It took him a few days to prepare and get the necessary permits before he could anchor himself.
Great Sanctuaries were special.
And were protected heavily by those at the top, one could not easily anchor themselves without permits.
If caught, they would be tried and executed under the law of that organization.

It was night, the crimson moon radiated across the sky. It was both beautiful and horrifying.
There were many speculations that the crimson moon of the Fallen Realm was indeed something tyrannical.
The corpse of a deity.
Or the eyes of an ancient desolate Demon rank Apocalypse creature who once walked this world.
Those were all rumors, but one thing was clear.
The crimson moon is the embodiment of the Fallen Realm's corruption, getting close would corrupt any living thing.
Lenny walked through the Great Sanctuary, Great Sanctuaries covered thousands of miles.
The size of a country on Earth.
With thousands of cities built across the land to house thousands of Fallen Regulators.
Many Fallen Regulators who had abadoned their love for Earth chose this domain as their homes.
Only returning back to Earth if they need to evolve to the next rank.
Lenny yawned softly, "This is beautiful" He smiled, where he stood is the outskirts of the Leon City.
A small city located north of the Great Sanctuary: Frey Empire.
Only a few hundred Fallen Regulators inhabited this city, the marketplaces were bustling with customers.
High quality meats gotten from Apocalypse creatures were being sold and bought with sp.
Mana stones and mana crystals were another form of currency in this Fallen Realm.
Lenny wasn't hungry, there was nothing in this market that enticed him.
But he was still exploring through the market grounds, aside the fresh meats gotten from Apocalypse creatures.
Fallen Relics were on display, sold to people.
But they were mostly between grade 1 and grade 2 Fallen Relics.
"Hey" Corinthian called out, Lenny's slightly tilts his head "What is it?" He calmly asked.
Corinthian grinned, "Aren't you going to purchase some Fallen Relics?" He asked while pointing at the Fallen Relics on display, "They're quite cool tho" He adds.
Lenny shrugged, "I would have, but I have no need for them at the moment"
Corinthian raised an eyebrow, "Oh? But why?"
Lenny exhaled softly, "This is just the starting point of my adventures as a Fallen Regulator"
"I need stronger weapons, starting from grade 3" He explained, he summoned his tether system and opened the dimension storage.
Lenny brought out a sheathed katana from the dimension storage, he could sense it.
The fluctuations of mana in the atmosphere.
He chuckled softly, "This is the grade 3 Fallen Relic I recently bought, It costs me $35,000"
"I sold the grade 2 Fallen Relic: Sandel Crimson Dual Daggers for $7,000 each on the black market"
Corinthian observed the grade 3 Fallen Relic held by Lenny, his lips curled faintly "Not bad"
"What are it's effects?" He asked.
Lenny lingered for a moment, "Let's see" He paused, "It deals 50% damages and accelerates a slash"
"A single cut would be maximized, becoming a hundred cuts but the damages remains 50%"
"Secondly, It enhances me physically while it's actively being used by me, maxing out my stats temporarily"
"But the hax is still limited to my current Rank" He sighed softly, "It would be of a great help against those who are of the Rank 3"
"And it's also perfect against Wanderer rank Apocalypse creatures" He adds, Corinthian nodded "That's a good blade"
"But you should have also gotten one which deals poison damage against your opponents" He said.
Lenny giggled, "I did tho, I forgot to mention I also sold the grade 1 Fallen Relic: Myraid Shooters"
"Its levels are low compared to my current state, I needed something stronger so I bought new Fallen Relics"
"A gun type as well" He chuckled, he summoned X and ordered X to open it's dimension storage.
X brought out a pair of semi-automatic dessert eagles as well.
This Fallen Relics glistened with emerald hue, carved with flesh of a Level 1 Nightmare but suppressed by a Level 9 Mana crystal.
A fine grade 2 Fallen Relics.
Hell Correctors!
Corinthian observed the weapons gently careesed by X, they emitted something ferocious.
Lenny could guess what Corinthian was thinking, he spoke "This Hell Correctors were carved from the corpse of a Level 1 Nightmare rank Apocalypse creature's heart"
"From the records, that Apocalypse creature was an expert in the field of virus manipulation"
"But the Mana crystal used came from a Level 9 Wanderer rank Apocalypse creature"
"An Iron Orc, making its bullets hard and nearly unstoppable, containing a fragment of virus manipulation"
"A single shot spreads one of three lethal viruses into the internal organs of my enemies"
"The first virus is the Ackarat Virus, it corrupts the bloodstreams, neutralizing the chain flow of mana within the Fallen Regulator"
"It takes a few minutes to reach the heart and terminate the target" He smirked.
"The second virus is the Noturan Virus, it distorts the senses of the enemies, and this distortion is permanent"
"Blindness, deafness, losing the sense of touch and smell but it's effects weakens against high level rankers" He sighed.
"The third virus wasn't really explained so I have to figure it out myself, all I know is it's name" Lenny explained.
"And what is the name?" Corinthian asked.
"Judgement from Hell" Lenny answered, they walked through the crowded place, making their way out of the market areas.
Lenny had rented an apartment in this city few days before entering the Great Sanctuary: Grey Empire.
He had the keys and he would be spending some days in here.
He studied the map so he knew where he was heading to, he wasn't too far from his apartment when he sensed something.
Corinthian was the first to tilt his head, he scoffed "There will always be scumbags everywhere" He snorts.
Lenny smiled warmly, he turned to see himself surrounded by armored Fallen Regulators.
They were all Rank 1 Fallen Regulators.
They had no idea what Lenny's true rank was, and that's because he suppressed his aura once again.
Acting as a Rank 1 Fallen Regulator.
"Who are you guys?" Lenny questioned, his voice showed no hint of fear, the Rank 1 Fallen Regulators chuckled out loud.
"Oh? Such a brave child" Stepping forward was a tall Fallen Regulator, he looked quite old.
Possibly in his mid fifties, yet he remains a Rank 1.
The figure grinned, he tightened his grip on his battle axe. This was an act of intimidation.
But Lenny stood unfazed, the figure drew closer, he spat on Lenny's face "Boy!"
"If you know what's best for you, drop all your Mana stones here, those your grade 3 and grade 2 Fallen Relics as well"
"I promise not to kill you if you obey" He spoke, his baritone voice resounded across the space.
Lenny yawned, "So you guys saw my grade 3 Fallen Relic and my grade 2 Fallen Relics"
"Then you thought I would be the perfect target to rob eh?" Lenny chuckled, the eyebrows of the figure furrowed deeply.
His gaze darkened, without hesitation….
He swung his battle axe against Lenny, this wasn't a public ground, if a Rank 1 Fallen Regulator dies.
The Regulator's Association wouldn't care.
The rooms for negotiation is closed.
Lenny understood what to do next, he was fast.
He evaded the battle axe, Corinthian moved back, his arms folded as he watched.
Since he could not be seen by the naked eyes, there was no need for him to involve himself.
Seeing Lenny's quick movements, the rest attacked simultaneously.
They've attacked, now….. it's time to silence Lenny.
But they had no idea who they were up against.
Lenny activated the Rune Class: Crown of Information!
Incapacitating these Rank 1 Fallen Regulators without hesitation, if it could work against a powerful Rank 2 Fallen Regulator like Crystal au Drakkon.
No Rank 1 Fallen Regulator would be able to resist him.
Lenny watched with his arms tucked in his pocket, he was putting on a black jacket, his face hidden under the hood he wore.
The time frame used against Rank 1 Fallen Regulators had extended to five minutes.
This effects came after Lenny's evolution to Rank 2.
For Rank 2 Fallen Regulators, it was a minute since they were equal to him in terms of Rank.
But when it comes to Rank 3, the Crown of Information only last for a few seconds.
He needed to be extremely quick during this time frame.
Lenny slightly tilts his head, he glanced at Corinthian "Should I kill them?" He asked.
Corinthian shrugged, "Sure, they attacked you first, didn't they?"
"Its only right to kill them" He answered. And Lenny nods, "Very well then, come forth….X"
He summoned his shadow familiar and X emerged from it's master's shadows.
X summoned the grade 3 Fallen Relic.
Sword of Extermination.
And this Rank 1 Fallen Regulators fell one after the other.
So quickly as well.
