Dao Companion Crippled, Coveters Move

Chapter 72: Release Testimonial

Chapter 72: Release Testimonial

Due to your humble author's limited ability, the novel only made it through three rounds of recommendations. Because of this, my editor suggested that we go premium now.

Thank you to all my fellow Daoists for your votes and for following the story.

When we go premium at midnight tonight, I will do a mass release of 10,000 characters. If we can get over 500 first-day subscribers, I will do another mass release of 8,000 characters tomorrow, which includes a bonus chapter. After going premium, the daily update schedule will be 6,000 characters: two chapters around 5 PM and a bonus chapter at 11 PM.

Next, I'll answer some questions that my fellow Daoists have been concerned about.

① Some fellow Daoists have noticed that while there was quite a bit of "spicy content" in the first few dozen chapters, recent updates have been focused entirely on emotional development. They're asking: will the juicy stuff be back after we go premium…?

Ahem. Your humble author knows that you fellow Daoists like that kind of content, so there will definitely be no shortage of it. As for why it's been scarce recently, I had to keep a low profile before going premium. If you know, you know…

② Is the male protagonist ever going to man up?

He will.

But this is a reverse harem novel, after all, so we can't break his fundamental character. The protagonist is devoted to the idea of true love and deeply cares for his Dao Companion. He would never proactively build a harem. It's the female leads who, in the process of trying to win him over, will inevitably push him to that point.

Besides, Peng Sword Immortal wasn't some kind of Feng Aotian in another version, so his gender-bent self can't possibly be a Long Aotian.

③ Lastly, this book is a light novel. The main plot is about romancing the Fairies in a relaxed, slice-of-life style.

While there is a main storyline that gradually unveils the world-building, things like combat and cultivation are not the focus. So please, stop asking why the protagonist isn't out there killing people for their treasures to earn Spirit Stones. My fellow Daoists, you didn't click on this story for that kind of thing, did you…?

Umm… Lastly, I'm begging my fellow Daoists to please follow and subscribe. Your humble author's tuition fees are depending on all of your support. Thank you! (〜 ̄▽ ̄)〜

Please be sure to subscribe on the first day! (≧∇≦)/
