Chapter 436: Jennifer WingmenSensing the dreadful silence between the two, Tristan quickly climb down the bed and dashed towards them, before snatching the phone from Ashley’s hand.

"Let me see," he said looking inside the phone.

His eyes turned cold reading the headlines about him and Ashley circulating. It claimed that the couple married for months and that she seduced him for banging such a big project.

Scrolling down the article, he saw the picture of them walking hand in hand entering the Knight’s mansion, and also them spending quality time alone.

"Aren’t these pictures taken yesterday when we went on a long drive" Ashley pointed looking at Tristan.

Tristan gripped the cell phone in his hand firmly almost breaking it. "We were followed the entire time" he gritted furiously under his breath and passed the phone back to Gwen.

"What time it was released," he asked and Gwen quickly checked the time it was posted.

"Two hours ago," she said.

Sensing the tension between the couple, Gwen excused herself. The moment she opened her phone to check the news, the first article she saw was about her brother and sister-in-law. Without wasting a second she quickly rushed to inform them.

She knew the couple was sensible enough to handle this scandal, so she simply left giving them privacy.

Turning around Tristan dashed back inside the room and picked up his phone from the bedside table and called Karl.

"Arrange my meeting with Fox feed Media" saying he ended the call and turned around to find Ashley already standing in front of him.

"What are you going to do?" Ashley asked caressing his arms. She could see the dread in Tristan’s eyes and could guess what he was up to.

"I am going to sue them. How can they write such nonsense about you" he flared unable to hold back his anger toward the company who wrote such rubbish about his wife.

"And you think it will solve everything," Ashley asked making his frown in confusion.

Ashley watched his confused face and bobbed her head. When he didn’t react, she hooked her arm around his hand and said," We already made out relationship public. Now let’s make our marriage public"

"Yes. It’s time for us to face every criticism bravely. There is nothing we could hide now" Ashley stated calmly.

Yes, they had announced their relationship publicly and now it was high time for them to announce their marriage. Or else people will try to defame their relationship by writing nonsense just like one the read earlier.
