On the second shelf are the blood of those magical beasts that have stepped into the extraordinary stage, or the blood of those naturally extraordinary species, or those of ancient lineage, or mutated bloodlines of ordinary species.

A series of markings in Dragon Language indicate, among them is Fafnir's blood, marked as the blood of Giant Demon Fafnir (ancient three-headed Sea Demon).

This blood is also 'voluntarily' contributed by the Giant Dragons in the Dragon Group to aid Karon's research.
