Lin Shi's attention was diverted just as Liu Hui Ying expected. He glanced at the spirit, who seemed like he was about to raze everything down just a second ago, and her eyes softened when she saw him calming down upon hearing them mention his daughter.

First, we need to find out who lured your daughter here and who was the one who told Su Tai that he could borrow the luck of your daughter. From what you told me, it seems like it has been a long time since your wife ran away, but someone still traced your daughter down and somehow managed to find the link between Su Tai and her."

However, this had nothing to do with Lin Shi. He glared at Liu Hui Ying and roared angrily, "Why would I care about such things? I only know one thing, and that is my daughter is in trouble. Why would I care about who found out the truth about my daughter and relayed it to Su Tai and whatnot? I don't really care about such things other than what happened to my daughter."

What Lin Shi wanted was the liberation of his daughter's soul and nothing else. Who cared about how Su Tai got his hands on the information? It was better to just deal with the things that were important, and that was his daughter's soul being trapped. As for everything else, he did not care about it in the least!

Liu Hui Ying frowned when she saw how the ghost was acting all stubborn; she pursed her lips and exchanged a look with Zhai Tianyu, who seemed to have understood her concern.
