In the lobby bar on the first floor of a certain five-star hotel, Bai Yiran was still engaged in a battle of words with a man reeking of cologne, nitpicking over every word.
Seeing that Bai Yiran was holding firm on the price and unwilling to lower it, the man started to feel irritated and his attitude toward Bai Yiran became increasingly rude, "It seems you have no sincerity at all!"
Bai Yiran maintained a smile on her face, "I think my company has shown plenty of sincerity. The price was agreed upon earlier, and the contract was drafted based on that discussion. Now your company wants to change the price. How can you say it’s our sincerity that’s lacking?"
There was also a team member who had come with Bai Yiran. Sensing the growing tension, he wanted to suggest a compromise, but he misread the situation and tugged on Bai Yiran’s sleeve, "Leader, why don’t we apply to the higher-ups again? He didn’t expect Bai Yiran to be so tough, not yielding an inch.
So, the man sneered, "Little girl, do you even know how to do sales? Aren’t you afraid of losing the deal by acting like this?"
Bai Yiran’s team member, observing Bai Yiran’s expression, also looked uneasy, secretly complaining inside. He had worked hard to get this deal, and he didn’t want Bai Yiran to ruin it.
"Leader, how could you..."
Before he could finish, he met Bai Yiran’s cold gaze and immediately fell silent, though his face still betrayed his dissatisfaction.
Bai Yiran looked at the man, "Business is about integrity. You were untrustworthy first. I really have no desire to cooperate with a company like yours." Bai Yiran stood up, "In any case, our offered prices are final. If you can accept them, we’ll sign the contract. Otherwise, you’re free to find new partners, I don’t care!"
Feeling humiliated by Bai Yiran, the man laughed in anger and stood up too, looking at Bai Yiran with disdain in his eyes, "Ha! You’re too young and don’t understand the rules. Seeing that the man had begun to speak indecently, Bai Yiran’s expression turned icy. She picked up a glass of juice from the table and mercilessly splashed it all over him.
