Chapter 196: Mr. K, this surprise is from your elder brother!

Chapter 196: Mr. K, this surprise is from your elder brother!

"The black seal was naturally the one originally found at the motorcycle instance. It’s a rare sub-seal separated from a spatial treasure, capable of forming a spatial channel with its main seal that lasts for thirty seconds.

Initially, Alexander had casually pocketed it, intending to hand it over to Louis when they met.

However, instead of meeting Louis, he first encountered a subordinate of Mr. K.

As for the bell, it’s needless to say that it came from the soul bell of Hell’s Warriors.

"Mother-child seals! Could you really be Mr. K’s elder brother?"

Seeing Alexander conjure a spatial portal, Gay, the Ghost King, began to believe him a bit. After all, such a lie would be easily exposed.

As a Ghost King, thirty seconds is more than enough for several round trips.

Only the person holding the main seal can close the spatial portal. If Alexander were deceiving him, he could come back at any time.

But Mr. K’s elder brother... the claim seemed too outrageous.

Even if Gay was beginning to believe, he needed some proof.

Catching the bell that Alexander tossed him, he found nothing unusual about it.

The bell was wrapped in ghostly energy to keep it from ringing, but the energy was slowly dissipating. Apart from that, it looked like an ordinary bell.

"Don’t underestimate it! This bell is a testament to my friendship with Little K. It has a unique sound. Just ring it vigorously, and Little K will recognize it! Remember my unique position and keep it a secret.

Just tell him it’s a surprise. Hurry back!" urged Alexander, as Gay took the bell.

"I understand! Please wait a moment!" With a more polite tone, Gay, leaving behind the Horned Ghost King, soared into the portal.

An ’chosen one’ couldn’t possibly be Mr. K’s elder brother. But Alexander’s confidence didn’t seem feigned.

When he came out of the portal, he vigorously shook the bell, eagerly asking, "Mr. K, do you recognize this sound?"

"Gay! You... you’ve betrayed me too!" An angry voice echoed from the portal.

"Mr. K, this surprise is from your elder brother! Don’t you have..."

Before he could finish, a loud noise followed by a ripping sound was heard. A bloodied arm, clutching a silver bell, was thrown out of the portal.

"Who is it? Who dares? I’ll tear you to pieces!" With an enraged roar, the portal slowly faded away.

Relieved that he had delayed just enough for the portal to close, Alexander thought, "What if the mastermind behind this is as powerful as the City Lord?"

"Was he also a traitor? Why did father kill him?" Full Moon asked, puzzled, looking at the severed arm.

"It’s because he jeopardized our plan! Remember what I told you? Our plan must remain absolutely confidential. He may not have intended to, but he did expose your father and me. If he’s not a traitor, then what is he?" Alexander quickly defended.

Full Moon, having complete trust in Alexander, was quick to agree, "How dare he jeopardize our plan! He got what he deserved!"

With Full Moon reassured, Alexander looked towards the center of the battlefield. The Horned Ghost King stared blankly at the severed arm, clearly leaderless and confused without guidance.

"Uh... Horned Ghost King, can you understand me? How about joining me?" Alexander ventured.

Hearing his name, the Ghost King suddenly raised his head, his eyes flashing with a red light.

Did I provoke him? Alexander wondered, slightly regretting disturbing the creature.

As he contemplated escaping on Full Moon to lure him away, the Horned Ghost King suddenly turned south, transforming into a shadow and vanished into the sky as if triggered by some mechanism.

"What a pity!"

Alexander licked his lips, fixing his gaze on the last man standing at the battlefield’s center.

John Harington, the President of the Ghost Association!

Originally brimming with confidence, John Harington had eagerly anticipated ascending as the mafia godfather of the Fierce Ghost District.

With the aid of two ghost kings, victory should have been easily in his grasp, right?

However, the world’s unpredictability caught him off guard. In a short span, the ghost kings supporting him were either killed or fled.

Most shockingly, the unfortunate Ghost King Gay was killed by his mysterious master. What a tragic fate for him!

Meeting Alexander’s eyes, John Harington’s face broke into a sycophantic smile. "Brother," he began, "how about I work under you from now on?"

Alexander wasn’t about to let someone so ambitious join the Fierce Ghost Association. Without hesitation, he waved his hand and ordered, "Sam, fire! Blast him!"

Boom!

Without any second thoughts, Sam immediately fired the Ghost Cannon.

John Harington had played him for a fool from the start, using him as bait. This was Sam’s first showcase in front of Alexander; how could he tolerate that?

Sam had been itching to fire the cannon!

With a deafening explosion, John Harington was undoubtedly obliterated by the Ghost Cannon, not even a fragment of him remaining.

With John Harington dead and the defiant ghost generals of the Ghost Association almost wiped out, things began to simplify.

Soon enough, all members of the Ghost Association surrendered. The Fierce Ghost Association clinched victory effortlessly, not only maintaining but also multiplying its ranks.

As for Alexander, it was time to claim his spoils of war.

The arm of a ghost king! Processed into ghost food, it should suffice to elevate Annie, Su Rong, and Full Moon to the rank of Ghost Princes, right?

Including Sam, Alexander now had four Ghost Princes by his side.

Not to forget Asfur and Terence, making it a total of six.

These six, each more potent than an average ghost king, would be invincible in future scenarios.

Of course, there was one more thing: the reward for the large-scale scenario.

Being the first to achieve such a high rating in such an instance, how tremendous would the reward be?

As the last Evil Ghost Association member surrendered his ghost blade, information on the scenario’s settlement simultaneously appeared in the ears of Alexander and the hundred thousand chosen ones.
