Chapter 735 – Preparations done!

A few days later everything was prepared for the deal.

Unfortunately Moon Aiko still didn't gather enough Witch's Essence to be able to stay in that form for a long time, so it had to be temporarily postponed.

The mother daughter duo were quite upset that a Fox was hanging around in the core of their Crow Clan, but they couldn't really do anything about it since their grandma said so.

Moon Aiko was quite impressed how the bird lady was able to stomp her feet and everyone fell silent.

A few weeks later, going back and forth, Moon Aiko was able to gather enough Witch's Essence.

She was not completely full, but that would take even more time, and she was unwilling to do that.

Moon Aiko approached the bird lady. "I think everything is ready."

"You think?" The bird lady felt strange hearing that word when she spoke seriously.

"I can't really predict what might happen, so yeah..." Moon Aiko shrugged, since she was not a Divination Cultivator and if she tried to ask others to divine the future, it would cost them a fortune, since they would be trying to divine the future of an Ancestral Beast!

The bird lady thought about it for a while, but even she didn't expect the whole thing to go smoothly.

"Do you have any special requirements?" The bird lady asked her one more time.

"I can't really deal with the heat while dealing with you, so it would be nice to go somewhere cooler." Moon Aiko nodded her head seriously. While her Moon Bloodline could contain the heat, Witch Aiko wouldn't be able to do the same.

While she was not necessarily weak against flames it would still burn through the Witch's Essence very quickly and if that happened during the cancellation of the Contract...

'Yeah, let's not do that.' Moon Aiko didn't really want to test what might happen.

"We can arrange that. Either study or library." The bird lady nodded her head.

"I propose the study." The butler showed up out of nowhere and suggested it.

"Why the study?" The bird lady felt like the library might be a better idea, since it was more spacious.

"There are too many eyes around and a lot of them visit the library, so it's better to do this in your private space where nobody can disturb you. I can also stand watching a lot easier that way." The butler proposed his argument, but it was more like: If you are not going to agree, don't expect me to go easy on you.

Moon Aiko was quiet, since she didn't really care about the room, as long as it was nice and cool!

"I suppose." The bird lady pondered for a while, but there was really no other option if she wanted to keep herself safe during this procedure.

"If it's decided, then let's go." Moon Aiko hummed and went ahead, since she knew where the study was. She also noticed that the certain duo was tailing them, but the butler would definitely not allow them inside, so everything would be fine.

It was not like Witch Aiko would be injured just because the process was interrupted. If that were the case, Witch Aiko would not be willing to do it.

The only one who would suffer in that kind of situation would be bird lady, since Moon Aiko didn't know enough about the Contract and if it was in any way different to what she knew.

Soon after she arrived in front of the study, the other groups also arrived.

"I will keep guard." The butler bowed gently as he opened the doors and allowed the Fox and his lady inside.

"Can I go retrieve some things?" The bird mother touched her cheek like she was troubled, but the butler didn't react at all.

And no matter where she tried to step, the butler would always be in front of her, blocking her way.

"I would suggest you to not push your luck." The butler smiled, but the bird mother shuddered.

She never saw the butler smiling like this, so she was creeped out.

Moon Aiko observed the study again, but it seemed like everything was once again concealed under some kind of technique.

"I have prepared a few things to boost your strength, just in case you need it." The bird lady over-prepared, since she had a lot more time. That also meant she would help this Foxy as much as possible so that she didn't feel burdened by this.

Moon Aiko was impressed by the amount of Pills and Talismans the bird lady prepared for her.

"This is amazing." Moon Aiko felt some kind of strange energy from those Pills, making her observe it more closely.

"They were blessed by the Tribulation Lightning during one of the breakthroughs." The bird lady chuckled. "They are packed with so much energy that it would be a shame not to use it in this situation."

"I know what you mean, but let's not shoot before learning how to aim." Moon Aiko didn't want to eat those Pills since she didn't know how tough the Contract was.

If it was easy, then it would be upsetting that she used those Pills, so she wanted to postpone them and take them later as one of the rewards!

Of course one of the rewards was supposed to be the bird mother, but Moon Aiko didn't really like her all that much. She would rather trade her for some kind of Treasure or anything tangible that would try to claw her to death!

"Very well." The bird lady transformed into her Beast Form. She was a huge black crow, but soon her body shrunk over time until she was as tall as her Human Form.

Moon Aiko observed the bird lady for a while, but she just looked like any other bird!

'How curious.' Moon Aiko was curious what the bird lady did to not exude any oppressive pressure, but she could always ask later.

Nodding her head gently, she slowly transformed into Witch Aiko.

Witch Aiko stretched her back, her sizeable peaks swayed and squished under the restraint of her clothing.

"You are still small." The bird lady commented that even when she changed her demeanour, her height didn't increase.

"Do you want my fist shoved down your throat?" Witch Aiko's lips twitched. Sure, she was supposed to do this deal, but nobody would ridicule her Sisters boobs!

"Ahem." The bird lady coughed awkwardly. She didn't really want to upset this Fox, but it seemed like what she did was not a simple colour change!

"Well, fine." Witch Aiko shrugged like it was not a big deal as long as she didn't mention that Moon Aiko was smaller in bust size!

[Little #### Nightmares]

Witch Aiko called them out and they immediately chatted between each other like acquaintances.

Meanwhile, the bird lady was staring at the Fox in horror and even the butler peeked inside to see if that pressure wouldn't try to harm his lady.

The pressure that Witch Aiko exuded was far from normal. It was not fear from her strength, but fear from something more primal, something more animalistic.

"Is it too late to say that I was always nice to you?" The bird lady gulped nervously, since she didn't want to touch the strangely talking tails.

"I know that?" Witch Aiko was confused. She would like to stretch more and relax a bit in different clothing, but at the same time she didn't have that much time to fool around.

The bird lady pursed her lips. It was obvious she was very uncomfortable about the Fox's tails, but if that was the only way to free her.

"I'm ready!" The bird lady proclaimed righteously, but her whole body was quivering from that 'fear'.

Witch Aiko found it a bit funny.

[This girl was always cute and nice.]

[Right? Her cooking is also delicious.]

[That's only when it comes to snacks, anything else she ruins.]

[True.][Fair.]

[Don't dilly-dally and let's get to this!]

Witch Aiko was happy that they were enthusiastic, but she didn't know where to start.

Simply put, the bird lady's Soul was humongous, making it difficult to see all the tethers that were attached to her.

'How am I supposed to do this.' Witch Aiko didn't want to use those Pills just yet, since there was a possibility that she would be able to do this without them.

[You should visit the Spiritual Realm if you want to have a better idea about what is inside her, Princess.]

One tail suggested lightly, but it was obvious that their Princess would still struggle with this.

"It will take time, so please relax." Witch Aiko sighed seeing the quivering bird lady and quickly focused on her mind.

Her Little Nightmares told her what to do to enter that 'space', but that didn't mean that the process was easy.

The most difficult part was locating the 'doors'.

To put it in perspective, imagine that you are in a white room, looking for a completely white door that leads out. To add to that there are other doors there with you and you have to pick the right door without relying on your senses.

Once you unlock the Spiritual Realm, you can spend inside only a bit of time before it would kick you out.

As such Witch Aiko would be very limited...

A few hours later and Witch Aiko visited the Spiritual Realm with some difficulty. The main difficulty being her focus, since her tails were overly excited and chatter non-stop.

'I swear I will start leaving my tails in a different room so that they wouldn't bother me!' Witch Aiko was convinced of this, but how would she actually leave those tails there...?

Witch Aiko shook her head to get rid of all distractions. She was now in the Spiritual Realm, so she had to be quick.

'Huge...' Witch Aiko grimaced when she saw the size of a lady bird's Soul. It was simply too huge with so many different tethers connected to each other.

Witch Aiko had trouble keeping up with the information and limited time, so she decided to be more drastic with this!

'Go and eat!' Witch Aiko shouted while laughing. Why should she do the hard stuff when she had excellent tails?!

Witch Aiko saw the Soul as pure white, but that was probably because her attainment was not good enough.

Everyone's Soul was different and while Moon Aiko was able to spot some differences, most of the things were beyond her...

Witch Aiko focused on those tendrils, but no matter how much her tails tried to chew, she was unable to accomplish anything...
