Luna slowly picked up her glass, sipping the drink delicately.
Occasionally, men passed by her, each one stopping for a brief moment before moving on.
She enjoyed the attention from men, the same way she met Leng Liewei. At that time, she had many suitors, but she chose Leng Liewei not because of Huamei International backing him, but because of his mature stability, unlike those fickle young men. Despite their significant age difference, it didn’t affect their marital life.

"I say, why are you so angry? Quickly, sit down!" Luna pushed another Margarita on the table towards her, "I ordered this for you."
Qi Hui glared at Luna, sat down forcefully, and grabbed the Margarita, draining it in one gulp.
"I say, take it slow, this drink is strong!" Luna said, calling the waiter over, "Another Margarita, please."
"Go ahead, tell me why you called me out?" Luna leaned back on the soft couch, holding her glass, looking utterly at ease.
Qi Hui, seeing her relaxed demeanor, got angry. The plan had been Luna’s idea; she was merely executing it. Yet, when things went wrong, Luna not only offered no help but let her suffer in silence, dealing with it alone. And then, Luna ignored her completely!
"Don’t look at me like that~" Luna said coolly, "Why do you think you’re still allowed to work at Huamei International? It’s because I asked Old Leng, and he intervened on your behalf. After all, Leng Yichen is his son, and Huamei International is the empire Old Leng built up. When he steps in to retain someone, of course, Leng Yichen wouldn’t object."
Grinding her teeth, Qi Hui thought Luna was shameless, she replied coldly, "Do you think just having a job can settle everything for me? Besides, this job was mine in the first place. Were it not for you, I wouldn’t have fallen to this point, being mocked by colleagues behind my back, and under Leng Yichen’s disgusted gaze daily!"
"Ha, now you blame me?" Luna sneered, "Why don’t you say it’s because you’re incompetent, unable to handle even such a simple task, and got tricked by Bai Yiran, such a simpleton."

Luna’s eyes sparkled, a smile on her lips, "Come now, don’t be angry, I didn’t lie when I told you the Leng family’s daughter-in-law wouldn’t be Bai Yiran. One attempt failed but there’s always a second chance, you just need to keep your composure, right?"
"How can I stay composed! Leng Yichen saw me with that despicable man that day!" Qi Hui’s face filled with humiliation.
"So what?" Luna looked indifferent, "Before marriage, who hasn’t had a few men? I refuse to believe Bai Yiran was pure before marrying Leng Yichen. Don’t worry, I have other plans, as long as you’re willing to cooperate with me!"
