Chapter 199: Possession Technique
Chapter 199: Possession Technique
"So, since you are saying, I am so talented, I need to feel lucky. But I feel that my talent is quite lacking. I’ve been cultivating for a few months but even now I have not completed Foundation Building."
He acted quite stunned, as if he really thought that his talent was lacking.
"When you lack spirit materials and only rely on yourself, it will naturally be difficult to complete Foundation Building."
Hearing Sharky’s words, the young man laughed and said, "With your talent, as long as you have enough spirit materials, you will be able to soar to the sky. I want to ask you, are you willing to join my Celestial Sword Hall?"
He looked at Sharky as he directly asked.
"Join... the Celestial Sword Hall?" Hearing this, Sharky felt quite surprised.
This person was not trying to possess him; rather, he wanted him to join the Celestial Sword Hall because of his talent?
Then again, it made sense.
It was ordinary that a member of a sect that had disappeared would want to take in an excellent seedling.
This was much better than being possessed; it would be quite problematic if he really wanted to possess him. And then Sharky needs to destroy him.
Which he didn’t want to do now.
Sharky made his decision, but he was also confused, since the sect has vanished, so he asked, "Based on what I know, the Celestial Sword Hall has already disappeared from this region..."
"It’s no matter."
The young man was not displeased towards Sharky’s question and instead smiled, "Even though the holy land has relocated, they have still left behind many things here."
"If you take me as your teacher and join the Celestial Sword Hall, you will be the only disciple in this entire region. As such, those things will naturally all belong to you."
Looking at Sharky, he said seriously, "Even though there are not many things left here, it will be enough for the early stages of your cultivation. When you reach the Deification realm, you will be able to cross regions and think of ways to go to the holy land."
"But still, I didn’t want to take an unknown soul as my teacher," Sharky said to him.
’Teacher? You are just a weak soul. And you become my teacher. Just look at yourself.’ Sharky thought
"What? Who is an unknown soul? I am Sameer Iqbal. It was for your good, that I offered you to become my disciple. You didn’t know what you are missing in your life," Sameer Iqbal shouted at him.
"Forget it, you will die in a few years, there is no benefit of bickering to a dying soul," Sharky said, and then after which he returned to where he was before.
Standing there, Sharky saw that the silver sword was still in his hand.
He was still in the same posture, standing by himself.
By the side, Zeenat was still examining the swords, occasionally giving excited laughs.
It seemed that he had no idea what had just happened to Sharky.
Looking at Zeenat’s reactions, Sharky sighed with relief.
Dying soul? he testingly called out.
"You don’t talk to me?"
In his mind, Sameer Iqbal’s voice once again sounded out, but it was now much weaker.
It seemed that what he had just done had consumed much of his strength.
Okay, so I will leave this useless sword here. Sharky murmured in his mind, and he was just going to leave the sword here.
"No, no, please don’t do this. Silver Sword is my main body; bring it with you and keep it by your body."
Within his mind, Sameer Iqbal’s voice still sounded quite weary.
"Now you understand, who are you talking to, keep that attitude, and that will be helpful for you," Sharky said.
"Who are you talking to?" Zeenat asked, looking at him, she didn’t know why he said these things.
"Nothing babe, I was just talking to myself," Sharky replied, and he embraced Zeenat in his arms.
"You," Zeenat said, while she became a little shy. "Aafrin is still there," She murmured, Sharky understood her intentions and separated from her.
Then Zeenat looked back all of the swords, and said "It’s a pity..."
"It’s a pity that we don’t have things that can allow us to take everything here out."
She looked at the precious swords forged from essence gold with a look of reluctance on her face.
All of them were high-class treasures and each of them had equivalent worth to a city.
If they had spatial bags, they would be able to take all of this away.
However, it was a pity that even Enlightened Masters might not have treasures like spatial bags, let alone them.
Even in the previous world, Zeenat did not have such a thing and had only heard of it.
"It’s fine."
Looking at Zeenat, Sharky said, "I can take all of the things here," and soon, he started picking up all of the swords.
"Sharky, you will get tired," Zeenat said, while she gave a small laugh after seeing his action.
"It’s ok, if I get tired, I will leave all of this sword behind." Sharky said.
"Hmm," Zeenat didn’t stop him, "Then let’s explore these remnants."
"Ok," Sharky nodded and did not say much as he took the initiative to walk with Zeenat and Aafrin following them.
"This place is quite dangerous; please be careful, my love."
He walked in front and also wanted to destroy all the traps. So Zeenat didn’t get any harm.
After all, now, he had Sameer Iqbal, a disciple of the Celestial Sword Hall.
With this kind of guide, he solves all of the dangers.
This place belonged to the Celestial Sword Hall, and some traps were just designed to harm outsiders.
So, Sharky wants to solve all the traps, so Zeenat didn’t get even a little bit of harm.
Hearing Sharky’s words, Zeenat nodded and could not help but feel even more respect for him.
Over the past few months, Sharky had been taking care of her with care and love. And for a girl, what needs more than a good husband.
Sharky was a perfect husband.
No matter what it was, he would take the lead, and also treated Zeenat with utmost respect.
Moreover, Sharky was extremely powerful and also extremely cautious and serious whenever he did anything, making others feel at ease.
Anyone would be happy to have such a powerful, virtuous, and respectful husband.
This was especially so given Sharky’s outstanding talent.
"They’re just measly essence gold swords, what are you getting so worked up about..." Sameer Iqbal’s voice sounded out within Sharky’s mind. Seeing he has picked up all of the swords and puts on his back
"There are countless of these things within my Celestial Sword Hall; they’re not rare at all if you become my disciple," he said disdainfully.
Sharky was not very surprised by Sameer Iqbal’s appearance and just asked, "Since they’re not rare, what is this place for?"
In that case, why were there so many here?
"These were prepared for sword slaves," Sameer Iqbal’s voice sounded out, "Within the Ten Thousand Wave Sword Sect, only the lowest-grade of sword slaves would use these things. As for actual disciples, they all use magic tools."
Magic tools... Sharky thought to himself.
It seemed that the Celestial Sword Hall was much grander than he had thought.
To them, even essence gold swords, which were worth cities in the outer world, were just the lowest grade of weapon to them.
From Sameer Iqbal’s words, he had obtained some new information.
"So cultivators use magic tools..."
Sharky thought to himself before asking, "Are there magic tools deeper inside?"
"Naturally."
Sameer Iqbal’s voice sounded out, "But there are not too many. This place is mainly used to store all kinds of spirit materials."
Sharky nodded and after thinking for a moment, he told Sameer Iqbal about the changes in Zeenat.
"Her personality completely changed in a single night and she even took out a Foundation Technique?"
Hearing Sharky’s words, Sameer Iqbal sounded quite surprised, "This is quite strange. I have heard that some cultivators can possess others’ bodies and come back to life..."
Hearing this, Sharky asked, "Is this actually possible?"
"It’s not very likely," Sameer Iqbal said as he shook his head, "Powerful cultivators can indeed do something like this, but it is incredibly difficult and requires many conditions to be fulfilled. From what you told me, she doesn’t seem to fulfil those conditions. However, this might not necessarily be the case."
He thought for a moment before saying hesitatingly, "Some things in this world are quite mystical. Sometimes, even weak cultivators might be able to do similar things after obtaining some kind of opportunity. As such, it would not be too strange if something like this happened to her."
Hearing Sameer Iqbal’s answer, Sharky became a little wary, since Zeenat is going to become his wife, he didn’t want anything to happen to her.
And Sameer Iqbal’s answer did not clarify his suspicion.
Following this, they continued to walk onwards with Sharky in the lead.
This historical remnant was very big and many places had unique restrictions.
However, with Sameer Iqbal leading him, Sharky’s journey was quite smooth. Even though they encountered some unexpected incidents, they did not cause any severe consequences.
Just like that, they slowly traversed through the entire historical remnant.
"This is the last place."
After going through this historical remnant, Zeenat did not stop and instead continued to look around.
In the end, they reached a certain place and found hidden doors, which they opened.
"This is the second hidden door in the historical remnant."
Looking at the door, Zeenat smiled, "Just then, we passed through many places and saw many things, which were all worth immense amounts. However, that was just the outside of this historical remnant."
"The truly good things are not there but in the inner regions."
Sharky looked quite surprised, as if he did not know this.
In actuality, he was just surprised that Zeenat knew so much about this historical remnant.
"There’s something odd about this girl."
Sameer Iqbal’s voice sounded out in Sharky’s mind, "Only the Celestial Sword Hall disciples know about this historical remnant’s inner region; outsiders shouldn’t know about it. How does this girl have this information?"
He sounded quite confused.
"Could it be that this girl is connected to my Celestial Sword Hall, which is why she knows some things?"
We’ll know after we go in...
Sharky did not say much and looked at Zeenat before following her in. But now, he had a worried look on his face.
They slowly advanced and entered another place.
This was another vast area, which contained crystal shelves that had all kinds of things on them.
"Spatial bags, excellent!"
Looking at the items within one of the crystal shelves, Zeenat’s eyes lit up.
Following this, she took out the things in the crystal shelf.
There were four things in this crystal shelf: Two spatial bags, one white jade, and a sword.
They all glowed with dense spirit light and looked quite extraordinary.
"Four treasures, not bad."
Looking at the four things, Zeenat smiled, "A perfect number too."
After thinking about it, she took out two of them to give to Sharky.
"Half for you and half for me."
Magic tools were incredibly precious, and even Enlightened Masters would not have many. At most, they would just have one or two.
However, even though these things were precious, compared to a future Enlightened Master, or even True Lord, they simply could not compare.
Zeenat understood this clearly.
Even from a realistic standpoint, she had to split their gains evenly.
Moreover, since she is going to become his wife, all their treasure will only come back to them.
"Thank you, my love, but I don’t need these things, just give one of these treasures to Aafrin," Sharky declined. Although these treasures are very valuable. But in the eyes of Sharky, they are so ordinary.
"Ok," Zeenat didn’t question his decision. She took both of the spatial bags, and jade, leaving only the sword.
She quickly fills all of the swords, which Sharky has brought into the both spatial bags.
And she gives the sword to Aafrin.
"Your highness, I am just your maid, I don’t need these treasures," Aafrin said, while tears also started coming out of her eyes.
Seeing that, she was only a maid, not only the Princess taught her Cultivation technique. But she is also giving the precious treasure.
"Aafrin, don’t question your master’s decision, you know, how was he?" Zeenat said, and made her take the sword.
"Thank you Princess, and Master," Aafrin kneeled down a little bit, and started bowing towards them.
After Zeenat started sleeping with Sharky, Aafrin also started calling Sharky as master. Instead of Commander Sharky.
