Chapter 539: Adulterous Life Of Sharky 2

Chapter 539: Adulterous Life Of Sharky 2

Sharky returned to Hera’s chambers, the divine stone glowing brightly in his hand. He found Hera waiting for him, a soft smile on her lips as she watched him approach.

"My love," she murmured, opening her arms to him. "I’ve been waiting for you."

Sharky set the stone aside and pulled Hera into his embrace, capturing her lips in a deep, passionate kiss. Hera melted against him, her hands roaming over his chest and back as their tongues danced together.

"I missed you," she whispered against his lips. "I don’t like it when you’re gone."

Sharky smiled tenderly, brushing a strand of hair from Hera’s face.

"I missed you too," Sharky murmured, his voice filled with love and devotion. "But I’m here now, and I’m not going anywhere."

He lifted Hera into his arms, carrying her to the bed and laying her down gently. Sharky climbed on top of her, pressing tender kisses to her neck and collarbone as his hands explored her body.

Hera arched against him, a soft sigh escaping her lips as she savored Sharky’s touch. After so many ages of loneliness and neglect, it was a relief to finally feel loved and desired.

Sharky’s hardness pressed against her thigh, and Hera reached down to stroke him gently. Sharky groaned at her touch, his hips jerking forward instinctively.

"I need you," Hera whispered, looking up at Sharky with pleading eyes. "Please, my love. Make me yours again."

Sharky didn’t need to be told twice.

Sharky entered Hera with a swift thrust, filling her completely. Hera gasped at the sudden intrusion, her legs wrapping around his waist as she pulled him deeper.

Sharky kissed Hera deeply, pouring all of his love and adoration into the gesture.

Hera clung to Sharky, her nails digging into his back as she arched against him. She had never felt so cherished, so utterly consumed by another being.

As their pleasure built, Hera’s cries of ecstasy filled the chamber. Sharky swallowed each one with a kiss, his own groans mingling with hers.

As their bodies shuddered with the force of their releases, Sharky and Hera collapsed against each other, panting heavily. Sharky pressed gentle kisses to Hera’s forehead, her cheeks, her lips - worshipping every inch of her face.

"I love you," he whispered softly, his voice filled with emotion.

Hera smiled, tears of joy glistening in her eyes. "I love you too," she murmured back.

They lay entwined in each other’s arms, basking in the warmth and love that surrounded them. For the first time in ages, Hera felt truly content - truly happy.

And as she drifted off to sleep in Sharky’s embrace, she knew that she would never let him go.

Following that, Sharky entered the grand library-temple, the scent of parchment and knowledge filling his nostrils. He found Athena seated at a large desk, her eyes scanning a scroll intently. She looked up as he approached, her gaze piercing and analytical.

Athena’s eyes narrowed as she studied Sharky, her mind racing with the knowledge of his recent conquests. She could see the hunger in his gaze, the desire to add her to his list of lovers. But Athena was not like the others - she would not be so easily swayed.

"Sharky," she greeted coolly, setting aside the scroll. "I presume you’ve come for a reason beyond mere academic curiosity."

Sharky smirked, leaning against the desk with a casual grace. "Ah, Athena. Always so perceptive. I must admit, I’m here for... personal reasons."

Athena’s lips curled into a knowing smile. "I see. You’ve had your fill of Hera, Hestia and Artemis, and now you seek to add me to your collection of fallen goddesses."

Sharky chuckled low in his throat. "Is that such a bad thing? I could show you pleasures beyond your wildest dreams."

Athena stood abruptly, her chair scraping against the marble floor. "And what makes you think I want those pleasures? That I would willingly surrender my virginity to a man who sees women as mere conquests?"

Sharky’s smirk faltered, a flicker of surprise crossing his features. He had not expected Athena to resist him so openly. Most goddesses were drawn to his charm and magnetism, eager to succumb to his advances. But Athena... she was different in this timeline.

"I see," he murmured, pushing off from the desk and taking a step closer to her. "You think me a mere seducer, a man who seeks only to claim and possess."

Athena held her ground, her chin lifted defiantly as she met Sharky’s gaze. "Is that not the truth? You’ve bedded Hera, Hestia and Artemis, taken their virginity as if it were a prize to be won. And now you stand before me, expecting the same."

Sharky’s eyes flashed with a mix of irritation and intrigue. Athena’s words stung, but he couldn’t deny the truth in them. He had indeed pursued those goddesses with single-minded determination, driven by a desire to conquer and claim.

"But what if I told you there was more to it than that?" Sharky continued, his voice low and earnest. "What if I said that my feelings for Hera, Hestia and Artemis run deeper than mere lust or conquest? That I truly care for them, cherish them."

Athena’s expression softened slightly, a hint of curiosity entering her eyes. "And what of me? Do you expect me to believe that your intentions towards me are any different?"

Sharky shook his head, taking another step closer to Athena. "I don’t expect anything from you, Athena. All I ask is that you give me a chance to prove myself - to show you that there’s more to me than the man who seduces goddesses."

Athena studied Sharky intently, searching his face for any sign of deceit. She found only sincerity.

"Very well," she said finally, her voice measured. "I will hear your arguments. But know this - I am not like Hera, Hestia or Artemis. I will not be swayed by pretty words or skilled seduction alone."

"Then how would you be swayed," Sharky asked her.

Athena’s lips curled into a small, enigmatic smile. "If you truly wish to win me over, Sharky. Debate with me. Show me that your mind is as sharp and formidable as mine. Impress me with your wisdom and insight."

She pulled back slightly, her gaze searching his face. "Can you do that, Sharky? Can you rise to the occasion and prove yourself worthy of my attention?"

Sharky’s eyes gleamed with a mix of challenge and excitement at Athena’s words. A debate, a test of intellect and wit - it was a refreshing change from the usual seduction tactics he employed.

"I accept your challenge, Athena," he said, his voice filled with confidence. "I’ve never been one to back down from a good debate. But why not make it interesting by putting a bet between us?"

"What bet?" Athena asked him.

"With each sentence of our debate, the loser will remove one piece of clothing."

Athena’s eyes narrowed at Sharky’s proposal, a hint of displeasure flickering across her features. "You drive a hard bargain, Sharky," she said coolly. "But very well. I accept your terms."

She paused, considering their topic carefully. "Let us debate the nature of love - is it a weakness or a strength? I will argue that love is a weakness, a distraction that clouds the mind and impairs judgment."

Sharky smirked, his eyes glinting with challenge. "And I will argue the opposite - that love is a strength, the most powerful force in the universe. It gives us purpose, drives us to achieve greatness."

Athena began her argument, her voice clear and commanding. "Love is a weakness because it makes us vulnerable. It opens us up to pain and heartache, distracting us from our goals and responsibilities."

She removed a golden armband, letting it clatter to the floor as she continued. "Take Hera, for instance. Her love for Zeus has driven her to madness and jealousy, causing her to lash out and make reckless decisions."

Sharky countered, his tone smooth and persuasive. "But without love, what is there to strive for? Love gives our lives meaning, purpose. It’s the reason we push ourselves to be better, to achieve greatness."

He shrugged off his tunic, revealing his chiseled torso as he spoke.

Athena’s gaze flicked briefly to Sharky’s bare chest before she regained her composure, her expression remaining neutral. "Love may give our lives meaning, but it also blinds us to the truth. It makes us see only what we want to see, ignoring the flaws and imperfections of those we love."

She removed a delicate necklace, the gold chain glinting in the light as it fell to the floor. "Take your own relationships, Sharky. Do you truly see Hera, Hestia and Artemis for who they are, or do you see only what you desire?"

Sharky’s lips curled into a smirk as he stepped closer to Athena, his voice dropping to a low, seductive purr. "And what of you, Athena? Are you so certain that love is a weakness? Or are you simply afraid to let yourself feel it?"

He reached out, tracing a finger along her jawline.

Athena’s breath hitched at Sharky’s touch, her pulse quickening beneath his fingertips. She knew she should pull away, maintain the distance between them, but she found herself frozen in place, captivated by the intensity of his gaze.

"Afraid?" she echoed, a hint of challenge in her voice. "I am Athena, goddess of wisdom and strategy. I do not fear love - I merely recognize its potential to weaken and distract."

Sharky’s finger trailed down Athena’s neck, his touch feather-light yet electrifying. "Then prove it," he murmured, his voice a low, seductive rumble. "Prove that love holds no power over you."

Athena’s heart raced as Sharky’s hand slid down to the ties of her chiton. She knew she should stop him, put an end to this dangerous game they were playing. But the heat of his touch and the intensity of his gaze held her captive, daring her to surrender.

With trembling fingers, Athena untied her chiton, letting the fabric slip from her shoulders to pool at her feet. She stood before Sharky in nothing but a thin linen undergarment, her skin flushed and tingling with anticipation.

Sharky’s breath caught at the sight of Athena’s nearly bare form. He had seen countless goddesses in various states of undress, and even in the current timeline of Athena.

But this past timeline Athena was more beautiful than the current timeline Athena.

"Beautiful," he breathed, his eyes drinking in every inch of her exposed skin.
