As much as Leo was very interested in going hunting and doing missions alone, he found out the hard way that it wasn't possible.
At least, it wasn't possible for now, as he hadn't even attended a class, so the quest center wouldn't release a quest for him to do alone.
Frustrated, Leo asked Dave about it and discovered that it wasn't until after the first day of school that freshmen could form groups alone or even go hunting without anyone.
After hearing this Leo understood and relaxed.
Classes were still a week away, so Leo just took the time and relaxed.
Since he received his Quirk he hasn't taken a long time to relax, always in a hurry to rank up, kill monsters.
He hadn't even realized how eager he was to get more experience.
But in a few days of rest at MU he already felt that he was much better.
During those days the only things he did was play video games, eat and talk to the boys he met.
Since he didn't have any other platforms besides the computer game to meet other people, Leo didn't meet any other freshmen while playing, just hanging out with a few seniors.
When Leo reached Diamond Rank, he enjoyed playing 3 games and falling against Sophia all three times, which made her come to his apartment to fight him in anger for having beaten her every time.
From her Leo learned that Dave had taken 3 days to reach the Pure Silver 1 Star rank and was now stabilizing his own strength for when classes would start.
Curious, Leo asked about the Monster Core and Sophia explained that the stone's size had decreased by 70%, but that Dave was still using it to stabilize his Rank.
Leo soon understood that other people really waste a lot of Monster Core Exp, as a stone like this that has 100k experience points only served to move Dave up to Pure Silver 1 Star.
Even though the experience required for Pure Silver 1 Star is very large, Leo still finds it hard to believe that it is more than 50k points, and 50k is an exaggerated number he thought.
After a few days Chris finally arrived. Leo was surprised to find that Chris also chose to live in an apartment alone instead of going to one of the Luxury mansions.
"Hey dude, I thought you were going to take advantage of MU to live a rich life?" Leo asked with a big smile as he gave his friend a hug.
Chris returned Leo's hug and responded. "Are you talking about that mansion? There's no way I'd feel too uncomfortable living in a place like that, let alone with butlers. The only place I've ever seen butlers has been on film, let alone have someone to serve me."
Leo heard this and nodded, Chris' family was pretty simple so moving into an apartment alone was already a big life change for him.
With the money Chris was getting for hunting monsters, he had already started paying for his sister's treatment, something that made him send Leo thousands of messages thanking him the day it first happened.
According to him, all the money he gets from the monsters he hunts was saved for his family to help with his sister's treatment while he was in town, now that he's come to MU he's decided to send 50%.
Even though he was on their side, Chris didn't hear what they were saying because only a single sentence came to his mind.
'He's only been here for a week and he's already got another girl?!'
Chris still remembered that Leo had given Elizabeth a few kisses before coming to MU, but here Leo was already familiar with another girl?!
Chris had never been envious of Leo's strength or confidence, but now he was finally starting to feel some of it.
'Damn, maybe I should ask him to give me some tips too?' Chris started to think excitedly, after all, if Leo could get acquainted so quickly with other girls he might have a secret method?
While Chris was imagining various things in his mind, Leo was actually just inviting Sophia to have lunch with them, which she agreed, but asked if it was okay to invite his friends, which Leo obviously didn't deny.
They were scheduled to go to the cafeteria in 20 minutes, which would be enough time for Sophia to call her friends and get them ready, so Leo and Chris stayed in the apartment talking in the meantime.
Chris held back a lot, but in the end he couldn't resist and asked. "Hey Leo, are you seeing Sophia?"
Leo was surprised and looked at Chris with a smile. "Not yet because?"
Chris soon said what he thought. "Still... how do you manage to get girls interested in you like that? You know I haven't even kissed a girl yet..." He sighed.
Leo heard this and understood what was going through his friend's head.
"Relax dude, for that you have two alternatives. The first is to become more confident, just like you are becoming over time, this will naturally attract girls to you. Girls like confident men as it gives a feeling security for them." Leo said as he held one finger out in the air.
"And the second alternative?" Chris asked anxiously. As much as he was also feeling that he was getting more confident, he knew it would take a long time for him to be as confident as Leo.
Leo looked at Chris with a smile and replied. "The second alternative is even simpler. You just have to find a girl with a similar personality to yours."
Upon hearing this Chris was disappointed. It was difficult for him to find a girl with a personality similar to his, he was very shy, and if the girl was also shy, no one would say anything and they would hardly know each other!
But Leo had seen it and kept saying it. "You know, among Sophia's friends there's a girl I think will suit you, of course, if you don't mind meeting a girl a year older?"
Leo had met Sophia's friends the first day he went to lunch with Dave and the boys, and over the days they still met up a few times in the cafeteria, so you could say Leo is pretty familiar with them, but among the girls the only one that attracted Leo's attention was Sophia, but there was a shy, cute girl that Leo saw as a female version of Chris.
