Hailed as a god by Henry, Alexander was now ascending the stairway of the Ghost Apartment apartment building with Tony.
Soon, they reached the rooftop.
The rooftop of the Ghost Apartment was unremarkable, no different from any other building.
In the middle of the rooftop stood a square table.
On it, a grill sizzled with strings of golden roasted meat, its enticing aroma wafting in the air.
Dressed in a black suit and wearing silver-framed glasses, Louis was turning the skewers.
Spotting the two approaching, he glanced up, adjusting his glasses, "You’re here? Have a seat!"
Saying this, he picked up a bottle of red wine from the ground.The wine wasn’t of high caliber, but no one would care about its quality at this moment.
Alexander took the liberty to sit beside Louis, resting an arm around his shoulder. "I didn’t expect you to be this good at grilling. This is almost as good as mine!"

This brotherly banter felt a tad childish.
But the joy among the three was palpable. No one mentioned the Fierce Ghost Association or the mysterious ’K’.
They talked about Blood Moon School, the endless view from the Ghost Apartment, and after a few rounds of drinks, even began to boast while munching on grilled meat.
"Bro, look!" Tony, wrapping an arm around Alexander, pointed at the vast Ghost Street below. "See? I told you, this is the territory I secured for you!"
From the 18th floor of the Ghost Apartment, it felt like they were on top of the world. With the enhancement of their ghostly vision, he could see the entire Ghost Street and even beyond it.

Just as Alexander was about to observe every part of the ghost town, a slap landed on the back of his head.

Tony was momentarily at a loss for words.

"Why the long faces? Let’s keep drinking!" Alexander raised his glass, slightly amused as he watched the two trying to outdo each other.
After a few glasses of wine, Alexander began to feel tipsy. But with his unique ghost chef constitution, digesting things was his forte.
Louis showed no sign of intoxication either.
Surprisingly, Tony, the one with the highest realm among them, couldn’t resist the drowsiness and soon passed out drunk.
Alexander and Louis didn’t know how long they drank, but eventually, they both lay on the rooftop, gazing at a sky dominated by a cold moon.
Suddenly, Louis said, "That seal, it’s still with you, isn’t it?"
"Yes, it’s stored in my inventory. It seems you’re aware of the existence of Lord K," Alexander nodded.
"Take it out. Keeping it with you will always be troublesome," Louis continued.
Without hesitation, Alexander retrieved the item from his inventory. As soon as the seal appeared, it emitted strong ghostly energy, hovering and shaking vigorously.
Without anyone controlling it, it activated and turned into a black whirlpool in mid-air.
"Bug! I knew you wouldn’t discard this. A chosen one daring to thwart my plans. Today, I will slice you up to quench my thirst for revenge!" An angry voice echoed from the other side of the whirlpool. Clearly, it was Lord K.
A pitch-black ghostly claw started to emerge from the whirlpool.
"K, I don’t care about your little tricks, but if you dare harm my bro, I won’t be polite!" Louis, still lying down with hands behind his head, casually responded, "You... wish to die?"
The black claw paused. From within the portal, a confused voice demanded, "Who are you to know my name?"
"A grand Ghost Emperor hiding in shadows. K, you’re really a loyal dog," Louis said disdainfully.
"Bastard!" Lord K, clearly enraged by the comment, directed his ghostly claw towards Louis.
"I don’t concern myself with your schemes, but harming my third brother is where I draw the line!" Louis declared. With no visible action, a silver glint beneath his glasses streaked across the sky like lightning.
His voice coldly rang out, "Today, I’ll sever your arm. If there’s a next time, your soul will be scattered."
The moment he finished speaking, the silver light flickered in the whirlpool. The ghostly hand that sprung from the vortex began to disintegrate, turning into countless black particles blown away by the wind.
With just a look, the Ghost Emperor was disarmed.
Alexander was utterly astonished. He had always heard of Louis’s tremendous power and his forbidden strength, but witnessing it firsthand was beyond comprehension.
"Forbidden power! You’re Louis!" An exclamation came from the whirlpool.
As the vortex started to fade, the voice of Lord K angrily declared, "What can forbidden power do? Louis, you’re just one person!
Wait for it, I will take revenge for today! The day my ghost army from the Endless Abyss descends on Dark Hell will be the day of your and your brothers’ demise!"
As the vortex disappeared completely, Louis seemed unfazed.
He closed his eyes and said, "Let’s head down. The Blood Queen is waiting for you. You’d better be honest, or I won’t be able to help you if things go south."
