At night, Luna walked out of the bathroom and saw Leng Liewei sitting under the lamp in a purple robe, reading a book. He looked deep and elegant. One couldn’t help but admit that Leng Liewei took very good care of himself, regularly exercising and maintaining his health. The marks of time only added a rugged sexiness to him but didn’t diminish his charm as a man in the slightest.
Luna walked over, sat by his feet, and rested her head on his knee, her flowing long hair cascading down.
Leng Liewei reached out his hand and stroked Luna’s hair, which was smooth and silky.
"I didn’t expect your son to get married. You really are a failure as a father."
Leng Liewei looked at his book, showing no reaction to Luna’s remark about him being a failed father, "Their marriage doesn’t mean anything."
Luna traced circles on Leng Liewei’s knee with her fingers, "But, he’s married now, that makes things difficult..."
Luna lifted her head, her eyes fixed on Leng Liewei.
Leng Liewei put aside the book and pulled Luna up to her feet, "She’s just a woman. There are always ways to make her back off!"
In the bedroom, Xiao Lang sat on the bed with a gloomy expression, holding that painting in his hand, "Mom, does Grandpa not like me?"
Bai Yiran looked at Xiao Lang, wanting to say that the Grandpa not only didn’t like him but also didn’t like her.
Of course, she wouldn’t say anything negative like that to Xiao Lang.
"Grandpa is a bit shy and doesn’t like talking to strangers. We’ll take it slow. Once Grandpa gets to know you, he’ll surely like you!"

Just as Xiao Zhang was about to remind him, one of the men glanced at Xiao Zhang and shifted the bag to a different position.
Xiao Zhang pursed his lips but said nothing.
The men got off on the floor below Xiao Zhang’s office, and Xiao Zhang thought to himself, isn’t this Mr. Wu’s company?
Snap! A square-shaped object fell out of the bag and landed in front of Xiao Zhang, a plume of white powder spilling from it.
"Hey! You dropped something!"
Xiao Zhang bent down to pick up the object and followed them.
