Extreme Almightiest Young Master

Chapter 1524 - 1522: Junior Brother!

Chapter 1524 - 1522: Junior Brother!

"Hello, is that Mr. Lin Feng?" one of the middle-aged men asked Lin Feng.

"It’s me." Lin Feng replied indifferently. Being monitored all the way, it’s certain that Prince Zack’s people would be here to pick him up.

"We’ve come to escort you, please come with us." the middle-aged man continued.

"Let’s go." Lin Feng said briefly and followed the two middle-aged men away. However, through Divine Sense, Lin Feng sensed that there were definitely more than just these two among Prince Zack’s subordinates here, which made him a bit curious, wondering why Prince Zack and his people were being so cautious with him.

In no time, Lin Feng got into a fine Jeep with the two middle-aged men. Once inside, one of the men took out a hood and gestured for Lin Feng to wear it. Lin Feng smiled faintly and without saying much, put it on. He didn’t need to see everything around with his eyes as Divine Sense had already covered a range of several dozen miles, though no one else knew this.

The vehicle started quickly, swiftly leaving the airport and heading towards the desert, which puzzled Lin Feng a bit. There was definitely not a palace of Prince Zack in the desert, unless seeing his senior sister required going to some particular place in the desert.

In the boundless sea of sand, the SUV dashed swiftly through, and in the blink of an eye, a few hours had passed. When the vehicle stopped, they had arrived at a desolate temple, with ten massive stone pillars standing tall in the desert, accompanied by some scattered boulders, looking rather mystical. Nobody had expected such a structure to be hidden deep in the desert.

At this moment, under the middle-aged man’s cue, Lin Feng removed the hood and stepped out of the car, taking in the rundown temple. Clearly, the choice to meet here was intentional due to some special aspect of the location, or else they wouldn’t put in such effort.

As Lin Feng was observing the desolate temple, suddenly, the sound of helicopters approached from afar. In no time, four helicopters landed nearby, and out came more than a dozen people, led by Prince Zack and Peter.

"Mr. Lin, you should know me, I’m Zack." Prince Zack greeted Lin Feng with a jovial smile, not afraid of Lin Feng at all, knowing full well that with Chu Meng in their grasp, Lin Feng wouldn’t act rashly endangering her wellbeing—it would be too foolish!

"So it was you." Lin Feng didn’t respond to Prince Zack’s words, but looked at Peter and the others instead. He finally understood why these people had kidnapped Chu Meng—together they controlled half of Earth’s traditional energy. The rapid promotion of new energy had dealt them great blows, pushing them to risk such a move for profit.

"That’s right, Mr. Lin, we’re the ones who invited you. Our current proposal is to either reach an agreement to limit the new energy deployment or to unite forces to completely abolish Cloud Fund. I hope Mr. Lin sees the situation clearly and makes the most informed decision." Peter smiled as he spoke, having discussed these terms beforehand, confident that given the circumstances, Lin Feng couldn’t devise other plans.

"Is Chu Meng here? Without her presence, I won’t agree to anything." Lin Feng said calmly to them, having come here for Chu Meng, unwilling to comply with anything without seeing her first.

"Seeing Miss Chu Meng is possible. Knowing your exceptional skills, we’d like to impose some restrictions as a precaution, surely Mr. Lin wouldn’t oppose?" Zack chimed in, having planned this in advance. Lin Feng’s abilities were so terrifying that they could only feel secure by restraining him.

"No problem, go ahead." Lin Feng replied with a casual smile, unperturbed.

Upon hearing Lin Feng’s agreement, Prince Zack promptly signaled, and a few men approached Lin Feng. Suddenly, they produced a pair of handcuffs shining with a black glow, locking Lin Feng’s ten fingers together, along with a metallic belt-like object fastened around his waist, linking the special handcuffs and belt together.

Subsequently, they brought out special ankle cuffs, clamping Lin Feng’s legs as well. One person then approached Lin Feng from behind, piercing something akin to an awl into Lin Feng’s body.

After completing these actions, the group returned to Prince Zack’s side, watching as Lin Feng accepted these restraints without a struggle, eliciting smiles from Peter and the others.

"Lin Feng, you’re too heroic, didn’t expect you’d do this for a woman."

"Do you know what those handcuffs are, Lin Feng? They’re made of the latest Aimore Alloy. Apart from lasers, there’s no way to cut through them."

"You should feel it, there’s a unique neurotoxin in that belt. We know you’re a master, but now you’ve been rendered useless and not qualified to negotiate with us."

"How do you like the Divine Thorn on your back, permitted it out means your death."

...

They found Lin Feng laughable for being willing to accept such restraints for Chu Meng—a woman. These were prohibitions designed specifically for super powerhouses; indeed, using just one could reduce a powerhouse to an ordinary person, even less.

Having previously witnessed Lin Feng’s extraordinary prowess, they imposed not just one but multiple restrictions as a precautionary measure. In this situation, Lin Feng couldn’t break free even if he were the reincarnation of an Immortal. Sacrificing himself for a woman was so irrational that ridiculing him seemed inevitable.

"I want to see Chu Meng. Even if you plan to kill us, it would be better to let us die together. As for the new energy system rollout, if you kill us, the plan is off too. Having come here, why wouldn’t I have formulated contingency plans? Surely you wouldn’t make such foolish maneuvers, would you?"

Lin Feng regarded Zack, Peter, and others neutrally, knowing full well the restraints may seem fierce to others, but they were trivial to him—breaking free was a matter of moments. Despite the limitations on his physical movement or energy flow, he remained unworried, focusing solely on seeing Chu Meng and understanding her status.

"Very well, I’ll have someone bring Miss Chu Meng here." Zack, observing Lin Feng’s demeanor, realized Lin Feng’s words held merit. If Lin Feng had arranged for others to take over his position within Cloud Fund beforehand, killing Lin Feng now would prove unproductive. Instead, letting him see Chu Meng posed no risk since Lin Feng had been turned into a mere bystander by these restraints.

"Prince Zack... I’m afraid Lin Feng might be plotting something!" Peter spoke cautiously, furrowing his eyebrows, sensing something amiss, though unclear on specifics. Yet, the thorough restraints forced him to question, doubting Lin Feng could possibly have a plan, finding it impossible but still opting for caution.

"Old Peter, is caution necessary? Lin Feng’s restraints are specifically targeting super powerhouses; with three layered upon him now, he’s effectively rendered impotent—no worries." Zack spoke confidently, knowing the restraints weren’t average and assumed the upper hand, possessing super powerhouse knowledge to assure himself.

"Old Peter, you’re just too cautious."

"There’s nothing to worry about in this scenario."

"If Lin Feng insists on seeing Chu Meng, let him have his wish."

...

Other’s mocked Peter, believing him too timid. From their perspective, having such numbers and elite bodyguards present, including a super powerhouse, meant if any mishap occurred, Lin Feng was no ordinary man. Thus, deemed impossible for disruptions, seeing Chu Meng might just sway Lin Feng into agreeing to their terms—their primary aim was achieving an accord, not eliminating Lin Feng and Chu Meng.

"Alright, I have no objections." Succumbing to the group’s view, Peter nodded in agreement, voicing no dissent.

With no objections among them, Prince Zack pulled out a phone, uttered a few words, and the group waited. Shortly after, a helicopter appeared in view, landing on site. From it, a woman disembarked—Chu Meng!

"Junior Brother!" A tear-stricken Chu Meng rushed towards Lin Feng upon sighting him, embracing him tightly, unable to hold her emotions anymore. Overwhelmed by all grievances and sorrow, she couldn’t fathom Lin Feng’s current condition—bound by handcuffs, no doubt to meet her, drawing uncontrollable tears with the realization.

"Senior Sister, don’t worry, it’s nothing." Lin Feng tried comforting Chu Meng with a smile, though he’d realized the restraints were indeed peculiar. While the handcuffs and ankle cuffs posed little concern, the toxin injected from the belt could damage his body, and more significantly, the Divine Thorn on his back harbored unique energy restricting Gang Qi.

Nonetheless, Lin Feng remained unfazed, the toxin under temporary control and despite unable to unleash Gang Qi completely, dealing with those present required minimal energy. Thus, even under constraint, he remained unworried.
