I went on after he acknowledged me, "So I’m supposed to ask each of these girl’s to front $5,000 in order to get the website up, which I imagine most of them pretty much spends all their income they get in so them coming up with $5,000 will be damn near impossible."

My mom spoke, "I’m sure most of them have that."

I looked at my mom with my eyebrow raised and she smiled and spoke, "Though you’re probably right."

I looked at my dad and continued, "That’s to get the website up and running fast. Then," I thought about Jesse, "how much of that $3,000 would be for Jesse?"

Dad shrugged, "I figured at least $500 per girl."

I blinked and did the math. $500 times nine was.....$4,500 per month.....at the current roster at the moment. That could increase until Jesse was overwhelmed like dad was saying.

Then I would have to find someone or a multiple of people to do the same thing Jesse was doing.

I spoke, "So that’s $2,500 per girl per month. Over the year that’s $270,000 to possibly purchase the complex?"

My dad bobbed his head side to side a little bit before he spoke, "It’s enough to put a down payment on the complex. But one step at a time. You might have to go get a building if you expand too much too quickly."

My mom smiled, "But we could rent the remaining floor above us."

She looked at my dad, "I think that one is still vacant."

He shrugged his shoulders, "I don’t know, haven’t been to the shop in a minute so I have no idea."

I sighed, "So IF we do purchase the complex what would we do with the tenants below you all?"

Dad shrugged again, "Don’t know. Have to cross that bridge when we get there."

I sighed, "And then you want me to ask the girl’s for an extra 10%?"

He heard all the numbers and bobbed his head side to side as he was obviously doing all the math I wasn’t calculating before he said, "Yeah. It’s reasonable. You’re asking rent and a cut. And they keep the rest.

After the initial payment to get the website up and running between those two big items I figured they would be keeping roughly 70% if not more of their income that the website can bring in and that will only take a month before they start seeing real money.

Then once the site hits 350,000 followers I can easily get the sponsors," he looked at my mom, "that I’ll help him get." He went back to addressing me, "That’ll rain more money."

I smiled, "And I can rub all that in Morgan Guzman’s face."

My dad smiled at that, "And effectively pissing on Vuse and their shit offer."

I smiled.

My dad looked at me, "So now you only have one thing left to do."

I looked at him, "What’s that?"

He smiled, "What do you want the website to be called?"

I tried to think of a good name that would fit this raga bunch of girl’s.

Then I smiled as the one thing that stuck out in my mind. It was the one thing that I had been calling my life for some time now and thought it was perfect for this.

I looked at my dad with a large smile and spoke the words, "How does..."

I sat at my mom’s studio in a complex that you would never assume what was transpiring on the fifth floor of a complex that was essentially a loft....a fairly large loft at that. A room that nearly took up the entire floor by itself.

I lightly wondered how mom and dad found this place as I’m sure the remaining floors below were not like this.

At least I assumed that was the case.

I looked around at the loft still amazed how this allowed my mom to do so much but I guess with the right camera angle’s you could make anyone think this studio was much much larger.

Summer and Kel were walking around the room checking out the things in the studio.

Kel looked at the oven, "Does this work?"

I smiled, "Apparently."

Summer spoke, "What’s in the chests and bins?"

I shrugged, "Didn’t look."

Just then the main door to the studio opened up and a six foot female walked in. The tall, not as tall as me, woman took one look at me and smiled, "Hey there lucky."

I looked at Jesse and smiled, "Hey Jesse. Thanks for coming."

Jesse saw Summer and Kel walking around checking out the studio and pointed to the two, "They are doing the site?"

I nodded.

She pursed her lips and nodded, "Alright," before looking at me, "So I take it the site is happening?"

I nodded.

She looked at me, "And my raise?"

I spoke, "Part of the girl’s cut."

She looked at me, "How much?"

I shrugged, "If all are in, possibly $500 per girl a month."

She looked at me, "How many girl’s again?"

I pointed my chin towards Kel and Summer, "Including them, ten."

She did the math and smiled, "More than I was hoping for a starting business. Though once you’re established we’ll have to go over a better pay."

I nodded, "Sure."

She looked around, "Is it just them?"

I shook my head, "No, the other’s should be here shortly."

She looked at me, "Ok why am I here beyond hearing the good news?"

I stretched, "Well it’s not good news....yet. Still have to lay out the plans to the girl’s and if they agree you’ll outline what we’ll need to get the girl’s started."

She thought about it for a moment and nodded.

She walked in and sat down next to me and we remained silent for a few moments while I watched Summer rifle through the chests and bins and Kel was now rifling through the clothes hanging.

I watched Jesse look at me before the first knock at the door came.

I sighed and got up as I walked towards the door. I opened the door and was greeted by the first girl....Kumi.

Then Bonnie.

Then Felicity.

Then the Levi sisters. Then Anita closely behind the Levi sisters. Then Georgina and Josephine followed shortly after.

I remained silent as I let the girl’s take in the studio.

I spoke, "So what do you think?"

Jaime was the first to speak, "Spacious I guess."

Anita spoke, "What is this Gabe?"

I smiled, "The site of our new studio...." I shrugged, "On loan at least."

Jesse cleared her throat and I spoke, "Ok we’re sharing with a different studio."

Jesse cleared her throat again and I quickly spoke, "Ok we’re free loading." I looked at Jesse, "Geez."

Heidi spoke, "So we’re sharing with a different site?"

I nodded and spoke, "It’ll be our startup until we find another location. It’s temporary."

I quickly spoke to stop the idea of this space, "Whatever the case is just know this will be temporary that we can use for our site until we decide to expand when needed."
