Who is that person?
Zheng Xiaojue saw someone skulking beside the car at the right, casting a shadow, and holding a camera, seemingly taking pictures.
The lens was aimed at Liu Zhikun and Meng Ran.
Zheng Xiaojue subconsciously thought the photographer was a paparazzo.
She suddenly hesitated; if it were somebody else’s business, she would let it be, but Meng Ran was Sister Xiao Yun’s friend, and she didn’t know whether to warn Meng Ran or not.
Meng Ran and Liu Zhikun had just kissed; if that was captured and exposed, it would be terrible.
After repeated hesitation, Zheng Xiaojue decided to wake up Zhou Yun.
This decision had to be made by Sister Xiao Yun.
"Sister Xiao Yun, Sister Xiao Yun, there’s an emergency, wake up."
Zhou Yun snapped open her eyes and asked, "What’s wrong?"
Zheng Xiaojue covered Zhou Yun’s mouth, "Sister, keep your voice down."
She quietly explained to Zhou Yun what she had witnessed.
Zhou Yun widened her eyes, dispelling the sleepiness, and whispered, "Call Cao Jun and have him come down to help; the two of us definitely won’t be able to outmaneuver that journalist’s camera."
Zheng Xiaojue nodded.
Zhou Yun and Zheng Xiaojue held their breath, pretending to have noticed nothing, but in reality, they kept a vigilant watch over the situation outside.
Five minutes later, Cao Jun texted Zheng Xiaojue: In position, should I go up now?
Zhou Yun told Zheng Xiaojue: Tell Cao Jun to wait until that person is alone before snatching.
Zheng Xiaojue replied to Cao Jun as instructed by Zhou Yun.
Sure enough, it was nearly six o’clock, and Liu Zhikun and Meng Ran didn’t dare to linger, emerging from their secluded corner one after another, Meng Ran first, followed by Liu Zhikun.
The sneaky paparazzo quietly circled around to avoid these two returning to the hotel.
Ten minutes later, Cao Jun got into the car, closed the door, his eyes red-rimmed.
"Got it," he passed the memory card over.
Zhou Yun yawned, "Thanks for the hard work, was everything smooth?"
"Yeah, that guy was a pushover, but he seems familiar," Cao Jun said. "Like I’ve seen him somewhere before."
"Seen before?" Zheng Xiaojue immediately frowned. "Could it be that the paparazzo had secretly taken photos of Sister Xiao Yun before?"
Cao Jun shook his head, "If it were a paparazzo, I would remember."
Zheng Xiaojue: "Maybe you only saw him once and have forgotten since."
"I wouldn’t forget; if it was a paparazzo, I would make sure to remember his face," said Cao Jun. "But that person just seems somehow familiar to me."
Zhou Yun trusted Cao Jun’s judgment because Cao Jun had received training in this area.
She said, "Let’s not worry about who that person is for now; we need to quickly warn Meng Ran. Wait for me, I’ll go find Meng Ran."
Cao Jun and Zheng Xiaojue nodded.
Zhou Yun opened the car door, ready to leave, then as if remembering something, she said to Zheng Xiaojue, "Xiaoju, good job with this. If something uncertain comes up in the future, be sure to inform me, no matter what I’m doing."
Zheng Xiaojue smiled, nodded, and agreed.
Zhou Yun arrived at Meng Ran’s room door and knocked.
After a while, Meng Ran opened the door, surprised to see Zhou Yun, and asked, "Eldest Sister Yun, why are you here looking for me so early?"
Zhou Yun: "Let’s talk inside."
Meng Ran, seeing Zhou Yun’s expression, guessed something was up. She quickly let Zhou Yun in and handed her a bottle of mineral water.
Zhou Yun took out the memory card and placed it on the table.
Seeing it, Meng Ran’s expression turned even more puzzled, "Eldest Sister Yun, what is this?"
Zhou Yun: "I just returned from Shanghai tonight. I parked my car to rest, and it just so happened my assistant saw what you and Liu Zhikun were up to."
Meng Ran’s complexion instantly paled.
Her eyes trembled, glancing at the memory card on the table, panic washing over her face.

"Fortunately, she bumped into it; someone was using a camera to take secret photos of you, and my assistant saw it, so she woke me up," Zhou Yun explained. "We got lucky this time; I happened upon the scene, and we managed to snatch this. I haven’t looked at what’s inside; I just brought it to you. Keep it safe, and make your own judgment on how to handle it. But I suggest you not do anything this risky in the future, even though I know you’re trying to avoid your agent."
Meng Ran was completely shocked and at a loss for what to do.
