinking slowly as he stopped kissing her and the persistent ringing of the door finally pushed through the thick fog that had settled over her head and pulled her back to reality.

She became suddenly, painfully aware of exactly where she was and what she had been doing, and the heat that rushed to her face had nothing to do with desire this time.

"Fuck," Sebastian cursed under his breath, his forehead dropping to hers. His cock throbbed madly between them, feeling denied. "Stay right here. Don’t move...please." He whispered when she began to attempt to stand up.

He didn’t let her go. His thumb stroked over her swollen bottom lip as he looked into her hooded eyes that were slowly clearing of the lust haze they had both almost fallen into.

"Can you do me a favor and leave through the other door? There’s someone at the door I don’t want you to meet. I will talk to the elders before this day ends and finalize the law change for you. Will you do that?" He asked her, his voice still thick and hoarse.

Viola was curious who he didn’t want her to meet, but she was right now too eager to get away from him and get ahold of herself and her wanton behavior that she quickly nodded. "I will use the other door. I don’t mind. Will...will you come to my place tonight?" She asked as he kept looking into her eyes.

"Maybe. I can’t promise, but I will let you know if I can’t make it."

They had already discussed the fact that they wouldn’t change their living arrangements even after the marriage, which was why they hadn’t moved into the same space, and Viola had been comfortable with those arrangements at the time and hadn’t seen anything wrong with them. But now that she was aware that spending time with him would help her wolf, she wished she hadn’t been so quick to agree to a separate living situation.

However, she nodded and got off his lap, and not even daring to look at that part of him that had been rubbing against her, she allowed him to lead her to the other door he had spoken of. An emergency secret exit, his arm burning warm around her waist as he led her.

"I will see you later." He said, looking at her as she hurried away. But the moment she was out of sight, his smile fell and his face hardened. He didn’t like that he was sending her out through the back door like this, even if it was to protect her. She should be walking confidently out of his front door the way his wife ought to.

When his door rang again, Sebastian purposely ignored it to take a quick shower and wash off the oil and his wife’s scent before he went out to meet Laila and Matt.

___

Viola walked through the back door feeling like a sneaking teenager, her insides still throbbing and feeling empty, like she had been caught mid way through eating a delicious meal before she could reach the best part of it. She could still feel the unmistakable dampness in her panties that made her walk back briskly and feel painfully conscious of her own body.

She really wanted to scold herself for being so wanton but she found she was more disappointed that they had been interrupted before she could reach the best part her body seemed to be telling her she hadn’t reached yet.

She tried to find the shame but it didn’t come. Instead more disappointment was what she found sitting inside her.

Disappointment at not exploring more of what they had been doing before the interruption, more of that hard erection pressing against her sensitive, swollen clit.

Her face burned.

She was twenty-three, almost twenty-four, and had never had sex before. Her life had been too busy in the past for her to ever have a moment to consider what was missing, or to desire it, or even to feel this deep curiosity about that aspect of life.

Perhaps it was the curiosity of being ignorant that was humming through her right now, and it had nothing to do with the fact that it was Sebastian specifically. Viola thought to herself as she made her way to the far end elevator that overlooked the distant door of Sebastian’s penthouse.

She stepped into the elevator biting her nails, and as she turned to face the closing doors, her eyes fell on the far end of Sebastian’s penthouse door.

Her eyes, which had become clearer and sharper now even without glasses, fell on Laila’s back as she stepped into the penthouse and threw her arms around Sebastian, whose arms came around her in return, and Viola felt an involuntary sinking of her heart as her gaze zeroed in on them.

Had he sent her out through the back door so she wouldn’t come face to face with his other woman? She felt a sharp prick in her chest and the lingering, humming desire rolling through her like waves began to dissolve like ice melting slowly under a hot sun.

She smiled at her own reflection in the elevator door as the thought came to her. It was nothing. He isn’t mine alone. He was never even mine to begin with. He is just my friend, a friend with benefits. It was time she started to get used to it and make her heart dissolve those unwelcome feelings that kept stubbornly growing inside it.

But try as she may, Viola had forgotten how to put hard walls back around her heart. Not with her lips still tingling from his kiss, not with her insides still begging for his touch, not when her nipples still stood erect beneath her clothes, betraying her completely.

"You are going to hurt so much, Viola, if the day he throws you out ever comes..." She told her reflection in the mirror on the wall. "You won’t be able to handle it..."
